I've used this company for years with no problems and now I paid for the expensive tent just have to bring it back and they had to re tint it two more times. And now, they got a lot of condensation in the camera area on my Tesla model Y. They say that it's normal but it's definitely not normal. They should not have even gone and pushed an instrument into the area. (Saw them do it) And when I said something about it, the owner went ballistic on me. Telling me that my car was cheap and that he tints cars that cost over $200,000. I don't think that was necessary and if this condensation don't dry up within a few days I'm definitely going to take legal action. And I mean that. read more

I have been coming to Lams for years and this is the BEST place for window tint around! I would definitely recommend Lams to anyone!

Did a very sloppy job on my vehicle. Took my vehicle to Lams because of water leak from the sunroof. They told me the drains were clogged up and they had to blow air to open the drains. That didn't work. Took the vehicle a second time and left the vehicle for 6 hours. Picked up the vehicle and it rained the following day. Water leaked all under the dashboard both passenger and driver side. I took the vehicle to another shop and they found out that the drain tubes were totally disconnected on both sides. Had to pay this other shop to get it fixed. Will never take my vehicle to Lams again. read more

This company does horrible, sloppy work! While trying to put in a radio they ruined the interior of my brother's corvette that used to be my late fathers. A very sentimental vehicle that they did not take care of and did awful work on. Cracks and gaps everywhere and the radio was crooked. They broke part of the dash and tried to say it was like that already. Their solution was for him to hot glue it back together. No remorse. Poor customer service. Do not go here!! read more

Don't ever go to Lams to get your windows tinted. My husband and his family have taken their cars here for many years but never again. They tinted the windows on his truck and when he inspected there were multiple scratches, bubbles and a large spec of debris under the tint. He pointed it out and they said they would take it off but would not reapply tint. My husband was shocked given his loyalty to this business. We'd taken my car to them a week prior and had some issues that we decided to live with. What terrible customer service. If this is how they treat a longtime customer, then I can't imagine how first time customers are treated. They just lost two families of business and we are telling everyone we know not to use them.
