I have a 2024 740i that experienced a crack in the panoramic glass. I had called around and had one shop to be honest they could not do the job. I was introduced Auto Glass Masters and immediately felt comfortable with the explanation Amerion detailed on what needed to be done. I was prepared to be without for 5 days. I dropped off the vehicle on Sunday evening got a call on Tuesday with excellent news that it would be ready by early afternoon which shocked me knowing what needed to be done. See the pictures on the initial crack, picture on the removal and lastly the finished result!!! AMAZING!!!! I cannot find enough words to truly describe the experience from start to finish. GOOD SNACKS & STELLAR SERVICE EXPERIENCE!! I used their Wi-Fi bar while waiting, but I didn't get much time to send emails because they were so fast. I was taken aback by how gorgeous their shop is. It looks like a model home. The employees are also easy on the eyes. I was going to call SafeLight, but I had a horrible experience with them in the past. Auto Glass Masters is my new go-to for tinting and glass. Also, thank you for the quality snacks! This place is not your average auto shop, the love and pride is in all of the details. A Tesla owner was raving about what a great job they did replacing his windshield as I walked in. Apparently, he took it elsewhere and they messed up his Tesla dome windshield, so the Tesla dealership told him to visit Auto Glass Masters to get it fixed correctly. Makes sense. So happy I found this auto glass shop and discovered they do so much more than just windshield replacement! Super convenient that they could tint my window to match after replacement and I will be back for the PPF wrap I've been wanting to get done. The location at the crossroads of Alpharetta Hwy and Holcomb Bridge is awesome and you can go grab some Starbucks next door or help yourself to the refreshments they have onsite and relax in the AGM lounge. Guest wifi is on point and their people really care about your car - I've never been in an auto shop this clean and well appointed.
