I so appreciated his honesty and wise counsel on what made the most sense (such as not going with PPF on the windshield unless it outweighed the deductible to replace a chipped or shattered windshield). No unnecessary upselling here! His team were so kind and made sure I understood the process as well as any caveats that could come from removing old PPF that had shrunken and left a nice line of dirt on the exposed adhesive. John and Taylor took good care of my car with service that went the extra mile! I chose to also add clear-ish tint on the inside of my windshield to cut some of the heat and Anthony placed the tint on seamlessly. I did discover it didn't heal right the first time but Brian and Anthony were gracious enough to replace with no hassle, free of charge. It's hard to find great, hard-working folks that honestly care about the quality of the experience over making a sale. I felt their prices were reasonable and they were even able to get the most out of one sheet of tint to cut down on costs! Thank you to Brian and the team! Throughout the entire process, communication from AutoGlassNow was consistent and reliable. The technician, Albert, called ahead to confirm his arrival time and clearly explained the replacement and camera recalibration process, including how long it would take. Which..... it was opening and closing just fine before I brought it in. I asked the guy and he said "I don't work on latches" and that was the answer, he didn't take any responsibility to fix the issue or at least help me get into contact with corporate who could help me out. I then reached out the week after and spoke to someone who was going to escalate the case to upper management. They stated that they wanted to see my repair estimate for what I paid to have the latched fixed after they broke it. Which was over $1700. After speaking with them I was told somebody would reach back out to me so I waited for a call. Follow up two weeks later..... after they wanted to address this concern still nothing has been done. I had to follow up with them and spoke with Mark who did nothing but argue on the phone with me about how "this is a common problem with Jeep and Mercedes Benz vehicles we see it everyday" yet the latch still was not broken until they touched it, and if it is a known problem than maybe you're not equipped to work on those two makes of vehicles?? I had to take the car to jeep and have the latch replaced for $1700 and the master tech at Jeep informed me that this is a rare case and that those latches do not just break on their own after explaining the story to him. Most reputable companies want to keep customers coming back and correct their mistakes.... Had this been the case I would've proceeded with the repair and moved on because accidents do happen. However.... Due to the negligence and the unprofessional employees that I have spoken to on the phone almost a month later with no resolution, I have now decided to take legal action. I walked into the bay to see what I would be driving over and it was littered with enough broken glass that I could have filled a trash can. Counted over 20 -25 razor blades in the bay and in the area where you would pull in. I didn't pull in, I would have needed a new set of tires if I had. If they are that sloppy in the garage at 8am, I don't trust that they would be able to do quality work in that environment. I wouldn't feel safe putting air in an old bike here. Do better!
