I have been waiting a very long…read moretime to post my review as I have been waiting for a title from Georgia RV Sales to be sent to the bank that I borrowed the loan from. The title never was sent to the bank. Well, going back to 2016 one of the owners, Austin, went the next day and cashed the cashiers check for $11, 534.00. Little did I know I stepped into a nightmare of a camper. On the way home with the camper, which was a 2 hour drive, cars were trying to tell us to pull over and we couldn't quite understand why. When we finally pulled over the siding on the camper was literally flying off and hitting other automobile windows. Thankfully there was an exit and a Wal-Mart. We bought tape to patch up what had flown off which was a lot. I probably spent around $150.00 just on tape. I was disgusted by the fact that I just paid almost $12,000 for a camper that was literally coming apart at the seams. I took the camper back immediately that week and left it in their parking lot. I demanded it for it to be fixed. Tim, another owner, which did not own the camper, signed an agreement that they would fix the camper to my favorable inspection. When I came back almost two weeks later we had to drive to Tim's house to pick up the camper where there were workers still working on it. I reluctantly left the driveway with the camper and it still wasn't fixed right. There was water damage that I discovered later when we had a torrential downfall of rain. I ended up spending around $2000.00 to get the roof fixed and the inside wall beside the bed. I do not recommend buying from either salesman. They are definitely scammers, liars, cheats, and thieves.

We got our lovely new 5th wheel home and within an hour or two a tree limb went through the roof and straight through the ceiling, so worried about possible water damage and broken hearted we called Three Way Campers and they couldn't of done more or been any nicer. They put it in the workshop, helped with the insurance claim and told us they will repair it as quick as possible (we have a long road trip planned and we were a little worried). They eased our minds. These guys just go way beyond what they have to do and we really appreciate them. If you are looking to buy a camper then this is the place to go.

We took it in and was told that it would probably be a couple of weeks. They kept our camper for over a month causing us to have to cancel 3 of our scheduled trips. They didn't bother to tell us that we could have taken it with us and returned it once the parts came in. We finally contacted the Warranty company ourselves and learned that the last item (outdoor refrigerator) should be there the next day. Then found out that they had not even started on the repairs for all of the other issues and the parts were there! We picked it up so we could go on camping, but here it is over two weeks later and we have not been contacted about the refrigerator door latch for the main fridge. We would not recommend Open Roads RV to anyone who might need their camper serviced.

Now, I was warned that I did catch them in a lull for the day and got lucky, but the service was awesome and everyone there was incredibly helpful. I'm definitely going back whenever I need service, a propane refill, or any camper accessories.

Our goal? Find something that lets us escape the daily grind for weekend getaways. The sales staff was refreshingly friendly and low-pressure. They didn't hover or push us toward a sale, but were always nearby to answer questions--especially around pricing and layout options. That made the whole experience feel relaxed and informative, which is a nice change from the YouTube rabbit hole we'd been in. We explored Class A through Class C motorhomes. Class C felt like the sweet spot for us: enough space to stretch out without feeling like we were driving a bus. Most Class B layouts were just too cramped for our crew. We also peeked at some fifth wheels, but ultimately ruled them out--they didn't quite fit our weekend warrior vibe. Overall, it was a great visit. No pressure, just helpful insights and a chance to see things in person. If you're in the early stages of RV dreaming like we are, Woodstock Camper World is a solid place to start.

It is enough to make me never shop at a camping world again. Kindness costs nothing. The young people I encountered need a lesson in kindness and empathy and to realize someone's day may be going just a little bit worse than theirs. I've only purchased…read moreparts from this business but have gone out of my way (literally) because the employees here are so helpful. If they don't have it in stock they can usually get it the next day. The parts department has helped me out of a bind several times. Today I wanted the thermostat and over-temperature cutoff for an Atwood water heater. They had it in stock. The technician also took time to discuss my water heater issues and offered tips and troubleshooting techniques. I wish this place was around the corner from me but I'm willing to drive out of my way for good service. Thanks to all the Mark Tuggle staff!
