When the tech told us it was the first time they've worked on a Revel, I admit, I was nervous. Unfortunately, the heater stopped working in the middle of January-which is never a welcome surprise. Thankfully, everything was under warranty through Mercedes. The tech team provided updates with everything they did. All financial repairs not covered by warranty were clearly communicated. It is refreshing to find a dealer that is honest and upfront and everyone I met was friendly! Ive gone back many times since even though it isn't even in the same state. Just wanted to post about my experience at Open roads in White, GA. I purchased a GeoPro and it needed a small repair under warranty the unit is about 4 months old. After waiting forever and hearing tons of excuses from the service adviser (tech is sick, waiting on authorization, etc) I finally got the repair scheduled 3 months later. Got my unit back and they did not re caulk at all the area they cut up and the damaged and misinstalled the trim. Not to mention the multiple stripped and missing screws. I would be ashamed if This was walk I or one of my employees did I can not even believe forest river would authorize this place. See pictures of how they returned my brand new unit. I get that things happen but to return the unit like this and try to hide the incompetence is bad business in my book. read more

I purchased a 2022 micro minnie from the white location in February of this year. Brand new. I also purchased a cummins generator from them as well. Ive had the camper less than a year and havent even got to take it out yet due to constant problems with the unit and open roads. They care absolutely zero about you once you leave that lot please please take my word for it you DO NOT want to do business with these useless people. Ive contacted Drew Tutton the owner which he also owns a car dealership as well id definitely be aware and please do your research and look into other RV places before you make the biggest mistake of your life by giving him your business. I will be uploading several photos as well and like i said i havent even got to use the unit since ive purchased it. Went to take it out for labor day weekend this year for the first time and noticed the water heater wasnt working so i looked into it and the outlet to the water heater was broke but thats not it . Both front passenger compartments was leaking , the battery needed replaced and the sewer handle needed to be replaced. They have had my camper since the beginning of September and i was told Monday i would 100% have it back by today Friday which was a absolute lie cause i called today and they havent even pulled my unit in amd still have to order the part . Please dont take my word for it just asl around and do your research about these crooks !!!!!!. Also i tried selling the camper back which they are selling them right now for 38k and the high market value for them is only 34k so please do your research and if you must do business with them dont pay a penny more than its worth. And be aware of every detail. Drew Tutton offered me 23k for my brand new unit and they are selling the exact same type of units right now for 38k 2022 winebago micro minnie 2225RL look em up . I hate being this guy but please dont let this happen to you as well they are absolutely useless. We had a problem with the windshield wipers on our rv while on a trip south. They had been installed incorrectly at another rv place. This was the closest place on the road so we called. The service guy was very knowledgeable and had us fixed and ready to get back on the road in less than 15 minutes. Our only slowdown was we were pulling a car on a tow dolly and their lot was not large enough to turn around so we had to unhook. They didn't even charge us! Cannot say enough about their helpfulness! read more

We were traveling through Atlanta when we experienced problems with our RV's brakes. We called and were told we could bring it right in, they always fit in and accommodate travelers as fast and as best that they can. They took our rig right in, fixed the problem, and told us what else needed to be addressed when we returned home. There was no sales pressure to buy anything; very candid advice that was greatly appreciated. We were so relieved and grateful that they took care of us, they even stayed after closing until the job was finished. It was wonderful when they brought out out RV that a rainbow came out over the top of it.... it was perfect! read more

I wish I could leave a negative star review. These are a bunch of crooks. And the woman that takes the calls and deals with insurance is the number one crook. She's rude and a liar. They let our travel trailer sit for 6 mos SIX MONTHS!!! before they decided to tell us that there was "pre existing damage" and that's what they told our insurance company so now they won't cover the extensive damage AND hey dropped us. There absolutely was not, and it probably looked old bc the amount of time it took to get anyone to tell us anything. We would call and they would say, "Oh you're next in line", or "It's sitting on my desk now, give me a few minutes to call you back." And then they wanted to point the fingers at the insurance company. Well that didn't work, so now they're pointing fingers at us saying we drug our feet. Like I said, a bunch of liars. So now it's back home with my aunt and going to rot. I called and raised cane a few times so I really think they did it on purpose just to get it off their hands. The reason we went with them is bc of their high rating, but it must have been friends that gave that rating, bc they're no good. The woman dealing with the customers needs to be let go bc she's rude and doesn't know how to handle customers. This company needs to be investigated. I hope no one else gets the run around like we did. Now we're $20k++ in the hole. We dropped it off in April and just received an estimate this month. read more

The only reason they are getting a one is because there is not a zero. We have had a horrible experience with open Road RV in White Georgia. The service department has not been able to keep their commitment on fixing numerous things and there have been multiple issues with paperwork and financing. We have had to call the owner twice and have only ownedThe RV since July. I would be wary of purchasing an RV from them. read more

Brought our Toy Hauler here for garage floor replacement. They did an excellent job. They also repaired a gray water pull valve for a very reasonable price. They kept in contact with us during the time it was there and updated us on cost and ETA. They even cleaned the unit up at no additional cost! Great folks.
