The worst... My Volvo XC90 was there over a month without even an estimate... Rich himself said four times that he would call me with the repairs needed... Nothing! I even stopped by twice... They said they were really sorry and would get to it. Was a Christmas present for my Nanny. Now its Christmas and I have nothing for her. I dropped off this car before Thanksgiving. Is this a joke to promise someone something 4 times and then just ignore them? No repair, no estimate, and no contact for 5 weeks? Now I have to start all over at a different shop. Wasn't even about the money. I told them to fix everything it needed and they fixed NOTHING! Over 20 years in the car business and this is a first for me! Crazy. Go anywhere else!
