I have an almost 14 year old g37 that needed ceramic tint removed since it had gone bad after all these years. I was a little nervous about the tint removal. Only because I know that can be hard on the interior from past experiences. Even though an older car, you still want it to be nice. But the technician did an amazing job. I didn't see wear and tear to the headliner and defroster lines weren't scraped off either which worried me the most. So if you only need tint removed. These are the guys to trust. I called the shop yesterday morning and THOUGHT I made an appointment for Saturday morning. The person said to arrive at 10:00. I get there and what, he says there are two cars ahead of me and asked if I planned on waiting. UM...NO. Why would you tell a customer to come in at a certain time if you don't have that as an availability? Or better yet, if the cars in the queue were walk-ins, perhaps you should have told those customers to come back at another time. The icing on the cake...man tells me to come back at 1:30 today. However, I should call before I head over as he wants to make sure he isn't busy at that time. WHAT? Clearly, this place doesn't accept appointments or doesn't know the concept of an appointment. Perhaps it would be best if they clearly inform customers of this matter. Luckily, I was able to make an appointment with another shop a few miles away. They even have an automated system with text confirmation.
