Staff is so courteous and helpful. We use Turner for our delivery trucks and trailers. We have always had such positive experiences, and they were even nice enough to give us the reference for another tire shop when they were unable to provide roadside service for a highway blow out. These guys are fantastic here. Brock was able to get the tires installed even though I didn't have an appointment, he squeezed me in I came to get new tires and tpms sensors installed. They have a nice waiting area and the shop is really clean inside. They have a great selection of tires and the employees are very friendly. Above and Beyond Service, and Great Prices too! Earlier today I hit a large rock in the road and immediately got a flat. While waiting the interminable period promised by my Roadside Assistance, I happened to call Turner Tires, to see whether they could replace my tire that day. Not only were they willing to replace the tire, the wonderful individual I got on the phone was willing to jump in his truck and drive the three miles down the highway and change my tire so that I could get there so much more quickly (for no charge). Their tire prices were excellent value, and despite the fact that I interrupted their day, they had me on the road in no time. I will be using them for all my tire needs in the future. read more

Great Experience! My wife and I were coming back from a camping trip and had a flat on my travel trailer, I called Turner Tire and got David and he immediately sent one of his techs to remove the tire and took the wheel with him back to the Turner Tire location and put a new tire on the wheel and brought it back within 25 minutes. You just don't see this type of service anymore. David keep up the good work because I will be back when I need tires or service. read more

Family owned business!! These folks are some of THE NICEST people you will ever want to meet. I have never found anyone who beats their prices or their service. I've never, ever gotten the "woman in a car shop" bad vibe. They have a clean and comfortable waiting area with water, a TV and the cleanest bathroom you'll ever find in an automotive or tire shop. One of the worst tire companys in Jasper Ga. I would not buy from them if it meant driving for hours to go somewhere else. After they accused me of not having a center cap on on of my wheels they proceded to try to take off my cover on back of jeep to see if it was on spare wheel. As everyone knows jeeps all come with a center cap on spare as they are in the open on back. After they messed up my Auburn cover I got made and said a few choise words. After that the son told me to get off their property and then the dad got in my face and told me we would take it out in the road to carry the argument on. What a couple of idiots. 13 year custmer of theirs and they want to fight. I left after the dad stuck his head in my car and told me to never come back. Went to Roland tire down the street and bought two tires and had sheriffs office return Turner's to them.
