He…read moreresearched the issue and stated their Freon machine was out of calibration last September when the original service was performed. He also took full responsibility and refunded my evacuation/recharge cost. He apologized and spoke to all involved to change how they handled my situation. I will give them another chance as they took accountability and made it right. Grayson Tire & Auto - so disappointed in their service and support. I had this shop repair my AC in September 2025 and experienced a strange issue where the AC would not turn on when the car was parked on hot days. I garage park my car so I rarely experienced the issue. With this hot weather recently the issue regularly appeared. I took it in as I had a two year warranty. After having the car for half a day they insisted nothing was wrong. They begrudgingly agreed to test again. After a few hours of the car parked in the hot sun, they saw the problem. They subsequently told me the Freon and PAC oil was way out of specs and I needed an evac and recharge. The problem is they were the only people to touch the AC and last to evac/recharge. When I explained this, they stated it was my fault as I must have had someone else work on it. I told them no one else but them worked on it. They said that is impossible. I pointed out how it could happen and they said even if they did make a mistake the Freon is not covered under warranty. When they originally fixed my AC they had issues and had to install a second compressor. Yet they stated they don't make mistakes. Customers vote with their wallet and they lost this customer of several years who has spent thousands on various services. Shame on you Grayson Tire & Automotive, do better. I will no longer recommend them on this platform.
