Left electrical wires dangling from under the dash and tried to double side tape a piece on my windshield that didn't work, and is not right. After leaving I noticed a storage compartment cover moving. Upon inspection, They had left every compartment and hood latch open. After getting home I noticed my faucet was closed after I had already winterized. They had put water through my system to check a drain leak after it was winterized. I still have not looked at everything. Beware. I believe the negative comments and think the majority of the positives are made up.

On November 8, 2025, while traveling from South Carolina toward Bryan, Texas, I called NIRVC in Atlanta and spoke with Nick Schwehr. Even though it was a Saturday and we were on a tight 5-day travel schedule (needing to be in Texas by the 14th), Nick was incredibly accommodating. He arranged for us to arrive on Sunday, stay overnight at their facility with shore power, and have the Rettrobands installed first thing Monday morning. We also asked to have the generator serviced while we were there -- killing two birds with one stone! When we arrived, Nick wasn't onsite, but his team was fully briefed and took excellent care of everything. At 8:00 a.m. Monday, they brought our motorhome into the shop without any delay. The waiting area was comfortable and welcoming, with a TV, freshly made popcorn, bottled water, and coffee -- the little touches that make a big difference. By early afternoon, the Rettrobands were professionally installed, the generator was serviced, and we were safely back on the road heading to Texas with complete peace of mind. We traveled from Baltimore, Maryland (670 miles one way), arriving on Sunday evening with the specific goal of having the "RetroBand Tire Blowout Protection" installed on the drive wheels of our Holiday Rambler Endeavor motorhome. Our service appointment was scheduled for Monday morning. We had no idea they were already expecting us. Furthermore, they provided us with a complimentary covered parking space with full utility hookups. At 8:00 AM on Monday, our diesel pusher was carefully moved into the service bay and connected to a 50-amp power supply to preserve our batteries and maintain the refrigerator temperature during the 3-4 hours of service. I contacted VLRV for service on my main air conditioner on my 5th wheel RV. When I called to set…read moreup an appointment, I explained that my unit was not working at all and it appeared the fan motor had frozen up. Two technicians arrived right on time, and hit the ground running. A quick check from inside the rv of the power to the unit confirmed that the motor had indeed frozen up. Within minutes they were up on the roof with a new motor that they had brought with them. After about 30 minutes or less, they were down and checking that everything was running well and that the unit was cooling As it should. They were both very professional and made sure that all was well before they left.
