My 84 year old mother got into a wreck and needed her car repaired. I can't even express adamantly enough how much I recommend this business. From start to finish, they took such great care of her. We scheduled a time to get an estimate. Brian took his time and talked my mother through the process. I appreciated that he told her getting parts in could sometimes cause delays. He gave her the worst scenario time frame and then said they would hope to be finished sooner. Bryanna was in constant communication with us. Her text updates kept us in the loop and let us know how things were going. They had a problem getting the insurance adjuster to respond to them to get the work started. They communicated this to me and I was able to reach out to my mom's agent and get the ball rolling. Had they not let me know we could have still been waiting. I am thankful for the quality and integrity that this business displayed through the entire process. Her car looks great and they made dealing with them so very easy. If you have a car that needs repaired, do not hesitate to reach out to Georgia Paint and Body. You will be so glad you did. read more

This business did a great job in every way for us. We had a Toyota sedan with a heavily pitted hood and they were very helpful, straight forward and professional. In addition, my hood now looks brand new, with the paint matching perfectly. The work was also done very quickly, as we picked it up a day earlier that we expected to. We will definitely go there again for any car painting or body work that we need. Great Company! read more

I am so happy with my results from some damage I did to my new car. Michael gave me a quote, and I got on the schedule in a couple of weeks. Drop off date and pick up date was spot on. No additional costs were involved. I appreciate their professionalism, quality of work they did, and quick response via emails. My car looks brand new again and they even detailed it! Thank you to everyone who did an amazing job! I highly recommend them. percent. Sandra L Suwanee. read more

I will never go anywhere else. I got into a slight fender bender a few months ago and ended up going to another shop per the request of the other party. They completely messed up my vehicle. The paint color didn't match, the bumper wasn't on right, and I now had water in my tail light. I ended up calling Georgia Paint and Body just absolutely upset. Brian was able to come out and look over my car with me. He was super nice and understanding of my situation. He talked me through what he thought needed to be done to the vehicle, but assured me that he would make sure it would be done right. I dropped my vehicle off on July 5 and was able to pick it up in July 8. They're really great about communicating with you to remind you of your appointment and calling you when your vehicle is ready. I never had a negative interaction with any of the staff. I picked my car up on the 8th and WOW! It looked so much better. Brian came out and talked me through what they did. He showed me pictures of what the work looked like under the bumper and explained what the previous shop had done wrong. I will without a doubt always come here in the future, especially with how competitive the pricing is. Overall, I fully trust this location with my vehicle and know that they aren't just looking to make a quick buck. read more

Had a small section of my car front lip resprayed from a scuff. They fixed it and the color didn't match and when I trade it in they tell me there was overspray everywhere underneath. Shoddy work. Will not be back. Update: Judy did do what she said and emailed me. I responded back with my situation and received no response back from her. Her comment to my review must clearly be for everyone else to just read, but she did nothing in response to my further explanation. read more

Our family has dealt with Georgia Paint & Body 3 times over the past couple of years. Every time, they've performed the repairs and painting excellently, and their pricing is mighty fair and a great value. Interacting with personnel has been easy, and they are super at communicating about timeframes and what the scope of their work will entail. If an additional type of specialist is needed (e.g. a specialized interior repair), they provide great referrals that they work with and trust. I've been able to rely on a ride to or from, from them, after dropping my car off. My primary happiness is that if there is something that just doesn't seem right, after receiving the car back, management will work with you to make sure everything looks and operates as soundly as possible. I'm glad we can count on Georgia Paint & Body, and will refer others when asked. read more

I love this body shop! Excellent service! They will go out of their way to make sure your car is fixed and very cost efficient compared to other companies. Highly recommended. A while back I fell on the hood of my car while walking in the rain and I had my umbrella in my hand. I thought the umbrella handle had put a gash into the paint on my hood. I took it to Georgia Paint and Body asking for an estimate to get it fixed. They looked at the scratch went into the shop, came back out with some solvents and some wax. It turns out the scratch was not in the paint on the hood of the car but residue from the umbrella handle that had made a mark on the hood. They buffed out the scratch reapplied some wax and didn't even charge me for any of the work. They were super nice and helpful and, God forbid, if anything more serious does happen later on, I will definitely come back to them for service. read more

