The shop told me they had been cross threaded prior to them. The story continued at your shop with more damage to her car. I am an ASE, GM certified tech of 50 years or better. I along with another tech do the repairs to her car. Nine months prior to your examination myself and my brother replaced the door hinge bushings that you claimed were bad. I had 5 months ago done a tune up, the other tech, Jody just had completed the front brakes, you had to have seen the new pads and rotors.
