would give this place zero stars if I could. My car was towed here after a police stop, which makes…read morethis a non‑consensual tow. When I went to pick up my vehicle, they hit me with a 300‑dollar tow fee and another 339 dollars in "storage" for 9 days. Here's the problem:They charged me for the first 24 hours of storage, even though Georgia's non‑consensual towing rules say that first 24 hours is supposed to be free. They charged me for days when the lot was closed (from Friday evening through Monday morning), even though I had no way to get my car out on those days. The daily storage rate they used was higher than what Georgia's towing tariff allows for non‑consensual tows.In other words, they took advantage of the fact that my car was police‑ordered towed and then overcharged me on tow and storage fees in ways that are not allowed under Georgia's non‑consensual towing rules. If your car ends up here, demand an itemized bill, question every charge, and compare it against the Georgia Non‑Consensual Towing Maximum Rate Tariff. I've filed formal complaints with state authorities over the overcharges I was forced to pay. This company may be "legal" on paper, but the way they bill people who have no choice in the tow is, in my opinion, predatory and completely unethical.

He was yelled at and told that he absolutely wasn't allowed to change his tire on their property and made to move across the street. Can't even believe the rudeness of these people! I could understand if they were super busy, and had a full parking lot, but it was a Saturday and they were closed!! I guess if they're not making money off of you, all compassion goes out the window. They will never get my business!
