First store unable to honor warranty because I got at another location and they had no way to retrieve information. 2nd said battery fine, but I needed $500 alternator. I actually stopped at an auto zone to have battery checked and it was defective. Now to good part. Greg was already checking another vehicle when I pulled in. He quickly determined battery problem and said he would verify warranty. Information not on his local network and he checked central. Not available, so he called original location and after a couple of attempts he found the proper transaction. He quickly exchanged battery and installed it. Cudos to him
