They said it was filed wrong. Also got home with my new trailer and noticed they put two different wheels on my trailer. On top of that my trailer did not come with a spare tire. Big Tex trailers come with a spare and you get the title before you leave the show room. Other than my stakes not fitting in my stake pockets and the tie down points are not supported it's a decent trailer.

Over a year ago I brought my Airstream Interstate 2023 motor coach in for extensive repairs to its…read moreroof. I was attending my aunt's funeral and in following in the funeral procession through a covered side of the building I misjudged the height of the overhang and did extensive damage to the top of my airstream. The damage from the accident was not extremely noticeable because of the height of the airstream, but it resulted in needing most the roof repaired as well as a new windshield and hood repair. The roof repair required that the Airstream RV be gutted. Most everything had to be taken out in order to complete the roof repair. Cary Dingler and the body shop team did such a fantastic job that my Airstream Interstate is just like new! After almost a year, I contacted Cary about a roof leak that only occurred once in a very heavy rain. Cary' stated "no problem, bring it in." The body repair was great, but the atmosphere created by Cary was greater. Cary treated my wife and me with exceptional VIP service that we would never have expected.