If we could use zero stars... I originally gave two stars for concerns I shared in my original review but it's even worse- the paint job on my vehicle was poorly done. Maybe no sealant maybe low quality paint/sealant. Paint peeling just a couple months after having work done read more

I hired Georgia Paint and Body for minor body work on two occasions. Good people, competitive pricing, and excellent work product and on time as promised. Update April 2017-Georgia Paint & Body just completed my third minor body job on my Volt. The price was reasonable, the job was completed on time, and the work product is excellent. The staff is friendly, efficient, and honest. To top off the great service GPB returns your car to you neat and clean. What a pleasure doing business with them . read more

This place is amazing! Did an estimate on painting my hood on a Tuesday and got the hood put on Thursday just a few hours ago. The shop is clean the office feels like a second home. And the quality of the work was remarkable. The man working on my car was the president of the company, found out after he handed over the keys. This place is going to be my families first choice for years. read more

They fixed my bumper on my 07 civic after someone rear ended me. I liked their shop, saw they had good reviews, and decided to go with them. They dealt with the insurance company so I didn't have to. On the actual work side of things, they did an excellent job. The paint is matched up pretty well. They even buffed out the big scratch down the side of my car where a lady hit and ran on me a year ago in Atlanta! I like them. Only complaint would be that the edges of the bumper look rough, not smooth like the factory paint job on the body of the car but I don't know enough about paint jobs to know if that's fixable and truthfully, after the disaster I had with the rental agency, I'm too lazy to go back and talk to them. They do good work in a timely manner, they kept me updated, and they are very friendly and professional. 10/10 would use again. read more

Georgia Paint & Body - The edging is a little rough but the overall paint job is excellent. - Body Shops Near Me - Suwanee, Georgia

It is hard to find a body shop these days which do fair work at a fair price. My wife recently hit a big chuck of a tire tread and knocked out a fog light and sensor in the bumper. Lexus wanted over 1000.00 to replace. Insurance wanted us to go to a body shop to make sure the bumper did not need to be replaced. Wife read reviews and went to Georgia Paint & Body. The owner Bryan told me wife it just needed to put it back everything was working fine. Said leave it a few hours. Came back and the owner would not even take payment. Said it was just minor and less than a hour. So wife left our daughters car for them to look at the bumper which she had hit a corner plastic bumper and was hanging down 6-8 inches with duct tape. She took her car home so we could go back in the evening to get the other car. The next day I noticed that they had fixed the bumper on the car. Never said anything and we did not see it that night in the dark. Seems the owner stayed late after closing and fixed it. Seems no big deal. Well we own them lunch and called to express our thanks and their are good honest people still in the automotive world. Can not say enough and also speaking to e wife and daughter of th family owner local business was really great. I would give them a 10 star rating if possible. read more

My son took his car to Georgia Paint & Body two years ago to have the back end repaired after he was rear-ended. Following the repair, the car was kept primarily in covered parking. Fast forward 2 years and my son's car is now sitting outside. We noticed that the car started steaming up after it rained and developed mildew. We eventually determined that it was leaking around the repaired rear hatch and was pooling water in the spare tire well. I called GP&B not expecting much (it was 2 years later, remember) but figured it was worth a shot. Brian immediately offered to look at it and see what they could do to make it right. Immediately. I am absolutely amazed at the great quality service and commitment to complete customer satisfaction. We were happy with the repair 2 years ago; we are ecstatic with the service we received this time. A huge thank you Brian and everyone at GP&B. Hopefully I never have to use you again; but, if I do, you've earned my business for life! read more

