As…read morea manager for most of life I witnessed a very professional and honest staff doing a great job at customer service. This is extremely rare in today's world. I later learned this is a family owned business and everyone that works there is related. They treat their customers as if they are family. Their honesty just blows me away, I trusted them to look at the bearings, brakes and tires on my 33' travel trailer. They could have sold me everything from new bearings to brakes. Instead they were so honest to tell me that all it needed was the bearings to be repacked. I asked them for a specific tire that they did not carry. They not only found the tire but beat everyone else's price. A couple of days after picking up the RV I received a phone call from the owner telling me that she had money waiting on me from the sell of my old tires. Wow! I never ask them to sell them, most businesses would have sold the tires and put the money in their own pocket. I'm just blown away with the professionalism and honesty of each person I met. If you have a trailer and need honest people to help you with it then this is the place. They also sell Big Tex Trailers.
