I brought my son's truck in for the third time here. I made a reservation the day before to make sure I didn't have to wait long. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The facility is super clean and comfortable. There are chairs for lounging and a long work station with places to plug in your computer. They also have a free beverage center that is wonderful. The area looking into the shop is glass so you can watch everything that is going on. I was able to see who was working on his truck and exactly what he was doing. I like that. The oil change and tire rotation was done in the promised time and I was quickly on my way. I drive 40 minutes to get here because I really like the place and trust them. read more

I took my car to a honda dealership today for a check and they found that my rear brake pads and rotors were completely worn out due to the parts being installed improperly. After some backtracking, I discovered that Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center in Bethlehem GA were the ones who took care of the installation for the rear brake pads and rotors. I called to see if I could get reimbursed or at least discounted for their mistake. They told me nothing could be done about it. The installation was done back in September of 2023 and didn't last me more than 25,000 miles. I'm truly disappointed that they didn't even try to work with me and will never go back to this place after this. read more

The people are nice but if you have a serious issue with your vehicle I wouldn't bring it here. Tire wise sure but I had an issue with my brake booster and they "diagnosed" it within 5 minutes with a bill of over $600.00. Brought it somewhere else and it was fixed within 5 minutes for $50. For service items I'm sure they do good work. They seem knowledgeable, but for any major repairs I'd go some else. read more

So I have to give an update and give credit where it's due. When my car started smoking and my oil light came on I pulled over and called quick lane. I was pretty pissed but the gentleman on the phone was calm and immediately asked me where I was stranded and assured me they would send someone out to me immediately. I was in Athens, quite a bit away from Bethlehem but after a little wait I was greeted by an employee who brought oil and was ready to help. He checked the oil and luckily there was still some in the engine. He then added oil to the correct level and arranged to have the car transported to Quick Lane. He gave me a ride home and offered a rental car but I didn't need one since I had other options at the house. Quick lane cleaned up the oil from my engine compartment and washed and detailed the car. They got with a Mazda dealership and replaced the oil covered hood insulation piece. They delivered the car back to me and refunded my oil change. They really stepped up and did everything they could to make things right. read more

This place is horrible. I had my oil changed and explained to them that my tires needed rotated and probably balanced because tread is wearing unevenly. they rotated but didnt balance and when I was driving home the steering wheel started shaking. I called to let them know nd they said it probably needed to be balanced but they don't typically balance. wtf? I literally went over this with them when I was there smh. Do not go here! I used to go to Auburn Automotive but they are a little on the ride side. I decided to start coming to Quick Lane which is an affiliate of Skins Ford. They are straight forward and will help you with anything you need. Got my water pump replaced and they recommended a coolant flush which was way over due. I liked that they are looking out for the future of my vehicle. I could change my own oil but I'm happy to let them do that as well. Must be lack of communication with the employees that work there. So you go over to get an oil change and tire rotation and it's a 2 1/2 hour wait unless you make an appointment. I just want to say how much I appreciate the people who work here at this Quick Lane. I have several vehicles that I take here to be serviced and the customer service is great. We have had oil changes, tire replacement, tires fixed, brakes replaced, and I'm sure other things that are not coming to my mind at the moment. I always get a fair price, the work gets done in a reasonable amount of time, the lobby area is clean, offers drinks, plenty of spaced seating, charging stations and hand sanitizer. As soon as I figured out this place was the same ownership as Akin Ford I knew it would be great. Sure enough, very polite, speedy, service with attention to detail. Plenty of reps working the service counter, nice waiting room with comfortable chairs, free wifi without needing a password, free coffee and fountain drinks, as well as cell phone chargers and a TV to watch. Waiting room was 75% capacity when I got there for my oil change and tire rotation and was still in and out within 40 minutes. I will be going here from now on. read more

I came in and told them I just put new upper control arms with camber adjustments in the front ,and I need an alignment. They said since I got the aftermarket parts price went from 89 to 149 ok no big deal. After a long wait time they finally say they are done but inform me that they couldn't align the car due to the fact that the "toe" in rear was to long and not adjustable. They say I should have kept the oem part. They also said it will not drive straight. Keep in mind all my parts in front, and rear are adjustable because they are camber kits. I got new lower control arms in the back on top of a couple other things and I've had alignments done multiple times. Only reason I came here was because I just put the part on ,and the shop I normally go to that's an hr away the guy wasn't there. I already don't trust just anyone to work on my ride other than me ,and this is a prime example why. It's literally a old Honda even a toddler could work on. Legit if your people don't know how to work with aftermarket parts just say that, and I'll take my business to another shop. When I tell you I left and my car drove way worse than when I arrived I was heated. Not to mention the female there that has to go out to the car to get mileage or whatever couldn't even figure out how to open the car door. I literally had to tell her to use the key fob. Her name is on the quicklane print out. Not just anyone needs to be working in the car industry. I guarantee that country Bethlehem/Winder is not the spot to get your cars worked on period. I was able to reach the dude that does my car at Car Care LLC in Scottsdale ga ,and he came in on his off day to fix what they ruined. He had me out of there in under an hr for 120. Witch was a better price in comparison. On top of the fact that they have the same equipment for alignments. Yet y'all can't align a car with aftermarket parts? Hmm ok bet. whoever worked on my car I wish I could personally say to your face don't touch another vehicle. Anyone out here within the car community don't bring your car here unless you want your money taken. Jdm community stay away. It should be called quick scam instead. Photos are worth a thousand words. Also if anyone comes through for an alignment his name is Paul. These people actually take the time to work on your car until the problem is fixed. It is worth the drive. Also not just Paul is good there every mechanic I've come in contact with that's worked on my ride is excellent. I highly recommend. If you're willing to make the drive they don't disappoint ,and I stand by my word. I'm passionate about cars on top of that. Will not return here. Requested their "works" package which includes tire rotation. I asked them not to rotate my tires and the counter guy said it's an additional $15 fee to check the brakes (which is included) since I'm not doing a rotation. This makes no sense at all. read more

So apparently they don't really close when they say they close??? You have to know that you're supposed to show up an hour before close regardless of what the website says. And even then they rolled the "close time" back a few minutes. Not sure why they don't account for how long service takes when advertising closure times like most service places. I was going to give this place a try but they didn't want my business. I certainly won't take another trip back out if they don't need the business. read more
