When I went there and asked for a manager or the owner, the employee proceeded to tell me " we're all in charge so just talk to me" I stay at the promise about the transmission that they had just installed a few weeks prior to the day, I was there the vehicle has not been driven from the second I open the hood and looked under the vehicle I could point out so many various things that was wrong on top of that The transmission leaking do not take your vehicle to them horrible work they will cause someone their life with the horrible work, God forbid The response from the employee, "we're all in charge so just talk to me," is also unprofessional and unhelpful. As a customer, you have the right to speak with a manager or owner to express your concerns and seek a resolution. I made an appointment online for 10 a.m. however I dropped the vehicle off the night before. Received notice by 8:40 a.m. that the car was ready for pickup! Now the really great part is the peace of mind that we're left with.
