Very professional and took me in without an appointment. They have a waiting room, which I took advantage of and took a nap after a big lunch. I'll have to wait three days for everything to dry out and see the final result, but based on past experiences with tinting, this is pretty standard. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks. Also, the pricing seemed very reasonable to me. One thing to note is follow the Yelp directions\address. Knowing that I had a car that definitely needed tinting, I started scouring the internet for prices and to see what kind of tints I could come away with. Through Yelp, Three Tinters responded pretty quickly and through seeing their reviews it seemed like it was one of the better spots to get your windows tinted. I got the flex ceramic tint and also the nano ceramic for the windshield. Saheed was straight forward and told me exactly what the prices were and came here to get my car tinted. And damn I chose correctly. The only small issue that I had after the tint was that there were bubbles (not water bubbles that dry through) in the small triangle window of my passenger seat. I think that if I were to ever bring it back and get it checked out they would replace it with no problem. The big windows that needed to be tinted correctly, were done correctly. It took them a good amount of time, but Saheed and his brother did a great job especially during the cold when tints are usually not installed due to how long it would take for the tint to dry. I think if you do decide to check this place out, use the quote function from their Yelp business page. That was one of the easiest part and communicating to Saheed through there was good because once I met him, he knew who I was when I met in person at the shop. read more

They are very responsive at this establishment! When I got my car, the first thing I had to do was get window tint on it! I didn't want to be riding dirty at first and thought it best not to test my luck with a DARK dark tint. Raheem was very responsive to my online inquires and I decided to come in and stop by since he said an appointment that day was not necessary. I came in, he greeted me and we talked about the different types of tints they have. He showed me a display that had a light and what the light felt like behind each type of tint. I chose the ceramic tint since it blocked a lot of heat over the other option. I told him to do all 5 windows at legal (30%). I waited in the waiting room until they were done and it didn't take them that long to finish up. After they were finished, Raheem went over the shoulds and should nots of my new tint. He said to leave my windows up for at least a week so the tint is completely dry and not to let them down before then. The job ended up costing me a few hundred dollars so they are priced decently. When I got my car back I was excited upon seeing my new tint and not being able to be easily gawked at by some weirdo drivers next to me! I am going to come back to this business so they can give me a darker tint. 30% is okay, buuuuut I like it a bit darker I think (to block out more sun)! read more

I'm sure they do a good job when they do, but I didn't get that far, and I found both my experiences with them embarrassingly unprofessional. Never mind the obnoxious of a long winded phone menu you have to listen at length to before you can dial and speak to someone, I called twice and both times I was hung up on. The last time it happened, the man I was speaking to me told me he couldn't do the job because of the difficulties related to dealing with previously installed tint. So, he began to explain, and I understood, so I replied, "Okay, okay," and the guy got upset and said, "I'm trying to explain, but you're saying okay, so okay." And then he hung up on me - and then he tries to call me back! Absolutely not, I'm not giving you any business. Whoever it was I spoke to was immature, unprofessional, and insecure. I wouldn't recommend based solely off the fact my limited experience with them did not leave me confident in their ability to be professional. They might do good work, but I wouldn't trust them to fix any mistakes you find later or if you would somehow end up in a billing dispute. read more

Removed old tint and put on new ceramic tint for my 328i. They did a terrific job. I had checked around for pricing. Not the cheapest but definitely lower than most. The thing that impressed me the most was after the sale. When it was time to start using the windows again I noticed that driver window controller had stopped working. I called thinking that the tinter had forgotten to reconnect it. But I was told they do not remove panels. The owner also told me that he would take care of getting it fixed because it broke while the car was in his care. The estimate for repair was almost the same as the cost of the tint job. But the owner stuck with his position that he would take care of it. Luckily I was able to find the part on eBay and replace it myself to reduce the cost. I went with the ceramic tint all around, and they gave me a great deal for being a loyal customer. The customer service was great. The waiting room is comfortable and the wifi is much appreciated.
