I wasn't warned of this ahead of time and had driven myself up there intending to wait for the car. They said that they warn everyone on the phone but I had booked my appointment thru Yelp messaging and it wasn't mentioned. Anyway, it wasn't a big deal to me as I had intended to walk up the street and have lunch at Betos Tacos anyway. I later noticed tiny bubbles in the rear window. When I contacted the business they said they don't warranty the work because its "tint over tint", which they determined from a photo I shared. First off how can you tell from a photo, and more importantly, what shop would apply tint over another tint? I had 7 prior vehicles successfully tinted without issue. This is what I get for trying to support a black, local business. I should have stuck with Solar Tint in Duluth.