If you are like me and are reading these reviews in order to make a decision, you can stop right now! This is the place! Fair and honest. Friendly and family owned and staffed. Reasonable prices and worth every dime. My daughter's car was leaking from somewhere so that every time it rained, she had a puddle on the floor of the car. It took the team at GA Paint and Body a little time to investigate and determine the issue. Once they found the problem, they provided a fast and inexpensive solution. Another daughter, another car and another leaking problem. Brought it down to the shop and they fixed it there on the spot in just a few minutes. At a time when we are all worried about getting ripped off when dealing with anything around car issues, it is a blessing to find a gem of a place like this. read more

What a great experience! I never before had reason to seek body work on my car, but when I lost my outside passenger mirror through my lack of depth perception (who put that OPEN mailbox SO CLOSE to the road?) and my lack of coordination (trip . . . CRUNCH! . . . aren't all car mirrors supposed to FOLD IN?), I had to get help. Georgia Paint & Body stood above all the others I checked out because of their 5-star Yelp! rating, their A+ rating and accreditation with the Better Business Bureau, and the 2017 Best of Gwinnett award they won when they didn't even realize they were nominated! Georgia Paint & Body went above and beyond my expectations. Because they did, I'll be back next week to have some additional work done. I couldn't be happier! read more

Micheal and the crew have done remarkable work for me several times when others have hit my SUV twice and also when a step ladder fell over in the garage and hit my wife's BMW convertible! Most recently my new driver daughter hit the decorative rocks bordering our driveway and damaged her new Honda, again this was a perfect job done at a very low cash price! read more

These guys saved me $600!! They're so friendly and patient. Initially went to another place first because it was closer, and this place was 15 minutes away, but it was so worth the trip, and the good reviews hold true. The other car shop told me the scratch on my front bumper would've been $600 to repair, but the manager at Georgia paint and body took one look at my car, grabbed some solvent, and polished it good as new (and it was a preowned car!). They didn't even charge me anything. The manager said even if work was required, it would've been around $500 which is still cheaper. Definitely recommend them to anyone. read more

After reading other positive reviews, I stopped in to have some minor work to my 2008 Honda Odyssey quoted. I spoke with the owner (name escapes me) and we talked through some options as I was paying out of pocket. We agreed on an approach at a great price. It took just over 2 days and it looks like new. They even fixed some other minor issues not in the orig scope. I could not be happier. read more

Five stars is not high enough Call them... no need to look further. Another superior quality job from Georgia Paint and Auto. This is my second review. Scraped my quarter panel on a curb with my Infiniti Coup. This is the second job and again I cannot say enough great things about the quality of their work, their customer service and and how easy Michael is to work with. If I could give 10 stars for this company I would. The quality, professionalism, service, and efficiency is top-notch and surpasses any other body shop. I met with Michael for an estimate for my Infiniti G37 and he was very friendly and informative. Being a female, sometimes we fear being taken advantage of in this industry since some may perceive we might not know as much. With that said, I dropped my car off a week later on a Monday and Michael stated the car would be ready by the end of the week. He provided daily detailed updates and even when he found that additional parts needed to be ordered for the repair, he assured me that it shouldn't cause too much of a delay with completing the repairs. I had expected a few extra days since the parts had to be shipped but to my surprise he informed me that my car was still finished on time. The work done was absolutely superb. I didn't have much exterior damage but at first sight I could tell the work they did was of the best quality. My car looked brand new! We all know how frustrating and inconvenient getting a car repaired can be, but GA paint and body has made this whole process so painless. From the front desk, to working with Michael, then to the finished product you need not to look any further for another body shop. I hope to not have to use them again, but if I ever need an auto body shop in the future, they will be my first choice hands down. I will definitely refer them to all of my friends, family and colleagues. read more

I got into a small fender bender in my brand new Lexus GX 360. I called Lexus and they recommended their Body ship. Took my car their and got a 5k quote. I wanted to go through my insurance as it was too much out of pocket. Took my car to Georgia paint and body for second opinion. $1000, I was shocked and started all kind of question as I didn't want to compromise on the job. Mr. Michael was extremely professional, patience and assured me that my car does not end any extra parts other body shop had quoted. He even recommended other places that might be a little cheaper.
