I have an almost 14 year old g37 that needed ceramic tint removed since it had gone bad after all these years. I was a little nervous about the tint removal. Only because I know that can be hard on the interior from past experiences. Even though an older car, you still want it to be nice. But the technician did an amazing job. I didn't see wear and tear to the headliner and defroster lines weren't scraped off either which worried me the most. So if you only need tint removed. These are the guys to trust. I also got new tint put on. Which i love! I feel like my car feels new(ish) again to me after all these years. Also the guys are very responsive about getting you in for an appointment. Terrible! I had a scheduled appointment. I literally get there 10 mins late because of some traffic I experienced on the way. Drove over an hour just to come here. I get there literally at 10:09 9 minutes late and they tell me they cannot finish the vehicle that day and it would have to be finished a month later. Terrible service if you ask me. Excellent place with excellent service! Usually, I let my dad handle auto related things for me but this time I decided to take matters in my own hands and they made the process super easy for me! They were very thorough and quick in responding to my Yelp inquiry. I was aware of all my pricing upfront, all of my options, warranty information and how long it would take. With that, I was able to book immediately online. On the day of my appointment, I DID have a bit of trouble finding the location since I was looking for a storefront that actually said 'Dynamic Appearance' but instead it was inside of a computers, audio & auto type store which was fine- just didn't know what I was looking for. Once I arrived, the guy there was very patient and knowledgeable and once again walked me through all of my options and the pricing information again. He even did a heat demonstration! Tinting took about as long as he warned me for and I was immediately briefed on the aftercare maintenance and my lifetime, nationwide warranty once again. Loved the tint job, didn't leave the inside of my car a mess like people complained about in other businesses. Super pleased with their work! Had tint appointment, received MULTIPLE texts confirming my appointment. Showed up 5 minutes early and they made me wait outside for over 20 minutes while a single customer that did not have appointment and showed up at same time as me browsed the store and checked out for their audio purchase (nothing to do with tinting.....), at their leisure. Left 20 minutes after my appointment time. Did not get my windows tinted by them. Do not recommend based on my experience. read more

BEWARE!! This place left my Porsche damaged. If you care about your car don't bring it here. They cut both of my A pillars in my brand new car while tinting the front windshield. They told me to bring it in so they can take a "look" even though I pointed out right after service and they took picture of the damage. I brought it in and told them to Not scrub or try to clean it with chemicals because I am SEVERELY asthmatic and allergic to cleaning chemicals. It could cause me an asthma attack while driving. They "CLEANED" with heavy chemical anyways and the car was drenched in chemical smell. When I confronted the guy about it he looked me straight in the eye and said "have a good day" and asked me to leave. Very unprofessional. I brought them 3 cars before and always recommend them to my friends but this is horrible. And I posted my review on their Facebook page, 5 minutes later they turned review options off. This business is very unethical and management doesn't stand behind anything they say. I would HIGHLY recommend taking your business elsewhere... **UPDATE** after reading the manager's response and noticing I noticed it's totally FALSE. They were NEVER going to remove the tint and it was never offered. The only thing offered was for me to pay to have it redone. I NEVER even mentioned anything about 5% tint so I'm not sure where he's getting that information from. The manager didn't reach out to me until I got my financial institution involved which is pathetic and even then he never offered a refund (honestly, who would turn down a refund if they wasn't satisfied with the service....that makes no sense at all). I'm taking the time to write this review as I rarely ever write one, but this business and its employees and manager shy away from customer service and owning up to their mistakes. I learned my lesson conducting business with them and just want to make other consumers aware of their tactics and lack of care. **Update** The pictures posted by management proves my point. That's not my correct email, therefore I never received and if you would have spoken to me via phone (like you claim) that would have been easily caught, but you decide not to return or answer calls. I was bummed to find out my old tint place relocated. I went to Yelp to find another place and received a quote from Justin from Dynamic Appearance. Based on my research these guys were the cheapest and even offered a $10 off coupon when you check in on Yelp! With the coupon I paid $42 for 2 windows to be tinted (standard/basic tint for my work vehicle). The appointment took about 30 minutes to tint my front two windows and I was in and out. Very professional! Not to mention they matched the tint perfectly with the back windows. I was initially quoted $239 after providing the year, make and model of my vehicle on 2/9/19. I booked an appointment for 2/14/19. Between those two dates the following occurred: I received a phone call from an employee asking for clarification whether or not my vehicle was the two-door model or the four-door model. This was confusing to me as the manufacturer doesn't offer a two-door model, but I answered four-door despite the red flag. This is when they informed me that the quote they had provided me prior was for the non-existent two-door model and they'd have to charge extra. Well, considering this was intended to be a Valentine's day gift, I kept the appointment. 2/13/19: Received text message to confirm appointment, to which I confirmed, yes. They again asked for the year, make and model of my vehicle, despite my providing the information twice prior. I provided it again. 2/14/19: Day of appointment. I arrived prior to my scheduled time. Despite having already done my research and already knowing what I had wanted, salesman had us go through the motions for upcharges regardless. He then mentioned that they would have to charge extra to remove pre-existing adhesive. Again, this was surprising to me as I've owned the vehicle for years and have not had tinting on the vehicle prior. It was also odd that the salesman would say this having not even seen the vehicle. We went outside to the vehicle and he pointed out spots that were allegedly prior adhesive. Maybe the prior owner had tint on the window of which I'm unaware. I thought that these professionals would be better suited to evaluate whether or not further work would need to be done for a proper installation, and I'm one to support thorough and detailed work. Translation: another up-charge for questionable reasons. Now, the work was done quite quickly - a little over two hours. I was momentarily impressed at the turn around, until I started actually looking at the results: A) There are gouge-marks in the window sill driver's side rear (marked "A" on the attached pictures). The owner's response below suggests that it must have been there because they don't use blades. Again, I've owned the car for years, but perhaps I've overlooked this damage. I suspect I haven't due to the evidence suggesting it's fresh damage. B) The alleged pre-existing adhesive which I was charged extra to have removed, is still present and under the tint that they applied. The associated photo is specifically chosen because this spot is the precise spot that the employee pointed out as being "pre-existing" adhesive when justifying the up-charge. Seeing as the establishments response shirks responsibility and boils down to "nuh-uh!", I'll just let the evidence speak for itself and take my car elsewhere to have their shoddy work corrected. For those curious, the final charge before correcting their work was $306.34, which would have been fine had they focused on doing the job properly instead of trying to impress with a two-hour turnaround. read more

