Mind you, no work to be done, only to LOOK at it, and tell me whats going on. Friday evening, no call, so I called 45 minutes prior to them closing. The owner had not even looked at my cart, nor had they done ANYTHING. Said he was still compiling a list of items needed to perform service. He even became agitated when I questioned him about the cart. I never asked for service, only to look at it. Caught them in a lie, immediately went and picked up my cart. Had they been honest and professional enough as to just give me the decency of a call as promised, and tell me they were busy, all would've been good. NEVER lie to your customers, honesty is the best policy. I have talked with friends that have had very similar experience with this business.
