These guys are legit! After contemplating collision shops, and reading reviews, I decided to send a couple of shortlisted shops some pictures and get a ballpark estimate. Out of all the places, Renay at NPC was prompt and explained what she thought was needed and asked me to drop by for an in person estimate. I dropped in without an appointment and Renay walked to the car and did a thorough inspection. This time she showed me what the damage was and what needed to be fixed in a lot more detail. I went to a few other collision shops to get an estimate to compare and none of them were as thorough in their identification of what was damaged. That made me feel more comfortable and confident that NPC was the best choice. After completing all the formalities with my insurance company, I dropped off my car with NPC. I was quoted a week for repairs. I didn't need a rental car but Renay kept me in the loop so that I could plan ahead (in case I did). NPC worked with my insurance company directly to submit any supplementals. Within a week the car was ready and on inspection it looked brand new. They even buffed out some minor scratches on the other side of my bumper. The color match was perfect and NPC even gave it a good wash for me to take it home. The good folks at North Perimeter did a wonderful job on my 2013 Toyota Highlander. I backed into a concrete planter at an office park and damaged my tailgate and back end of my SUV. Affordable AND great service! Thank you Renay for being so honest and straightforward about the prices to fix my car. I had accidentally hit a curb and my splash shield fell off. Other body shops said I NEEDED to fix my entire front bumper in order to repair it which I knew was bullshit. I actually didn't need to fix anything since my car doesn't really need the splash shield but I just wanted to. When I spoke with Renay, she broke down the prices for me and gave me an accurate and affordable pricing ($170 compared to $800 at other places). On the day of, the technician was able to use my original splash shield that fell off so I didn't need to pay for a new part. Since the labor took around 30 minutes, I would've paid around $37 (just for labor) but she was kind enough to let me go for free! After some major damage to my car, I went to them after getting a quote from another shop. Blake walked me through my options and gave me a quote $400 cheaper than the other place. He then found used parts that didn't need to be painted to match my car, lowering the price by another $600, and got my car back to me after a day and a half in the shop! I'm so glad I found this place! The staff is so laid back and cool and calm. They are also straight forward and upfront AND will give you options even if it's not in their best interest. I had damage to my front passenger door. I went to a dent guy but he told me I would need a new door skin. I went to perimeter and when they inspected they realized I needed a new door because the frame was also damaged. Before even giving me a quote for a new door, they immediately started looking into pricing a used door from the junk yard. They were able to find one which matched my car perfectly. The door was ordered and also molding. All this was done without me being asked to put down a penny. When the parts arrived I was told to drop my car off so the doors can be switched out. I did so the following morning. Picked it up that afternoon. I saved a bundle on this service and am so thankful for the stress free and laid back approach taken by this shop. I never felt stressed or pressured. I hope I will not need body work anytime soon but if I do I will definitely use them again. read more

One day on my way to work I was rear ended by an SUV. The driver claimed fault immediately and I thought it would be an easy process to get my car fixed. The other person's insurance told me the car was totaled due to potential hidden damage. My car is only five years old and there was no way I was going to let them take my car, or make me go through the process of getting a salvage title. They told me if I could find a shop to agree to repair it for 70% of the cars value, they would fix it without salvaging it. Every body shop I went to either declared it totaled as well, or refused to touch it due to the hidden damage on the document the insurance gave me. I was given a budget of $4,800. North Perimeter gave me a quote for $3,900 to which even they were surprised it wasn't totaled. After leaving it in their shop for 2 1/2 weeks(there was substantial damage to the trunk floor pan), it came out looking BETTER than when I bought the car, and only cost $3,400. First of all I had a collision 8/27/2019 with extensive damage to the right rear panel the repair work was done in a timely fashion and could not tell that I had a collision. On 2/26/2020 the trim piece on the right wheel well came off and I called Danny to have it replaced. A week later, when not hearing back I called again. There are 2 Danny's at North Perimeter and one of them forgot about the needed repair. The second Danny discussed with the first, apologized for the miscommunication and had the part ordered and applied in 2 days. Am I mad about the first Danny forgetting? Absolutely NOT. We had the