My car had been in the shop for 2 weeks due to repairs that were known before I purchased the car. I've been out of work for two week there for I can't make many to make my payments. Tauren Stephen's (Sales Manager) went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of, comfortable, and happy with my purchase. He wasn't pushy and cared about my family/children's needs and financial situation. He got me an amazing deal and through out the process he made sure I had an understanding of everything and provided personalized care to me and my daughters while we waited for our paperwork to process. I also had the pleasure of working with Magdelana, an amazing Finance Partner of Hayes. My Children are young 3 and 5, everyone was so patient and understanding. They " cared" and that's most important when you are making a major financial decision. Magdelana was so patient and walked me through the numbers and provided great council which made me feel more confident and in control Hayes has been part of my family for a while. Tauren Stepens actually worked with me 5 years ago when I purchased my dodge, so it was only fitting that he would guide me through this purchase 5 years later as well. I highly recommend that you reach out to Tauren Stephens for any auto inquires! Ricky Hart was also amazing keeping my daughters busy as I finished signing everything off! Thank you HAYES Family for making this Mama and her daughters safe and happy. So many memories I am ready to create with my new Jeep!!!! #HayesFamily #HayesProud

Pros: 1) Base prices were competitive 2) They had the Uhaul and equipment I was looking for 3) They were open on Memorial day 4) Customer service was just fine 5) You can drop the truck (and keys) off after hours with no penalty 6) They're right next door to a quick trip gas station, so filling the tank back to where you got it can literally be the last thing you do before dropping it off. Cons: 1) If you have a local trip (in my case, less than 20 miles), it's considered a local trip, not a one way trip, so you'll have to bring the Uhaul back to this location. 2) In addition to the base price, you get charged by the mile. Despite the cons, I got what I needed and didn't walk away upset. If you need to move and are in the area, Swanson's Auto Buying Service may be your go to.

We stopped in right before the dealership was about to close, 9 minutes before to be exact. We didn't intend on working a deal, but just wanted to stop in and see what they had on the lot since car dealerships have had limited inventory due to the chip shortage. We saw something we liked, so I went in just to ask a few questions. Jeff made it clear that he was willing to work a deal right then and there, if we were. We hesitated because we didn't want to be rude and keep them there late, but the Nash team insisted it was ok. I told Jeff that I was a no BS kind of guy, and I wanted to get a few thing out there before we even started running credit etc.. Everything that I had concerns about, he put to rest and honored his word the whole way through the process. I told him we didn't want my credit run more than once, and I wanted to know up front if we were going to be paying more because of the vehicle shortage. He assured me the online price was the price, and by the time we signed the papers, it was. Our credit was also only ran one time as promised. There were no hidden fees, and nobody pushing anything that we didn't want pushed on us. We also were financing the vehicle under our business. I thought it might be a problem to do this being that it was after hours and Saturday, but it wasn't. Even though commercial financing costs a little more, we were still very pleased with our rate. Because the dealership was technically closed, there was nobody there to detail it, but Jeff promised that we could schedule something the following week and they would get it cleaned up for us. The pandemic has been tough on dealerships. There are fewer cars to sell, and employees that still need to be paid. Many dealerships have been marking up their vehicles 10 or 15k over the MSRP to help offset that. I'm so grateful to Nash Chevrolet for not taking advantage of us. As I told Jeff before we left, he has gained a customer for a life and I will be happy to refer anybody that I know to him.

After bringing my 2025 Chevy Traverse in, due to the check engine light being on and the vehicle rough idling and overheating, Service Advisor (Sedrick) informed me that the upper radiator hose was leaking coolant and that the vehicle was unsafe to drive. The vehicle is still under manufacturer warranty, so I expected the dealership to stand behind their product and provide a courtesy vehicle while mine was being repaired. (Also, Sedrick stated the hose was not in stock and could take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months before the part arrives). Instead, I was denied a courtesy vehicle altogether. Their reason for the denial was I needed a credit card, even though I have a valid driver's license and proof of current insurance. When I asked to see the written policy requiring a credit card none of the staff was able to produce any documentation showing that such policy exists. When I asked for a supervisor, I was told Mike Lambert was home doing home repair work and would not be back until Wednesday, April 1,2026. I asked if there were someone else I could speak with who could make a sound decision, an aggressive NO was the response I received. It makes no sense to tell a customer their vehicle is unsafe to operate and then refuse to provide transportation, especially when the issue is covered under warranty. I had a valid driver's license and proof oof insurance. This left me in a difficult and unnecessary situation. A dealership should prioritize customer safety and honor warranty obligations. unfortunately, that was not my experience here. In addition, the staff I encountered (all male) were not professional, willing to assist or reasonable. After reading the other reviews it appears Nash Chevrolet has difficulty dealing fairly with its customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND NASH CHEVROLET
