I gotta say Preston the General Manager is one of the most professional managers I have ever worked with in any situation. His industry, product and technical knowledge is impressive. He freely shares anything you need to know about the process and his communication whether it is via text, videos, emails or phone calls sets a very high bar. I recently visited to inquire about getting my new 2024 Kia Telluride ceramic coated and decided on the top-level 9-year Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra product with a basic level paint correction. The shop had a special on window coatings so I added that for a small additional fee. During the application process, Preston contacted me to share a rare challenge they sometimes have with Black vehicles the 9-year coating was not working as expected and they would need to use the 5-year Crystal Serum Light but would also add a second level coating of EXOV4Uitra Durable Hydrophobic Coating to create the best coating, protection and shine possible given the circumstances. Like I told Preston, I was disappointed that could not get the 9-year coating and yet I appreciated his explaining a few times so I could understand what was happening and I appreciated working with me to make appropriate adjustments even though the shop encountered extra labor on the second coat. The real story here is the team at EZ Auto Spa does an awesome job and treats customers fairly and in turn they earned my trust that I got the best product possible for my vehicle given the challenges they encountered. At the end of the day when purchasing a product like this, trust goes a long way and that's why Preston and EZ Auto Spa earned 5 stars from me. read more

BEST CAR DETAILER COMPANY EVER!! Wow, this is probably the greatest car care establishment I have ever been too, and I've been to QUITE a few, and run into various different experiences, typically horrible or horribly mediocre. Everyone here is super professional, extremely welcoming, honest and upfront, just all around amazing individuals, which I am not used to, usually places I have frequented only have one of those attributes, but it's an astronomically impressive feat to have ALL. Firstly, the communication they have with their customers and potential clients who may just have questions, is SUPERB! My sister's car door scraped the side of mine, and it had some ugly scrapes that were clearly visible since my car is unfortunately white and shows everything, and I'm hoping to trade it in soon, so this was not something I wanted to deal with but I needed help ASAP. My sister spoke with Preston, whom was AMAZING and supremely helpful; she had called numerous places before this one, but EZ Auto Spa caught our attention with their exceptional customer care and expert communication, without being a shred of vague or condescending, which we have experienced both of at other companies. Preston went above and beyond with his communication and informed her of every possible detail with perfect explanation of: when, where, what to do, how to acquire the right paint, their operating hours, and the best steps moving forward to get my car repaired, which was so very appreciated and extremely beneficial! When I got there, I was assisted immediately, and I was so impressed with their exceptional teamwork and hospitality! I had the pleasure of being introduced to Mark, and he was the lifesaver to work on my car. I received the delivery of my new vehicle, a Mercedes G63, for my wife's birthday. The car arrived safely and sound from Texas; however, I saw this small ding on the back of the spare tire case. It bugged me so much that I contacted EZ Auto Spa, and I was able to connect with Preston. I loaded pictures from my computer, spoke on the phone, and got the quotation within 1 hr. I was so impressed with the quality of the customer experience that I didn't hesitate to shop around. I dropped off my spare tire case at 3 pm and got a "video" message from Preston showing me the repair result...... I couldn't even tell if it was ever damaged. Bottom line: I'm extremely happy with the product applied, the work done, and the support before, during, and after. 100% would recommend. On my black 2021 Chevrolet Equinox they removed the badges (like the things that say "EQUINOX"), did color correction, and applied 5 year ceramic and I'm very pleased with the result. Before service, Preston explained to me the various grades of product/service they offered and I chose a middle-of-the-line service with one small upgrade. I was pleased to end up feeling that I wasn't aggressively up-sold. During service, Preston sent me neat progress videos and kept me informed. I met the man who did the work and talked with him, so it seemed like my car got personal attention, not just some anonymous production line. Not the cheapest quote that I found, but the value was well worth the price. Since having the ceramic done, we've had one strong rainstorm during one week, and multiple days of light misting rain during another. The coating did great at sheeting off the rain during the one, and beading like I hoped for during the other. My car was bird-bombed twice, and following the directions that Preston gave me made the spots perfect again. 100% would recommend. read more

False advertisement I called to get an appointment to have my chips / small discoloration fixed and they said they only fix dents and don't do coloring. Looking at the pics it sure looks like they put pics up of discoloration dents and chips but they turned my money down. So 1 star. Don't recommend. I can't recommend Preston and the team at EZ Auto Spa highly enough! I took both my wife's car and my car to them for paint correction, ceramic coating, and ceramic window tint as soon as we got the vehicles. Preston sent me video updates on the progress throughout and delivered the car looking better than it did from the factory. I returned to get UV/heat blocking film added to the windshields of both cars, and they handled two tricky insurance claims for me that required paintless dent repair on aluminum panels, prior to repainting, and then back to EZ Autospa for ceramic coating again. They got me in the same day, and coordinated with the body/paint shop to get my vehicle turned around and fully completed in less than a week, because I was moving out of state.
