I so appreciated his honesty and wise counsel on what made the most sense (such as not going with PPF on the windshield unless it outweighed the deductible to replace a chipped or shattered windshield). No unnecessary upselling here! His team were so kind and made sure I understood the process as well as any caveats that could come from removing old PPF that had shrunken and left a nice line of dirt on the exposed adhesive. John and Taylor took good care of my car with service that went the extra mile! I chose to also add clear-ish tint on the inside of my windshield to cut some of the heat and Anthony placed the tint on seamlessly. I did discover it didn't heal right the first time but Brian and Anthony were gracious enough to replace with no hassle, free of charge. It's hard to find great, hard-working folks that honestly care about the quality of the experience over making a sale. I have an almost 14 year old g37 that needed ceramic tint removed since it had gone bad after all these years. I was a little nervous about the tint removal. Only because I know that can be hard on the interior from past experiences. Even though an older car, you still want it to be nice. But the technician did an amazing job. I didn't see wear and tear to the headliner and defroster lines weren't scraped off either which worried me the most. So if you only need tint removed. These are the guys to trust. I also got new tint put on. Which i love! I feel like my car feels new(ish) again to me after all these years. Also the guys are very responsive about getting you in for an appointment. They even tried to get me in sooner when they had openings pop up. So 100% recommend. Sorry car isn't washed, but tint looks great.

We explored several options, including blinds and curtains, but the cost for windows this large was surprisingly high. We contacted Solarworks Glass Tinting, and Lisa Thompson came out to assess the situation. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful in explaining several possible solutions. Best of all, the estimate was much more affordable than we expected. About a week later, Andy arrived to install the tinted film, and he was excellent as well. Once the installation was complete, we couldn't believe the difference it made in both our dining room and foyer (we also had our storm door tinted). The heat and glare were dramatically reduced, and the overall appearance looks fantastic. An added bonus is the subtle reflective finish, which provides extra daytime privacy from the outside without making the windows look overly dark. I consider myself to be a very reasonable, fair, and flexible person…read more The main point of contact there is Adam who seems to be a co-owner (?). My experience is that Adam puts no value on customer service, and you are at the mercy of his anger and arrogance. He was charismatic up front and then did not deliver on his word, unwilling to follow through with the agreed upon services and also contracting himself multiple times with what he told me. There was also a lack of communication their end...I was not contacted once about updates on my car's progress, despite signing up for regular text notifications and also telling him verbally that I had not received any communication from their end. After multiple phone calls from my end, my husband ended up having to go there IN PERSON to establish contact and get updates. When we politely and respectfully expressed our frustrations, he did not take any accountability, said how busy he was and gave excuses for every ball dropped. I've never met someone so dismissive of their customer before (in any industry). If you choose to drop your car off here, do not expect understanding, sincere apologies and or to be treated respectfully. DO EXPECT: arrogance, manipulation, rudeness, and no accountability if/when they drop the ball. At the very least, to be treated fairly and spoken to as a person for a pleasant experience...have your car serviced elsewhere. Your mental health will be better and money better spent at a different company where they value you as a customer and take accountability for their actions (or lack thereof). This experience was a one and done for me. My best advice for you: PICK ANY OTHER BODY SHOP BUT THIS ONE! I hope no one has the same experience I did. Adam is not qualified to be in a customer service position.
