I understand. We are all human. We can make mistakes, but it's a business owner's responsibility to mend and admit their mistakes. I have a 2023 x5. It was only two weeks off the lot. I first noticed the damage to my front steering wheel and side of my window. I was told it only looked damaged because it was wet. They said if the damages were still there the next day they would handle the issue. Come the next day the owner said I was being too sensitive and that I caused the damage myself. THANKFULLY bmw said they would replace all of the damaged items because of my warranty. That was all water under the bridge. I then noticed a bubble on my heads up window display and a few scratches on the front window shield. I originally came in when it was raining so I was told to wait a few days for the bubble to deflate and let the sun dry everything out. I waited. It still was there, but the owner refused to admit his mistake and his attitude was horrible. I am thankful he gave me a refund, but there is a right and wrong way of doing business. The way he kept dismissing me and telling me I was too sensitive to the look of my car. He even accused me of taking a knife to my own window. I don't know how he has been in business and how he can have so many great reviews. If you do chose to use this business please be sure to take pictures of your car before hand so you can prove if damages occurred while the car was in their possession. Also hope that you don't find any human errors because the owner will not admit to their mistakes that are glaringly there. I hope this review will help their business in the future. I hope the owners customer service becomes more aware and improves. read more

I came to this shop bc they have over 30+ years of reputable experience and the owner is literally the OG of tint. They also have experience doing a lot of Teslas so that's also one of the reasons why I came here. I got the llumar IRX 15% tint and it looks very clean and it also blocks 90% UV rays. Found this place by chance when I was searching for a place to get my car windows tinted online. I messaged them and they promptly gave a response to my inquiry of a quote for my Mercedes e300. He listed out all the prices for each grade of tints and I made my appointment. I showed up at the designated time and they got to work on it right away. They were very through and quick with the installation and I also decided to add on a front windshield after I tested out the live demo in store for the llumar air 80. It didn't add much time and I was out within 2 hours. So far everything looks really good while it's curing. I would like to thank the staff who was working that day for their service.