UPDATE: I was contacted by Justin directly, who not only made a very generous offer to make up for my frustration yesterday, but also contacted their IT people to make their scheduling system more clear for first timers like me. I'm actually recommending a friend to come her to get her tinting done later this week! Never had a problem with the tinting itself, just how the series of events stacked up. Another great feature is that all of their high end tints come with a lifetime warranty at no extra charge. Highly recommend spending the extra $20 to go with one of the better films, so you don't have to worry about it anymore! ---- Terrible experience, terrible customer service. The tint itself was fine, but nothing you can't get elsewhere, especially if you're using a tint that has a lifetime warranty anyway. I used their online tool to book full car tint appointment and they seemed surprised that I wanted my windshield included in the full car tint. I scheduled the appointment for 10am and they actually made me come back at 4pm to get the windshield done. Due to immense traffic on a Friday afternoon (the reason I booked a 10 am appointment to begin with) they turned me away. I asked for a refund for the service I already paid for and they had to get manager approval. Do not recommend coming here unless you're looking to waste your entire day. Got a set of 8k foglight hid kit and installed. The installstion for the fogs HIDs was $50 which is somewhat reasonable but at the same time the install was poorly done. Some economic black electrical tape around the ballast connectors would have been nice since they are in clear reach of water or debris. Plus the connectors were just were just hanging there, had to to put tape myself. Other than that, the ballasts and bulbs are still holding up. Would truly recommend just make sure to re-check your install. read more

After my Benz was tinted, the chrome around my car window came back with scratches that were not there before. Dynamic Appearance said that the car has scratches and that the ones on the chrome can barely be seen and they did not scratch the car. They were argumentative and dismissive. I originally left a positive review because like most businesses these days, I was offered a discount for leaving a review on Yelp and Google and they want to see your review prior to giving you the discount. I have been here previously for my other vehicles and this was the worst experience ever. I drove three hours (one way trip each, two days) to get my vehicle completed and it still is not completely tinted. On top of that, the discounts that were advertised (Military, Repeat Customer & Traveling 30+ miles) and promised (leaving a review) were not applied to my purchase. Usually the black guy is here and he is(was) pretty responsive in handling issues but the guy I just encountered found every excuse to not finish the job. I even had a concern about a few LARGE bubbles with the windows done and he told me I would have to wait 30 days even though I know this is not normal and again I travel to get here. In total, I've spent more than $400 dollars on this vehicle still needs the rear windows tinted. Don't waste your time here... read more

I will tell you that their customer service is horrible, on a scale of 1 to 10 and 10 being the best, they get a -10!!! That's right a NEGATIVE TEN!!! I wanted to get the windows tinted in my car and I called to inquire about it of Friday. The man told me to bring it Saturday morning to have it done.Okay, it's Saturday morning I take the car up to them. When I walk in I'm not greeted. I ask someone (behind the couter) about window tinting. He points me in the direction of another counter. The man is helping another customer, that's not a problem ... I can wait. They finish, the employee who works there puts the order in. GREAT, you would think. But NO. He proceeds to go talk to another person who works there.
