I contacted U-Hauls toll free number more then 25x over the 8 days I had the rental, but they instead acted as if I was avoiding them and issued a warrant for my arrest for a felony theft charge and charged me over $800, ignored my disputes, refuse to review the documentation I had confirming the calls, and instead use police to act as personal repossession agents. This business is a total nightmare as there is terrible communication between corporate and stores. Would not allow inspectors to hook up to shore power, would not put enough gas in it to run the generator and would not put water in the tank. Inspector found the rv had water damage on the roof after spending 3 hours trying to do the basics that would have taken them 30 minutes to set up. BUYER BEWARE!!!! They want you to pay 600.00 to use their inspector! You think "their" inspector would have told you about the water damage? I think not!
