CUSTOMERS BEWARE: I have a 2009 E350 sport that I switched all my bulbs to LED. I got them all…read moreworking but when I was installing the last bulb on the driver side headloght the wires were stripped and must've made a short. They would work but flicker then headlights stopped working. Only the yellow fog lights worked. Fuses were good. I replaced the headlights And nothing. Turned out I needed to replace the SAM. Something I can DIY, but this would need programming from Mercedes tech after install, so a shop would need to do it. I got a quote of $1,000 to replace and program the SAM From Solo. They said this would fix my issue and my LED's would work. When I went to pickup the car they charged me $200 more claiming Mercedes tech price went up from when they quoted me. Whatever if they got them to work but they didn't. They only got my headlights to work with regular bulbs. They didn't even install bulbs correctly claiming they couldn't screw them in. They wanted to charge me extra to remove the bumper to install the bulbs. I was like no! You don't need to remove the bumper to install bulbs. Only to replace headlights do you need to remove the bumper. My blinkers didn't work. My yellow fog lights passenger side flickered. It took me 20mins to properly install the bulb In the parking lot at advance auto parts. Replaced the LED bulbs for the blinkers and fog lights with regular bulbs to get them to work. Basically I paid $1,200 to be back to square one doing half of the work myself. Now I have to find someone that knows that can get my LED bulbs to work. Their politeness and professionalism was deceitful. I felt taken advantage of and ripped off. Never again will I take my cars to them. Not to mention I let them know I live in Duluth and took it to their location in Gainesville an hour away. CISTOMERS BEWARE!!!

At first We were impressed with what we were told. A tractor-trailer took out our side mirror,…read morebroke the driver's side mirrorand window, sending glass down side of the coach with many chips on our 2015 American Eagle. They assessed damage, said they needed it 3 weeks to get work done. We had a window of 4 weeks, so we thought we were good. Got coach back in 7 weeks & had to cancel several trips and events we had on our schedule. Quality of the work was OK. Not sure why almost everything inside to coach (like items in a cabinet) were taken out and left all over the coach, given that the work didn't involve that area of the coach. Floor was not protected and found lots of Black dirt and grease. We asked that an air leak be accessed at our expense of $500+. First night after we left, air pump ran constantly. So evidently they didn't do anything and just made an extra $500 They called us part way through the work to say that our chassis batteries were low. We had already planned to replace house batteries, but the Chassis bateries were only 2 years old. First ones lasted 6 years. What really happened is that they ran down our chassis battereis. When we picked up coach, they had it running. Drove about 50 miles where we stopped for fuel. Cut engine off to fuel and would not crank afterwards. We tried auxlillary start and even tried to jump from my Jeep. Nothing worked. Had to call roadside service, since were were dead at Kroger fuel pumps. Wasted over an hour until roadside service brought batteries. Wish Spartan had told us that they had to jump it off that morning - a "minor" detail they didn't think was important to tell us. My recommendation -DO NOT TAKE YOUR COACH HERE FOR WORK. THEY LIE TO YOU AND LEAD YOU ON.

Each time Josh and Tyler worked with us and Montana to get the camper repaired and worked around our travel plans. We were lucky enough to discover them after an unfortunate smash-n-grab on my car, and each time, Ethan and the rest of the staff have been amazing. They are committed to doing quality work. Any time I have an issue that their shop could work on, I go to them first. They did decal repair for us and they put in extra time to find a really supplier that wouldn't gouge us. Dodge wanted like 4x the price. After the install, the even threw in some extra work for free on the paint around the decals, which looks amazing. At some point I'll have them do the rest of the car so it all gleams. Ethan even stayed after 5 on Friday, pro-bono, one time to check my friend's tires. How many auto shops do you know that would do that! I tried to tip him for it but he insisted it was just how they do business. A+ service shop.
