I contacted U-Hauls toll free number more then 25x over the 8 days I had the rental, but they instead acted as if I was avoiding them and issued a warrant for my arrest for a felony theft charge and charged me over $800, ignored my disputes, refuse to review the documentation I had confirming the calls, and instead use police to act as personal repossession agents. This business is a total nightmare as there is terrible communication between corporate and stores.
