Great place to do business. Honest people providing great service at great prices. They are always busy because they provide quality service and value prices so be sure to make an appointment when possible read more

I have used them several times over the years, but admittedly have shopped them over price as well. No longer. Bought some tires the other day and intended to do brakes and oil change in one stop. The price was competitive on the tires so I decided to go local over chain. Forgot how nice it is to deal with good, local people. Plus they checked the brakes and told me they were good. Most places would have still sold me the brakes, just swapped, no questions asked. I appreciated they are looking out for the best interest of the customer, not just profit. Very happy with the tires and service. Thanks Cherokee Tire. read more

These guys are solid and reliable. They go out of their way to provide excellent service. Their prices are reasonable and they are honest.

this is hands down one of the best mechanic shops i've ever been to. the team is made up of good, honest people. i've been bringing my car here for years, and they've consistently done great work. they take the time to check out other parts of your car and let you know if something else needs attention -- but they never push unnecessary repairs or make decisions without you. and they don't talk down to you, either. as a woman, that matters a lot to me when walking into a mechanic shop. they're respectful, straightforward, and professional. their reputation speaks for itself. if you live in cherokee county, this is the shop you should be going to. read more

Here for my oil change a few miles early. By the time I get back to Miami, it would be time for the oil change, so when in Canton, it's an oil change and tire rotation. Everyone at Cherokee tire are friendly and knowledgeable about Everything. Yes, I live in Miami, my home is Georgia, and I will continue to trust my 2021 Escalade with Cherokee Tire. read more

I was really dreading replacing the tires on my travel trailer camper because I figured it would be a big hassle. I called Cherokee Tire Service and got a quote. All I had to do was pull it up there and drop it off. To my surprise, I got a phone call less than 3 hours later saying it was ready. I'm looking forward to this coming camping season not worrying about a tire blowing out! First class company. read more

Them Boys at Cherokee Tires Service are on it. Friendly greetings from the start to trying there best to get me back on the road as fast as possible. At the hours I came in it was slightly busy so best to help the guys out and have all tire information ready. Recommend stoping by read more

Great local owned established business that always do a great job on my tire , alignment, and oil change needs. Treat you like family.

Just one of the best places I've found. Just nice people doing good work. I'm happy to go back.

After taking my class C motorhome twice to a national chain tire store for a bad vibration problem. They were stumped . I decided enough and went to Cherokee tire . Well all it took was me explaining the vibration problem and when it first occurred. The tire tech got right to the problem. The right inside rear tire had a belt go bad. So they replaced that tire .Plus the front tire needed to be repositioned on the rim. Problem solved and the motorhome runs like it should with only 11,500 miles. Thank you Cherokee tire for your expert work and getting me back on the road. Smooth ride on the highway now. These people know about tires and how to fix vibration problems. read more

We moved to the Canton area and was thankful to find Cherokee Tires. I'm so thankful to have them provide such a high quality service for an affordable rate. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and care about doing the right thing. read more

I have taken my car here many times before, but after learning about their business practices I will no longer be recommending them to anyone. The owners have been forced to pay back wages that they stole from their workers. If a business will cheat their employees, a business will cheat their customers. I will never trust a shop like this. read more

Great service. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, clean waiting room, competitive prices. I will drive the extra fifteen minutes from home to use them again. read more

Came here once several years ago. Bad service, bad attitude. Dealt with a couple of punk kids. Lazy mechanic. I still remember that day I had to tow my car out of there and send it somewhere else. read more

My family has always used Cherokee Tire. I've been using them personally for years. Even when I moved to Roswell, I still drive for the service. They are the only place I can go to trust with my car. They don't take advantage of you, they give you honest work. If something is wrong with your car they will give you the best quote. If you are looking for anyone to do service on your car, stop looking you found the place. read more

They got me in first thing in the morning, then found and fixed my slow leak! Great job!

I highly recommend Cherokee Tire for quick response, great service and the best price. I shopped tires at multiple places, and requested multiple quotes on two websites one evening. Brooke responded the next morning with answers/information, prices. They ordered two tires overnight. The next morning, they installed them, swapped the wheel on my spare, did an alignment, and checked the brakes in about two hours. Thank you Marcus and Brooke! No response to my quote requests from the competition... read more

Unbelievable service!!!! My sister had a flat tire so we had the car towed there. The next morning when they opened they worked her into the schedule and had her on her way so she wasn't late for work. Price for a new tire was VERY reasonable!! The following week my "Low Tire Pressure" light came on so I drove right to Cherokee Tire and they worked me in and checked out my tires and put air in them. They refused to charge me - I insisted on paying. We will not take our cars anywhere else!! The best customer service and they are QUICK! read more

My family and I have been going here for years. Honest workers and good prices. They're also very quick when getting things done.

