I found RPM about a mile from where I was at and pulled into their business to explain my situation. They dropped what they were doing to take a look. I had used a lube company to change my oil a few days prior to this leak. RPM discovered that the lube company didn't tighten the oil plug. They recommended about 5 different tires from which you could choose from. Went ahead and got all 4 tires done. They were able to do the service that was requested which were to keep the 2 tires in the front since they were still new, and put one of the 2 tires onto our spare tire since it needed to be replaced. It took about an hour and 30 minutes for the service. I would say that the value for everything done was good. Overall, the worker's did a very good job. They were very polite. The only thing is that the technician did bust 2 of the plastic hub cap for the tires, but they did offer to replace them.

I drive a Mercedes which is hard to service but both Mercedes dealers have proven not to be honest" me $10-$20,000 for anything I take in there so I find local service locations with a certified Mercedes tech and these guys did a great job at 1/3 the price I was quoted at fire stone in flowery branch. A place I just spent $3000 I knew air conditioning and brakes then would not get back to me to give me a tuneup and change the oil... Firestone told me my son could do it for cheaper! Ainsley found another problem I will have to fix that the other two previous service companies missed which I don't know how having so much work done the last year but they gave me a tuneup changed the oil and filter in a few hours and did a great job!! Clean place, professional, I felt like they were honest and upfront and I got a good value so I highly recommend!! I love spending $800 less to get more!!

This review is for anybody who, like me, might run into car trouble when headed up and down I-85…read morenear Commerce, Georgia. On Memorial Day (5/28/18) I was headed south about 6PM when the alternator when out on my 2006 Honda Pilot. I managed to get my car to the parking lot in a strip mall on Hwy 441 and resigned myself to spending the night in a nearby hotel. The next morning I made several calls, including one to my regular mechanic near the Atlanta Airport, who gave me some idea what it would cost to replace the alternator. I also had to have the car towed, which involved additional calls. Fortunately, I have a AAA membership, so the first five miles for towing were covered. Of the three independent repair shops I contacted, I got two voicemails that were never returned and one real person, Jeff Lee. Jeff told me what it would cost to do the job and that he could get to it right after lunch. At that point it was either go with Jeff or have the car towed to the nearest dealership in either Gainesville or Buford. I met the tow truck and off we went to Lee Automotive, arriving about 10AM. In retrospect, I could have hung out in the hotel for a couple of more hours and arrived at Jeff's closer to lunch. Anyway, it was ok. I just stayed with the car at Jeff's shop to about 1:15 when they got to the job. At 2:45 I was out of there with a new alternator at a slightly lower price than what I'd been quoted by my regular mechanic. It was all good! And, I might add, were it not for this incident, I probably never would have seen Maysville, Georgia. Thank you, Jeff, and the other mechanics in your shop.

Tired of all the lies, I took it to another transmission shop for a diagnosis. 6K in damages were caused by Pro T . Given this new, since they cannot diag transmissions at this location, the Jefferson location wanted it back to reassess. They own up to nothing. All they have are excuses and charges. I took the car in for a simple clutch replacement and they effed it up so bad, that it now needs either a new tranny or a complete rebuild. I see a lawsuit in their future. You call yourself a transmission shop and cannot complete simple tasks without wrecking the entire transmission. Run away from this place. They were supposed to pick up the car on 12-10, didn't actually do it until 12-13, pissed away and entire week last week, called on 12-20 oh yeah, it is on the list today, called back this morning 12-23, oh yeah, we are going to look at it today, we should have it done by 12-27. At that point I will have been without a car for 2 months. $50 a day for a rental times 8 weeks, they will owe me ~$2800.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!…read more My experience with Jefferson Ford has been an absolute nightmare from day one. I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, and it has been nothing but problems since the moment I drove it off the lot. The car was sold to me with a broken CV axle, warped rotors, multiple sensor issues, and even more problems that were never disclosed. They allowed this car to pass as "certified" and let me put my child in it knowing the condition it was in. I only learned what was wrong after I noticed the car shaking violently and asked about it. While the car was in their shop, the communication was completely nonexistent. Every time I called for an update, I got the same line: "We'll call you back." They never did. I even got the service manager (Chaz) personal number, and he repeatedly ignored my texts and questions. To make things worse, while my car was sitting on THEIR lot, they told me that the lawn crew kicked up a rock and shattered my back glass. This was after they had already kept my car for months, while I was still making payments on it. I have asked multiple times to be put into another vehicle or refunded so I can get something safe and reliable. They refuse. At this point, they have had my car for longer than I have. After keeping my car for three months, the sales manager Jason finally said it was "finished" and this was the "final product" they could offer me. I didn't even make it out of the parking lot before more problems started. The sensors were still going off, and the FIRST time we rolled the window down, it wouldn't go back up. This dealership has shown me nothing but negligence, poor communication, and complete disregard for customer safety. I will tell everyone I know: DO NOT buy a car from here. I will never purchase another vehicle from them again. I will be filing a complaint with the DMV dealer board and Attorney General!
