Upon arrival, I was greeted by an incredibly friendly and personable staff. The waiting room was intimate yet comfortable and even afforded drinks for their clients. We discussed my options and prices while they demonstrated the effects of the various forms of tint. Having made my decision, they gave me an expected time frame and so I left the car with them to go have lunch with my buddy. When I returned, the car was done and boy did they knock it out of the park! The tint fit was perfect, even on the difficult to reach rear glass with defroster. They warned me that the rear might produce some bubbles but that those would dissipate after the glue fully cured. This never happened! My windows remained as delivered, perfect and without bubbles or air pockets of any kind! When they saw that I had a service animal, they did advise that their install warranty would not cover dog scratches and then offered me a bottle of cleaner to use when she slobbered on a window. After getting inside the car, I noted that they had placed stickers over the window switches, a good deterrent in the event that I forgot about not dropping any windows for the first 24-48 hours. I also saw that there wasn't a spot of application spray anywhere in the interior, not even my very deep dash. It has been 5 months now since the install. I am very glad I went with the IR Ceramic. Its a bit more pricey but well worth the money considering the intense southern sunlight we deal with. Everything looks as perfect as the day it was installed. I could not have been more pleased with the results and service. If you are on the fence, take a drive out there and have a chat with one of their employees. They will be honest with you and do their best to provide you a solution that suits your needs.

He is horrible and his workmanship is too. I honestly think these reviews come from a google algorithm he purchased. I was told of a few things he'd be able to including the windshield of my vehicle and after keeping my car for six days overnight - he didn't. I found this out at pick up. Prior to dropping my car off, I told him my expectations and how I pay attention to detail regarding my vehicle. I made a comment that if you see anything, PLEASE let me know prior to wrapping as this is a brand new car with 200 miles on it. When I went to pick my vehicle up there was a chip in the paint on hood from a rock that he covered up with wrap. The windshield tint wasn't done and the wrap wasn't completed on parts of my car. The tint on the windows wasn't properly applied and it wasn't machine cut as he indicated it would be so it looked HORRIBLE! AFTER SIX DAYS! AFTER SIX DAYS OF HAVING MY CAR!! Like wth were you doing? Your reasoning for having my car that long was because YOU like to pay attention to detail, but you didn't. You mentioned you liked to TUCK all of the wrap, but it wasn't! I talked to him about the deficiencies of the job and he told me he would refund me the portion he didn't do! He took $300 off because he didn't want me to make a review, AS HE INDICATED. When I left, I thought the car was in much better shape than what the naked eye could see. Here we are two months later and I can see everything only after putting an additional 350 miles on my car. The wrap on my wing is spotted and the cheap ass 3M wrap around my car is peeling off because he DIDN'T tuck the wrap as he indicated and he had his employee do this botch job. Again, THIS MAN SAID ALL OF MY WRAP IS TUCKED SO THERE WON'T BE ANY LINES!! (That's why I thought he'd needed the car for so long because my other vehicles took a day and they were bigger) So now I have to get ALL of this pulled off and redone because he is not answering calls or responding to text messages! So, I'm out 3k to get this done because of this bad job when I should have been refunded for the whole thing at the start - LIKE I ASKED. This man did nothing right with my wrap, NOTHING. The front tint had to be done over because of the imperfect cut, the hood had to be done over because he wrapped over a rock chip! *sigh. Now my whole vehicle has to be wrapped again. Whew! Jesus be a fence. This was just a trash trash TRASH experience! Trust me, he knows it! Thank GOD for my bank. Back to TINT WORLD I go! I should have stuck with Tint World, but this guy had so many great reviews and the prices were cheaper! I guess this is what I get! Botched reviews, botched service! I'm sure when he reads this review I'll get a response in text message or a response here. Let's see. I'll post pictures of the text I sent him and the bad job. Thanks to Yelp, I was able to find the highly-rated North Point Auto Upholstery. Took the car over to them and Zulman (sp?), the father part of the father-son owners, was very kind and helpful. We used color swatches to find the perfect match. He gave me what I considered to be a very competitive and fair quote. He ordered the leather and called me a couple of days later to tell me the leather had arrived. I dropped the car off and it was ready the next day. I got home and noticed there was a lump in the left seat. I called Raphael, the son side of the team, and he was exceptionally nice. He said to bring it back and they'd make it right, which they did. The seats look fantastic! They are every bit as good as when the car left the factory. I am extremely pleased with the way things went. I wouldn't hesitate to use North Point again. Be aware that they don't accept credit cards - only cash or a check is accepted. Two thumbs up for this business! They're honest, reasonably priced, do a great job and stand behind their work.

No unnecessary upselling here! His team were so kind and made sure I understood the process as well as any caveats that could come from removing old PPF that had shrunken and left a nice line of dirt on the exposed adhesive. John and Taylor took good care of my car with service that went the extra mile! I chose to also add clear-ish tint on the inside of my windshield to cut some of the heat and Anthony placed the tint on seamlessly. I did discover it didn't heal right the first time but Brian and Anthony were gracious enough to replace with no hassle, free of charge. It's hard to find great, hard-working folks that honestly care about the quality of the experience over making a sale.