They really are amazing! Made an appt to have my front brakes done and they saw me the same day! As I drove up on time for my appt, they were waiting for me to arrive! 40 minutes later they were complete and I was on my way! Service with a smile too! Love them! read more

Good service, was able to change out my tire and broken front metal hub or whatever. Don't know much about it tbh. But it was cheap, fast and painless and that's all I could ask for! read more

We have been using Cherokee Tires for years now and recommend them to all our friends. Great service, great prices and they're always busy, which should tell others about the quality of their service. Most of the time we drop ours off, but they try to accommodate you if they know you're pushed for time. read more

Clean waiting room, competitive prices, and good customer service. My only complaint is that my expensive wheels were deeply scratched when the new tires were put on. They need to be more careful of that but otherwise a good place to go. read more

WOW! Thanks to another crappy repair shop, I took my car here to get a flat tire repaired. They jumped right on it - the team work was impressive, the customer service was star quality and the time it took to repair the tire was minimal. Plus without even being told to, they put the fixed tire back on my car (which matched my other 3 tires) and put the spare back where it originally was - under the car. Then they said the cost for the whole repair was $20. I was so shocked at the low price I said "$20??? That's all?" The place was clean and comfortable and they do oil changes and brake jobs. My go to place from now on!! read more

I have been a customer of Cherokee Tire for close to 5 years. The quality of their service is consistently excellent and the value for the price is worth doing business with this local company. Try them!! read more

The people at Cherokee Tire are the best. I know absolutely nothing about tires other than you need to get anywhere. Each time I have visited Cherokee Tire the employees are patient with me and explain things in words I understand. Their prices are competitive and their customer service is exemplary. I had a flat tire a couple of days ago and they fixed it and put it back on the car in record time. read more

Terrific, friendly service. The last night of a girls' trip resulted in a flat... not just any flat, but an unusual size large SUV tire... not in stock in Ellijay. An early morning call to Cherokee Tire rescued us. They called their delivery truck in the nick of time; we cruised in on a donut tire to meet-up halfway home with the delivery of our tire in Canton. The staff (we spoke to several) could not have been any friendlier. They even drew a map to steer us to a great lunch spot; they phoned us during lunch to report that the tire had arrived. One man came out to say hello to my elderly mom.... very, very nice (even though they were busy). read more

Always good services and tires with Cherokee Tire Service. Fair prices good choices in tires. They do not push the most expensive brands of tires if you don't need them. Be prepared to wait for a while unless you drop off your auto. They are quite busy. read more

Good prices, but sure would be a lot more convenient if they had better hours. It's tough to get anything done when they aren't even open on Saturdays. Most of us need our car during the weekdays. read more

I am so appreciative of the men of this store getting me on the road with new tires in less than 30 min late on a Friday... So I could get back to work. They could've sent me away or told me I had to wait until the next day, but they smiled and took care of me 110%! read more

great service good prices and a friendly staff what more could you ask for. I have bought tires from them a number of times at am always satisfied. read more

The place stays busy with the older locals but have absolutely no reason why other than they've been doing business here for 35 years. They also seem to be honest. However, they are expensive and slow, slow, slow. I thought maybe it was just me but friends said the same thing. Back to Kauffman tire for me. read more

Great first experience! I walked in and the waiting room was nearly full, so thought it would take a long time. Was in and out in less than 45 minutes! Had a rattling exhaust/muffler problem from something I bumped into and didn't know what to expect. They fixed it right away for only $48! Seemed friendly but no-nonsense. read more

I can't believe they are still in business. Just give it time. Just remember that you are number 2 when you come in. The tires they get are sub standard. Do your homework and look beyond your home town. Try Tires Plus! They (Tires Plus-Holcomb Bridge Rd) know how to talk to people without muttering and looking confused when you ask them a question. Go ahead, see for yourself like I did. Make sure you post a review. They will appreciate it. :) read more

Great service, honest guys, and solid work. They don't try to take advantage of you. A friend offered to get me a deal through his company and Cherokee Tire still beat his price! The owner/manager (?) doesn't have the greatest "bedside manner" but he is honest and fair. read more

Good service, hands down worst prices ever. Do not waste your time. Make the drive to discount tire. I paid $151 for the same tire that was $76.20 at discount tire... Absolutely shocked. read more

Poor quality and service. After 2 previous sets of tires replaced at Cherokee tire, combined with best price in the area, I felt I could take my 2014 Toyota Tacoma brand new aluminum 17 in rims and have them mount some new rubber and transfer the tire sensors over from factory rims to my new rims. They ordered me a new set of Cooper Discovery AT3 tires. After install, having got home and driven it a bit I noticed a vibration. Upon inspection I found none of the yellow tire alignment dots were aligned with the valve stems and several rims had excess amount of stick on weights 12 + inches. I was upset to say the least. I returned vehicle for repair. Upon again receiving vehicle back, none of the dots were aligned, my brand new rims had tons of scratch marks in the paint (looked like something sharp was used to remove old stick on weights when they had to rebalance tires) and several places where previous weights were placed still remained gummy foam adhesive which they refused to remove from rims. When I confronted the manager, he was rude and very hateful. Insisted his guys did everything right. As the disagreement progressed his professionalism completely disappeared. This guy down right stated "we don't work on show quality vehicles here at Cherokee Tires" and "if you are so worried about your rims getting scratched and dinged you should take them to another tire center that charges more". This statement spoke a thousand words to me and I hope everyone who reads this. Cherokee Tire management couldn't be anymore unprofessional. Not only that, not once did they offer to try to repair my scratched rims or clean the sticky foam adhesive off of my rims. These guys are working in the stone ages. They still use standard floor jacks (4 each) and take no care to protect your vehicle. Be wary of this tire service center especially if you have low profile rims or nice aluminum rims that you want to keep looking nice. Never again would I use Cherokee Tires nor would I recommend anyone use them just because of their lower prices. It's not worth the damage they may cause. read more
