This dealership is completely unreliable and does not honor their word, especially working with Andrew Centeno. They clearly agreed to sell me 2 cars 2026 Honda CR-V for $36,500, and I made my plans based on that commitment. After making me wait for days, they suddenly changed the price, charged me extra $500 , blaming other dealerships. This is not how honest businesses operate. If you can't honor your own quoted price, don't make promises to customers in the first place. I turned down other offers because I trusted them -- that was a mistake. Their communication is inconsistent, their pricing is misleading, and their behavior is unprofessional. Save yourself the time and frustration. Fix recalls. There has been an open recall on this car for two years. Honda Corp and Milton-Martin Honda STILL unwilling to provide a replacement fuel pump as of 2025. This is totally unacceptable. Wish I never bought it. I guess Honda is waiting for me to burn up in flames when the fuel pump fails. Or do I have to file a lawsuit to get your attention? I have visited Milton Martin Honda for service on my Honda Odyssey van on several occasions. I received prompt service for the usual oil and filter changes and tire rotations with a reservation. A complete checkup was included with my recent 100,000 mileage and recommended services were discussed and printed for my review. Graham Edwards was my professional serviceman. The waiting areas are very clean and air conditioned with comfortable seats and wall tv as well as WIFI. Snacks are available for sale inside. I was a repeat customer and enjoyed working with this dealership, that is until I needed my Nav repaired, which I use all the time for my line of work. They were able to reenact the problem I was having with apple car play. I tried two phones and they tried their own phone. Bottom line it doesn't work and they said they can't fix it. I just bought the vehicle and took out a bumper to bumper warranty on it, which don't shit. I'm very disappointed and stood in disbelieve. Now I need to buy a Nav system I can attach to the dashboard. Warren the salesmen was very nice and did what he could. If I could rate a zero I would. I bought a used car that broke down in downtown Atlanta traffic. The car ran hot and had to pull over which was terrifying in the worst section on the interstate. I returned and nothing was done to resolve this lemon purchase to my satisfaction. Buyers be aware! Please do not buy a car especially a used car here. I only drove it less than 600 miles and was having significant safety concerns. When I tied to trade it in for a new Honda the value of my car depreciated over $6000 for a certified car in less than 3 weeks of owning it. You have been warned. I have never owned a used car and should have know better to trust the carfax. People lie. Not to mention the financial department dropped the ball in submitting my loan and had to follow up with them why I hadn't received any paperwork. I didn't want to be late on my first car payment. The finance guy admitted he dropped the ball and had to overnight my loan. Who does this? They do.. this could have negative affected my credit! So upsetting I had to babysit them. Absolutely do not do business with Milton Martin Honda. Especially if you are female. On a Friday, We brought our 2017 Honda Pilot with 80k miles on it, to their repair shop for assessment. Our car was showing an emissions and transmission error and showed signs that something was wrong. After their assessment they called to tell us the car needed a new transmission for $6500. (For a 2017?!?) they told us they needed to order the transmission from California and it would take a week to arrive. Over the weekend we researched other options to potentially get a second opinion and just get the transmission repaired as opposed to replacing it entirely. First thing Monday morning, We called and said that we wanted to take it to another shop for a second opinion. They then told us that we owed them a 20% restocking fee for the transmission part that had been ordered. That was their first attempt at trying to get us to pay and/or keep our car in their shop. After a few hours of getting more advice we called back to let them know we were on our way to get our vehicle. We arrived around noon and discovered that the transmission part had arrived on Saturday and that same day they began taking our car apart without notifying us. They also offered to take over $1,000 off the price (another attempt to get us to keep our car there and spend the money). At this point, we demanded to see our car and saw that it was already in fact disassembled. (5 hours after we notified them we wanted to take it elsewhere for a second opinion). With extreme frustration we demanded they put our car back together and refused to pay the restocking fee. The salesman we worked with (MATT MCKINLEY) got his manager to speak with us. The manager did not go into any detail about what had happened- but told us they would put the car back together and waive the fee. Clearly signaling that they were in the wrong. Two days later we were able to FINALLY have the car towed to Oakwood Transmission and the speed sensor was replaced in the transmission for $418. We were almost conned into spending 6k dollars!! They should know better than to treat people like this- especially if we do not have car knowledge. The fact that we are two females made it even more frustrating. We do not recommend using this business for ANYTHING. We thought we were in good hands with what seemed like a trustworthy local business, but we were wrong. You will be ripped off. Would not recommend their service department! Though at first glance there is an air of professionalism and thoughtful amenities here, it's all a way for them to make you comfortable before they take advantage of you. They will do anything to squeeze more money from you. I do not find them trustworthy in the least. And if you think "oh, well they should have the part for my Honda in stock," think again. And then wait for them to never call you when it arrives, or to return your call when you phone to inquire about said part. I brought my car here two weeks ago asking for my starter to be looked at. They replaced my key fob battery and recommended $400 of fluid flushes. A week later the indicator light comes back on. "Sir, you need a new start/stop button. We'll have to order it." I call back four days later after not hearing anything (with the understanding that most parts arrive the next day or so). I leave a message with Joey. He doesn't return my call. So I stopped by in person. "Oh yes! Remind me of your last name. I think your part is here." Then I wait two hours rather than the one hour quoted. Had they repaired the car when I brought it in two weeks ago, I wouldn't have had to wait because I prepared a ride to pick me up. Then, when I mentioned that this should be filed with my extended warranty, I was told that I would need to pay or else my car wouldn't be released. I was shaking because I was so angry. I had mentioned this warranty before I ever brought the car in the first time!! Crooked, money-hungry people. Do yourself a favor and find a local mechanic who will do honest work and will care for their customer beyond a complimentary granola bar, bottle of water, and a "quiet waiting area." The sales mentality of the other side of the dealership is present in the service department here. read more

