Thankfully, there was indoor, air-conditioned space available to wait comfortably due to the high temperatures that day. Service was detailed, as far as fluid levels being checked and advise on next service period, etc. As an FYI, parking is a bit tight due to volume and was advised by AD to park location directly across the street until being serviced. We were referred to CB by another trusted mechanic because the scope of working needing to be done was larger scale and he knew it could be done faster and likely less expensive at Lilburn Auto. Good mechanics typically know good mechanics and know bad referrals could reflect back on them as well as good referrals. We remain grateful for the referral. In the two instances we've gone to CB, he's been responsive, kept us informed, been honest about options, potential outcomes, and guided us to best solution for the situations at hand. It's clear they care about the work they do and appreciate their customers. Most recently, we had an issue on the eve of a holiday. We called, explained the noises and what we thought were going on. They fit us in, had it diagnosed and gave us an estimate and said they could get it fixed by end of day, which they did. They gave us a heads-up of things to be on the lookout for (some we were already aware of), but no pressure or scare tactics. The bill for parts and labor was in line with our expectations. As an added bonus, we get three free months of Sirius XM thanks to an affiliate program. In a world where so many are out to make a quick buck and not care about customer service, quality, integrity and kindness, CB /Lilburn Auto are a refreshing exception to the rule.
