On the first attempt the tint was cut short on the drivers side, allowing a light gap. I brought it back the same day and had to schedule another appointment to have it fixed. No apology or acknowledgement for the inconvenience of having to schedule another appointment. On the second attempt they scratched the new tint in multiple different places. I have given it a couple days to cure in the sun hoping the scratches would cure out, but I can feel them with my finger. It really gives the impression that they don't check the work when it's done and they are trying to get the car out of their shop as quickly as possible. I'm not new to tint and I understand there is no perfect tint job. I understand debris and small bubbles. I will say it is unacceptable to deliver tint that doesn't cover the sides of the glass and deep scratches on the new redone tint. I paid for a service and it's not unreasonable to expect the basic industry quality standards. No one has time to schedule two hour appointments each week hoping it comes out better the next time. I think the pictures speak for themselves.

I recently visited to inquire about getting my new 2024 Kia Telluride ceramic coated and decided on the top-level 9-year Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra product with a basic level paint correction. The shop had a special on window coatings so I added that for a small additional fee. During the application process, Preston contacted me to share a rare challenge they sometimes have with Black vehicles the 9-year coating was not working as expected and they would need to use the 5-year Crystal Serum Light but would also add a second level coating of EXOV4Uitra Durable Hydrophobic Coating to create the best coating, protection and shine possible given the circumstances. Like I told Preston, I was disappointed that could not get the 9-year coating and yet I appreciated his explaining a few times so I could understand what was happening and I appreciated working with me to make appropriate adjustments even though the shop encountered extra labor on the second coat. The real story here is the team at EZ Auto Spa does an awesome job and treats customers fairly and in turn they earned my trust that I got the best product possible for my vehicle given the challenges they encountered. At the end of the day when purchasing a product like this, trust goes a long way and that's why Preston and EZ Auto Spa earned 5 stars from me.

I didn't see wear and tear to the headliner and defroster lines weren't scraped off either which worried me the most. So if you only need tint removed. These are the guys to trust.
