I had been carrying my vehicles to a so called reputable place in Cartersville for years and the prices and service had gotten terrible. Prices high, service low. I carried my wife's vehicle in for an issue with alternator after getting all kinds of different opinions from the so called reputable place. I dropped it off and had my wife bring me back home. I got a call in about 1 hour telling me her vehicle was ready and when they gave me the price, I was more than excited, It was very reasonable! I carried my neighbors truck to them after the so called reputable place kept it for two weeks and said they couldnt find anything wrong with it and why it wouldnt start. WB's Auto repair had it diagnosed and repaired on less than a few hours. Not only has this place earned my business but also my neighbors. If you are having issues with your vehicle I suggest you give this place just one try. You will also be a new customer afterwards! Great job Bob and John! Keep up the good work!

I showed up on time. I never complained about anything except being hot. Everybody says it's hot. Yall let y'all's tire manager just yell at people and snap at them and talk to employees any type of way. People make mistakes and yall want perfection. That's not how you keep workers around. Yall had no issue drinking up my money bc yall can't keep drinks in the fridge. Yall had no issue with any of the other tire techs making the same mistakes. Apparently yall got no issue putting my family on the street either. Family don't do that. If this is how yall do business no wonder you can't keep good help. Owner didn't even have the balls to fire me himself. He had one of his little managers do it. I worked my ass off for you and got stabbed in the back. That's pretty dirty.

We…read morehad an appointment at 10 am to be seen, arrived prior to the appointment time and sat and waited, an hour past and I ask about the time and there was a guy said that they were behind, I told him that I would be back, I left the truck and went on with my day. Around 2:30-3pm I called and they said that they just got it back to look at it and they told me what needed to be done to fix the problem that the truck was having, I gave consent to move forward with the repairs. Time went on it was after 5pm and I had not heard from them, I called and they said they were putting everting back together it would be ready shortly. But while telling me that he said that one of the brake lines wasn't working properly. So instead of saying "hey let me keep it overnight and get the break line fixed" they put everything back together and let us pay and drive off. Got down the road and the truck was doing the same thing it was doing before. So the following morning we called back down there and they said bring it back and they would make it right. Took it back down there and left it and later that day they called and told me that it was ready and it would be $180ish dollars, I said excuse me? He told me the cost again, I said sir I just paid you almost $900 yesterday and you think I'm going to pay additional money today because you or your techs didn't fix the truck correctly? You have me mistaken, I'm not paying any additional. Keep in mind the tech told me the day before that they were "throwing" it back together, while also telling me there was an issue with the brake line. So they knew it was going to be an issue and just wanted to get paid and send me on my way, which put my LIFE in jeopardy. What if the brakes completely failed & I had an accident and got killed or killed someone else? Jim's tire doesn't care about you as a person/customer. They are only looking for the money. The "manager" called me and told me that he would take the labor off the bill but I still needed to pay for the parts that they used. Then he said he was going to erase the whole invoice and I could go pick up the truck. He knew what they had done and he knew it wasn't right, he didn't want any issue. I told him I was going to let everyone I knew know how they done us and that we would never use them for service again. I would suggest that you do the same, avoid them at all cost. Rep said it also was due an engine air filter. I requested they check the engine air filter and replace it if needed. He put those instructions on the invoice. 3. I went to breakfast with my sister. Rep said he would call when the truck was ready. I returned to the dealership at 12:30 - no phone call. I waited 10 minutes in the lounge and then went out to see what was going on. After a bit of a search- a different rep finally found the paperwork & key. 4. They had not replaced the cabin filter or the engine air filter even though the cabin filter definitely needed to be changed. So basically, it took them 2 hours 15 minutes just to change the oil. Another 5 minutes just to check out. They are very, very disorganized- polite but NOT customer focused. It is like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing...and again, not at all focused on the customer. I used to complain about KIA taking an hour for an oil change....but then I experienced the chaos of Riverside....never again.