Sold my 87 year old mother a car with tinted windows. The salesman, Frank, told her he would have the tint removed because she said it made it difficult to see. They delivered the car to her stating they would have it removed. Mom calls 4 times, no reply from the salesman. I call and Frank says, "no, that was not what we agreed to." BS Frank. My mom may be older but has Never been a liar. Taking advantage of an 87 year old widow, poor business and classless. Zero stars Milton Martin Honda. The dissatisfied customer tells 7 clients. I made an appointment to have my brake pads changed (a 30-60 minute job). After waiting 2 hours I went to the door that leads from the waiting room to the shop and took a picture of my car through the window in the door. The picture was a snapchat to show my dad that is was still being worked on; not that it matters. A lady in the office by the entrance to the shop demanded that I delete the picture and asked who I was (a German spy obviously). I'm not sure what inspired her aggression or why she "couldn't have me taking pictures of her shop," but I was still in the customer area and taking a photo of my own car. In my experience, an aggressive need for privacy indicates there's something to hide. Everyone else was great, but being reprimanded for taking a photo of my own vehicle left a bad taste in my mouth. read more

I live in South Georgia but was in Gainesville for my Mom's Birthday this month. She is an invalid and has caregivers. I went north of Gainesville to Trueloves Celebrations on Cleveland Hwy to get her some cupcakes. My 2020 Pilot died in the middle of their parking lot. A message flashed on the dash before it totally went dark about the 'starting button malfunctioning." It was raining and nasty. Roadside assistance couldn't find a tow company to take the call. Finally, at about the two hour mark one accepted and was going to be there in an hour. He arrived and got the Pilot on the tow bed (difficult because it wouldn't go into neutral) and we headed back to Gainesville which had the closest Honda repair center. I thought it was interesting that he had never carried a car into the Honda lot. Said he had gone to the ones beside it many times. We got there and he got the car unloaded after 5 pm. I told them we knew what the problem was but they said they would have to do the diagnostics anyway the next morning and apply that cost to the repair. They have a wonderful shuttle which is a blessing for someone from out of town and it carried me straight to my Moms. The next morning I get a call about 9:15 saying my car is fixed and ready. I asked how in the world did they get it from the side of the lot to the service bay since it wouldn't go into neutral. Tania said they didn't have to. After hearing what happened to me (what I had told Tania when I brought it in) the service manager went over to where it was parked, popped the hood and immediately saw that the wing nut on the battery terminal was gone. It was not the starter button at all. They did not charge me anything and immediately sent the shuttle to pick me up. Here I was, not from the town, so upset after the afternoon I had had with my vehicle stuck in the middle of a parking lot, not in a space but having cars go around it all the time, not being sure if I was going to be able to get to a repair center before it closed and then here were these nice pleasant people who seemed to really enjoy their work taking care of me when they could be gouging me. SO appreciative!! Their attitude of caring and making sure I was ok was so refreshing and their honesty was so appreciated. Kudos to Milton Martin! Thank you!! read more

