Helpful on the telephone, I drove over here without an appointment and they noted that they were booked full, but would get to the car when they could. Since I wasn't traveling this week, it worked out. Kevin called me and sent a diagnostic analysis of the car and what needed to be done, what was recommended, and what would be optimal for longevity and performance. The cost was not impossibly high, and they're closer than the dealership in Roswell. Our car was done within a day. Kevin called me to give me a heads up. I have been driving it today and it started up like a dream. No more concerns about "battery saving power mode", or the other items we had done to avoid service again for an oil change 2 months from now. We got it all done and it was so easy I'd do it again. I love that this is local in Cumming, and you feel like your car is going to get some love, Not just one of 100 coming thru, day after day. Support small owned businesses! I'll be back here, until this car is absolutely undriveable I'll keep it going with the help of Freed Performance from now on! CUSTOMERS BEWARE: I have a 2009 E350 sport that I switched all my bulbs to LED. I got them all…read moreworking but when I was installing the last bulb on the driver side headloght the wires were stripped and must've made a short. They would work but flicker then headlights stopped working. Only the yellow fog lights worked. Fuses were good. I replaced the headlights And nothing. Turned out I needed to replace the SAM. Something I can DIY, but this would need programming from Mercedes tech after install, so a shop would need to do it. I got a quote of $1,000 to replace and program the SAM From Solo. They said this would fix my issue and my LED's would work. When I went to pickup the car they charged me $200 more claiming Mercedes tech price went up from when they quoted me. Whatever if they got them to work but they didn't. They only got my headlights to work with regular bulbs. They didn't even install bulbs correctly claiming they couldn't screw them in. They wanted to charge me extra to remove the bumper to install the bulbs. I was like no! You don't need to remove the bumper to install bulbs. Only to replace headlights do you need to remove the bumper. My blinkers didn't work. My yellow fog lights passenger side flickered. It took me 20mins to properly install the bulb In the parking lot at advance auto parts. Replaced the LED bulbs for the blinkers and fog lights with regular bulbs to get them to work. Basically I paid $1,200 to be back to square one doing half of the work myself. Now I have to find someone that knows that can get my LED bulbs to work. Their politeness and professionalism was deceitful. I felt taken advantage of and ripped off. Never again will I take my cars to them. Not to mention I let them know I live in Duluth and took it to their location in Gainesville an hour away. CISTOMERS BEWARE!!!

Realized this when I saw the charge on the card. Called to inquire why there is a difference. Was told that they charge 3% for processing any card payment, though it is not reflected on the invoice and neither did they say anything about it when taking the card. When I mentioned that I would have appreciated having been told about it at the time of payment as it would have allowed me to consider other forms of payment, the fee was refunded but the response that followed is what I can only categorize as rude and unpleasant. Not recommended.

They assured me that it would be an OEM part. The HPFP failed two and half years later and when the part was removed it was far from OEM, it was a cheap Vemo HPFP. I see this no different than stealing by promising and charging for OEM but using cheaper parts. I guess they assumed I would get rid of the car prior to finding out.
