Mr. Velasquez personally offered to stop by my place and diagnose the car, and he helped me to secure a tow at a great price. His tow truck person came within 30 mins! I had waited 6 hours the day before, and no one came. He was able to fix the car within 24 hours. My starter and battery were not working. He gave me updates every step of the way. The job cost less than $700 for parts, warranty, and labor. He's truly a life saver, and my fix was super affordable. When I was getting ready to pick up the car, I couldn't get a ride, and he picked me up and I returned him to the shop. I couldn't ask for better service. I took them for their word and the next day my wife took it on the highway and the plate got caught by the wind and started to tear off and creating sparks that scared my wife enough to pull over. Thank God that a nice gentleman pulled over to help her and removed the mangled plate. While this is not the fault of the shop, they should have known better than to leave it like that. Either remove it or at least put the remaining bolts on the front to avoid the wind catching it.