I have been a customer for over six years. On March 21 my son took my Insight in for an oil change and maintenance. They took it to wash it and removed the radio antenna but failed to re-install it. My son did not notice until he came home. He has called 3 times trying to get it replaced and keeps getting the run around from Service. "Oh, we don't know where it is." "We'll try to find it." Meanwhile it's raining and the connection is getting wet and corroding. Poor example of customer service. Just get me a new one and make it right! read more

I don't usually have the opportunity to write favorable reviews on auto dealerships as car buying is usually a painful process. I had a great experience here! I actually bought a vehicle! Brian Whalen was my sales guy and he was awesome. If I told him I didn't love a vehicle he simply moved on to the next one. He was understanding and wasn't the pushy sales guy I've encountered at some of the other dealerships. I was waiting and very apprehensive questioning where they were going to "get" me but it was a great experience and overall a decent deal on the vehicle purchase that I made. I also worked with Audra in finance and I again had an excellent experience closing the deal. In my instance, one of the banks fell through and she was able to secure another loan and even had the paperwork sent out to me for signature. Milton Martin Honda does customer service very well. If given the opportunity to fix something I have the confidence that they would do that without a thought. read more

We brought our CRV in for oil change. I called ahead and was told a price. I said it was expensive and then told it was oil change and tire rotation. I was also told it would take 45 minutes to 1 hour and it took over 2 hours. When I arrived I was then told and additional $20 fee. This did not sit with me. I had an $200 credit for service but didn't expect to get ripped off. I explained that I called and told a price and also told they would match competitors coupons. I had to fight to get this done. I also told them I live in a community that has over 1100 homes and we have a message board and we buy a lot of cars from this dealership. I shouldn't have to fight for something that should have been done. I worked in customer service so I know what I am talking about. read more

Definitely the worst used dealership I've ever delt with... You figure Milton Martin, widely known name would want to uphold their reputation but nah.... Paid nearly $7500, $7086 to be exact on spot for basically a 2 week rental! The salesman Marcopolo, went above and beyond what he should have even been dealing with..... In my opinion putting his job on the line. I pray he still had his job up there, if not I know he's going to be at allot better place otherwise. He is to nice of a guy to be under s bunch of crooks. He was about the only person who seemed to know anything up there or even care for that matter. As for the service department " info relay guy", he needs to learn a little more about cars, before telling something to a customer who is pretty well knowledgeable about cars that didn't make any sense whatsoever..... Oh yeah then my car is lost???? How does that happen!? But then it was found..... And only one person knew where it was.......n the very back lot..... Kinda fishy but hey that's just me. Very nice yard ornimate I guess though. Well to end this story after almost 8 grand for my 2 week rental I had to sink in 6500 which was $2000 cheaper than their quote. Drove all the way there at the end of the month, hoping to buy a used Honda, and it was very disappointing. What was listed on their website, was not on the lot. I've heard other dealers stating they aren't able to update their website regularly, but in my opinion, if you are willing to sell cars online, then you better make it a priority to update your website (I work in IT, and it is extremely easy to find a web developer to do this, and it's not even expensive...) Five of the six cars were not there. Furthermore, with all the sales people circling the customer parking lot like vultures, I find it difficult to believe they moved these used cars that quickly. What was most disappointing was that the salesperson who helped us, didn't even seem interested in selling a car. The person indicated that the price was the price, and that was it. I'd expect that kind of attitude from a Toyota dealer, but not a Honda dealer. Anyways, I'll be shopping for cars at the other Atlanta-area Honda dealers who are interested in selling cars. read more

Buying my NEW Accord here was a nice enough experience, but maybe that is because I used the internet and had my own pre-approved loan. Servicing my Accord (more times than should be necessary for a NEW car) has been a totally different experience. The first 18 months I owned the car, I had it serviced for multiple problems, including but not limited to the A/C not blowing cool air (three times in for that - with different "fixes"), computer issues draining the power, and other random "check engine light" problems. Within three weeks of the last service visit to MM Honda, I had another issue. There was no acceleration coupled with (oddly enough) a revving RPM issue (somewhere between 2nd and 3rd gear), I happened to be closer to Honda Mall of GA, and fed up with Milton Martin, I took my car to Mall of GA. I limped in to the service bay with a terrible burning smell coming from under the hood. Amazing as it may seem these guys took care of my car. They fixed it! Since ditching Milton Martin "Service" I have only had my car in the shop for scheduled maintenance. How wonderful is that? SIDE NOTE TO MM HONDA MANGEMENT - Lose the woman who answers the phone and directs calls. She tells me she's been there 8 years and knows everything that ever happened in and around the place. A Latin speaking, electronic directory would be friendlier and easier to navigate than she is. read more

