I have used Canton Tire, Cherokee Tire, and Campbell Tire before they sold out to these thieves. I usually pay $10 - $20 for this service. They offered to spray paint the wheel so I gave them a can of matching spray paint. Imagine my surprise when the boy told me I owed $75!! The kid tried to justify the cost and I explained that I supplied the wheel, tire, valve stem, and paint which they offered to do. He had a horrible attitude and very little industry knowledge.