Voyles at NPC repair our one-owner 2000 Jeep GC Ltd, as it suffered front end and rear end damage from poor driving on our part. I'm a car guy so definitely particular about the way our cars look. Having said that, since car is 19 years old, we were sensitive to cost. We are extremely happy with results. I went there to see if they could buff out a scratch on my hood caused by me carelessly leaving the windshield wiper up on my Jeep Wrangler while raising it. Not only did Blake recommend having them try to buff out as much as possible and touch it up with standard touch-up paint, but he offered to do it for no charge. For such a small scratch he didn't think it would be worth the money to have the entire hood repainted. He also recommended that I speak to an auto detailer to see if they could possibly do something with it, since that would be more in their expertise. Long story short I spoke to an highly-rated auto detailer, who said that there was not much they could do, either. So I ended up going back to North Perimeter Collision a couple of days later, with Chick-Fil-A biscuits as a thank-you gift. Their painter had a look at it, and wanted to take it to the shop to get a better look at it and to try to buff out as much as he could. He brought the Jeep out about 10 minutes later, and the scratch was reduced to almost an imperceptible dot that you would be hard pressed to find except on in direct sunlight. I was thrilled that it looked so good and that I did not have to spend $423 to get the hood repainted. These people are all about customer service first, which is not all that common. Sure they are in business to make money, but they also do not want to get all they can any way that they can. They also take pride in their work. This minor repair went a very long way to establish trust, and I heartily recommend them. read more

This is the only place in Atlanta I will take any of our cars, or refer any of our friends, to have body work performed! Danny and Dwayne are two of the most straight-up honest guys around and will give you a solid assessment of the "real" damage to your vehicle and the cost and time it will take to repair it. An insurance assessor from another carrier I met with recently even gave them two thumbs-up for working well not only with customers but also the insurance carriers. Don't be alarmed when you turn in the drive and feel like you've entered the bone yard from central casting for either Transformers or Terminator (they share a drive with a wrecker company). Just about every conceivable abuse that can be inflicted upon a car is there for you to see in all its gory detail. It certainly will make a teen think twice about getting stupid behind the wheel. Anyway, driving up to a collision shop is a bit like pulling into the parking lot of a BBQ joint. If its too swanky and clean, then 1) the product is most likely no good because it has no soul and 2) the one getting fleeced to pay for the nice facilities is you. Just walk through the front door and and talk to either guy there and you'll instantly realize there is outstanding personal service awaiting. These guys are great. I'm from the Midwest, and it felt like really kind people from back home and almost like a small-town shop feel. Getting back to the place off the road feels a little scary, like a car graveyard, and driving on Peachtree Industrial is a nightmare, but they did great work for me. Plus, even though I wasn't paying, only charged me for the actual parts and labor though under quote. If you are attached to your car and want it taken care of and have some honest help, definitely go here. I can't tell you how happy I was to find North Perimeter Collision. I had my first accident ever which destroyed my left front bumper and caused major mangling of pieces underneath. I went to 3 reputable auto body shops which each told me to order the pieces I needed (even without offering any assistance despite my pleads) and they would install them. Since I was dealing with a mangled mess, I had no idea what pieces to order. So I started searching for another auto body repair and found North Perimeter. As soon as I heard Renay during my initial call, I knew I found the right place. My car is a 1994 Camry with 245,000 miles on it. Renay first said maybe it's time to give up my car and not worry about fixing it. She recommended just fixing it enough so I would at least have a left turn signal. I brought my car in to her and within three days my car was fixed with a new bumper and all the other pieces I needed. While they had the car they noticed my shocks were shot to the point it was dangerous to drive. Concerned with my safety, Renay's team drove my car to Chris at Munday's auto repair who found that I also needed an inner tie rod. My car was repaired and brought back to Noth Perimeter for them to complete the body work. I wasn't even invoked in the transporting of my car back and forth for those repairs. Renay handled everything for me. I have never found a more caring, compassionate, efficient business. Not only was the price of repair very reasonable and the repair beautiful, Renay assured it was safe to drive and took it upon herself to assure my car was not only aesthetically fixed but safe on the road.