They were very helpful, respectful, and it felt like a personal experience. It was the best price I had found across 3 states. What an absolutely ridiculous experience at Milton Martin Honda. The exact pre-owned Lexus I had been searching for for months popped up on AutoTrader at Milton Martin. I began calling before they opened, and reached a salesman at nine am. I was told that the car was being serviced at Lexus, and they would call me back. Several hours later, I called back. The car still hadn't arrived. I offered to make a deposit on the car over the phone, but was told they were not able to take a deposit (first lie). Two or three hours later, I called back, and the car still hadn't returned from the inspection at Lexus. Since they didn't know when the car might be returned to the dealership, I asked if it might be possible just to go see it at the Lexus dealer. I was told, "well, we actually use several third-party companies to inspect our cars, and it may not be at Lexus." Second Lie. So, several hours passed again. I called back, but still not able to see the car. Also, although the add says "total price," there is an undisclosed $700 "dealer fee." Milton Martin is two hours from my home, so it was too late in the day to make it until well after they closed at 7pm (remember, I called to buy the car at 9am and it's now too late in the day to make it before they close). I offered again to give a credit card deposit over the phone, but was told it was not necessary or allowed. I planned on leaving first thing the following morning with my checkbook to purchase it. At 7:05pm, I received a call from my salesman. He said, "the car hasn't been in any accidents and is in perfect shape, but I just want to be sure you know that it was previously stolen from Lexus, but recovered within three or four hours." How would I know that? The information was disclosed over ten hours after my first inquiry at 9am. They said the title is fine, and there's no mention of it on the carfax...all that's missing is the VIN plate from the dash, but no other damage. I had, of course, already checked both Carfax and Autocheck, and there was no mention of the theft. I told the salesman I would have to speak to my bank before purchasing it. The following morning, I left several messages with my bank, credit union, and the general manager of my local Lexus dealership. It was late in the morning before I started receiving any callbacks, and I had work that afternoon/evening. Lexus was the most helpful. The manager actually ran the vin, and also couldn't find any information. He recommended I call Lexus USA, but they also had no information. He recommended I go see it, drive it, and have it thoroughly inspected. The earliest inspection available was the following day, Friday, at 2pm. My wife had a doctor's appointment and was unable to go with me, but my mother said she'd like to go. She was able to leave around 9:30am. I stayed in constant contact by phone and text with the salesman giving my progress, beginning at 7:30 that morning. We finally arrived around noon due to additional traffic. Still plenty of time to look at the car and make the 2pm inspection at Lexus (at my expense, of course). I called 10 minutes out, and received an, "OK, great...see you soon." When we arrived at the dealership, I saw the car parked outside at the door. We parked next to it and began looking it over. It was locked, but I could see where the VIN plate had been removed through the windshield. Ten minutes passed so I decided to walk in and find the salesman. Surprising since we were expected. Just inside, I saw our salesman by his nametag. I walked up an introduced myself, but was giving the "one-minute" hand signal. After another 5 or 10 minutes, he came out with the keys, no explanation for the delay. I told them I'd like to head to Lexus and see if maybe they could get it in early for the inspection. "I can't let you take the car," Jeff said. What? Why? "We've got a deposit on it." What?? I offered to put a deposit on it and you said you couldn't do that! "We've never been allowed to before, but they must have made an exception." What??? I just drove two hours and been in constant contact with you. You couldn't have let me know any time along the way? So, the manager explained that they had a deposit on the car and there was nothing he could do. I explained that two-days prior that I had offered to put a deposit on it and was told that wasn't possible. "Well, we have lots of salesmen and I can't keep track off what they all are doing." But I thought you couldn't take a deposit? "Normally we don't." Well?? No explanation. Couldn't you have at least saved me the 2-hour drive (one-way)? No explanation. I was chastised for not getting there sooner. I wish there was someway to fully capture the entire spectacle. All I can say is that ​it was the most ridiculous interaction with a car dealership I have ever seen. Truly laughable. Please insert every used-car dealer stereotype you can imagine. read more
