Needless to say this business did not listen to me when i dropped off the car and told them the reason my car was there. The mechanic shop called me to let me know they would like to charge me for something totally different than what my car was even there for. I had to remind them why my car was there, and the mechanic had to "instruct me" on codes and went to pull them while i was on the phone just for my vehicles dash lights to be illuminated right in front of his eyes. He then told me he would call me back the next day with another diagnosis. The following day he then tells me he finds an electrical issue which does sound like it could be the issue, however, when i get the bill its ridiculous.. I replaced my IG1 relay which at most is a $7.00 part and they charged me over $100 for parts needed.. and over 200 for labor.. when changing a relay takes 2 minuets. I understand diagnosing the issue takes time, however, it was the shops mistake diagnosing an issue that wasn't there and I shouldn't have been charged for that. Also. they told me they weren't charging me a diagnostic fee. So that price isn't from that. They Also let me know when they disassembled my shifter that they "cleaned it up", but when I got the vehicle home I took apart my shifter and it was not cleaned or did not look to be cleaned. My vehicle is pre owned and whoever owned it previously had dogs. The interior does not have hair everywhere any more, however, when I got into the shifter I found animal fur everywhere in the shifter and solenoid. So Id like to know where they cleaned. Just be careful if you come here. This mechanic shop will charge you for parts and labor like crazy even if they don't do anything.

The spark plugs installed are NGK iridium IX they charged $130.68, explaining to me that these are premium and how they don't cheap out on parts and how they come with a 12,000 mile warranty or 1 year. After just doing on the surface research NGK offers an even better line of plugs (NGK Ruthenium HX)for only $10.59 a piece. So essentially there up charging Twice as much on parts alone. Also while working on car fuel pump needed to be replaced because it burned out so they replaced it we get the car back, and not even the next day the car dies on the middle of the road. They explained how it was just out of gas and it was fine...the gas light had just turned on so I found it weird that it ran out. Fast forward about a couple of days later and the car dies AGAIN! The gauge was a little under a 1/4 but the car was completely out of gas. So it went back to the shop and they had to put a new fuel pump in after they installed a bad one...heres the catcher! The warranty was used even though they installed a cheap part. So from my personal experience in dealing with this place I would not recommend this place to anyone. Especially if they charging a premium price, installing cheap parts, and using a "warranty" service to justify the insane mark up. Just my thoughts! Edit 12/16/2025 When to shop because I was questioned about my review. Was met with immediate hostility entering and asking for the manager...I questioned him immediately entering the shops office asking why he was concerned on my review. He said there were a lot of things wrong with my review and proceeded to argue with me over it. The only reason I stepped in the shops office was to have a conversation and clarify. None of that happened... instead Anthony personally argued with me pulling up forms saying that the reason the fuel pump burned was because the car can't go under 5 gallons of gas aka as soon as the gas light turns on. I have never heard of a fuel pump burning out when the gas light turns on. After that Anthony proceeded to argue with me further on how the spark plugs I listened are not better....they are, anyone can fact check this. Then to top it off he threatened to take me out back and kick my butt all because he was clearly getting flustered/frustrated because I can see straight through all the deception (it doesn't matter how right or wrong a person is or is not. You never threaten people who come into your business, keep in mind this is the manger threatening me. not how you do business!) when I left he cursed me out, and that was that. Anthony is a young guy who still has a lot to learn, hopefully he'll learn you can't treat people like that who enter his business, especially if he wants to see customers!

After leaving in disgust from the local Ford dealership, I was referred to All Pro Automotive…read more To be honest I was a bit hesitant taking my mint condition "1999 Mustang GT" there at first, as the car is very special to me and I have always been very protective of it. I was greeted by friendly people and when I told them that I suspected that I had bad deferential and possibly rear wheel bearings, the response was, we have to check it out for ourselves to determine what actually may be wrong. My first thought was here we go again, $99.99 to just look at it. However, I was pleasantly surprised when he said and there is no cost for an inspection. I took my car to them at the appointed time and yes, I was correct the deferential was bad and the wheel bearings were going bad. They did the repair for the quoted price and the car runs like the day I bought it. I was so pleased with them that I have since taken it back to them for "Transmission Fluid" change and "Coolant Flush". They were very competitive on price and again did a great job. From now on I know where my Mustang will go for all service and repairs in the future. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs!
