Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. The one star is coming from a very simple tenet in business: don't ignore your customers. The appointment I had was with an individual that was not very professional. I had an appointment for 10 AM on Saturday. I arrived promptly at 9:58 AM. Keep in mind that the text that they send out the day before says get there 15 minutes early. I purposely did NOT get there 15 minutes early because I read other reviews where customers had to wait. This was a good move on my part, because as expected, we had to wait even though I was there on time (slightly early actually). The garage where the shop is located was not even open. The craziest part is that the individual who was able to open the shop with sitting in his truck, the entire time sitting amongst cars that were pulling up, ready for their appointments. At around 10:02 AM he finally got out of his truck and opened his garage, I was very surprised that he was there the entire time actually parked in front of me and just waited in his car. He didn't even acknowledge the fact that there were people there for a 10 AM appointment and he hadn't even open the garage yet until after 10. Maybe he isn't aware that the instructions tell people to get there 15 min early, I don't know. Then he proceeded to service the customers that were there before us which is totally fine. But the reality is I did have a 10 AM appointment and I was on time and I was not acknowledged or spoken to the entire time, and they definitely saw me. On numerous occasions, they walked past me did not even say anything at all. Normal customer service is to say that they will be right with you or thank you for patience or something. There was absolutely NO acknowledgment whatsoever. He didn't stop to ask if we had an appointment or anything, he just walked past us and continued talking to the other customers. Also.. the bigger question is.. why did they double book? Assuming the other party also had a 10 AM appointment. If they didn't have an appt, this is even worse becuase they ignored the customers who actually made an appointment. Either way it is terrible customer service. So ultimately, I left. I refuse to give business to a company that does not respect my time, for them to see me and other customers, waiting and still stay in their truck and then on top of that for them to not even acknowledge me once they finally open, the shop is totally unacceptable. Also I was lingering around there for about 10-15 min hoping to be spoken to and then I thought to myself.. if they won't provide good customer service before getting my car, then they don't deserve to touch my car. I refuse to give them business. I will say that the person who scheduled my appointment Bridget was super nice when I spoke to her so maybe it would have been better if she was there but regardless they need to be held accountable for how appointments are on Saturdays. read more

Ask for Nakari! He was so helpful! And my car no longer looks like a fishbowl! He took his time and did several walk throughs! I would recommend this place any day! read more

She was quick and did a great job! I made an appointment for a Friday afternoon and she was ready for me when I got there. I got my front 2 windows tinted. She talked me through the options before getting started, which I very much appreciated. I waited maybe a little over an hour but I brought a book with me so the time went by fast (to me). I have zero complaints on the service! I even noticed some bubbles appear after the first day and reached out to her. She reassured me that if they didn't go away, I could bring the car back in. She was right and they went away a few days after. She was very nice and did a great job. I highly recommend her! read more

First came here last year with my Subaru and they did a wonderful job. Super professional. Sadly, that car was totaled in an accident recently so I brought my new vehicle in this year. Still the same, wonderful service and excellent work. Got to give big props too because they have several women who work here doing tint, which you don't see a lot in the car industry. Definitely recommend this place!! read more

Hot Spot Tinting | PPF, Ceramic Coatings & Vinyl Wrap - Car Window Tinting Near Me - Marietta, Georgia

Had a referral to come here and it didn't disappoint. We made the appointment, their reservation system sent me an acknowledgment and felt like I was all set. We showed up early and they weren't open but the tech was there and was happy to help. The cost is reasonable and their knowledge base is vast. They helped guide us to good choices and didn't try to "sell" us unnecessary services. For anyone going here, it's not as easy as you'd think to find. They are in the lube shop of the car wash. It's not intuitive but once you get there, easy. Finally, they are a local female owned business. Prefer to do business with them and will definitely go back. The quality of the products and services are very good. Professional tinters with recognized brands. They also use a precision cutter, nice job. read more

A small shop - easy to miss. Through the car spa entrance, go towards the lube place and there you find it. I had my front windows tinted with 3M crystalline CR40 on my Lexus RX. They did an awesome job. read more

I had recently moved to Atlanta from NY and decided to have my windows tinted due to the hot weather. I found this place after calling a few body shops and dealers in the area. Figured if the car industry uses them, they must be good! And they were right! Bridget, the owner is super personable. She explained the process and I felt their price was reasonable considering I didn't need my rear window tinted. It took a little over an hour and honestly, I'm very happy with their work. The staff here, everyone was real easy to talk to and enthusiastic about cars, I liked that. Definitely recommend this place! read more

This review is late and overdue but necessary. I asked my car dealer Rick at Global Imports for a recommendation for off site window tinting. He recommended this place and it was my first stop. It was a rainy day but I could not wait so I went right in. It is located right next to a Dunkin Donuts and a car wash. Super smart! Id recommend getting your car washed first. Then head over for your tint and while you wait, grab a coffee and donut. As far as the facility, I did not expect to arrive and be greeted by a staff of women. I later learned that this is a women owned business and I was sold! I was greeted by Katie and Melanie who were so very friendly and did a flawless job on my car! As mentioned, it was rainy day but this did not stop their show. They have a garage with two bays so they tinted me inside. They explain to me the risks associated with the different tint %'s and showed me options to compare so that I would have an idea of how my choice would look on my car. They did not try to sway me one way or the other on the film options, but they did make sure I was aware of my options. They both had their vehicles parked out front, with tint options so that I could get an idea of what to expect. it helped that they were VERY patient as I was extremely indecisive. Long story short, I made my choice and left completely satisfied. Excellent service ladies. I proudly recommend Hot Spot Tinting. Quick, Friendly and great attention to detail. read more

I just had my Mercedes E63 tinted and as expected it looks great. I chose the 3M Crystalline tint all the way around. The people tinting the windows are very detailed and made sure it met their expectations. I watched other cars being done while waiting on mine and each car was meticulously attended to, ensuring it left only after meeting their standards. I've been going to hotspot window tinting for many years and have been very happy with their work. I've had all our cars done there and each looks great still today many years later with no revisits for fixes. I will continue to bring my cars here as they never disappoint. Very nice and efficient people. It's been a month or so and it all looks good. They were careful and attentive with my Model Y ;)

They did a great job on my tint they removed the old and applied the new tint. Same day service.

The customer service was great and they were very pro. Their shop was clean and their service was prompt. Prices were very reasonable. You get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend them. They are adjacent to a Car Spa, so you can get your ride nice and shiny when you're done. read more

What can I say? They had a fair price, they were quick, gave great care instructions for taking care of the tint and the work they did was great. A month and a half later, the tinting has not peeled or bubbled a looks like I got it this way from the factory. I would recommend Hot Spot Tinting to anyone. read more

They made my car look so good and appreciated the quality work too. Can't roll down the windows for a few days but I can manage.

Absolutely fantastic experience! My car was tinted a few years ago by a place nearby who's no longer in business, as luck would have it I started having issues with the tint. After calling around and getting either the run around or insane prices to remove the old film, I reached out to a friend in Cobb for a suggestion. Hot Spot was his first and only answer. I had an errand near Marietta in a few days so I decided to stop by and see what they had to say. It's not the easiest place to find for those without a GPS, but drive around behind the oil change place in the Car Spa and you're there. I went in and met three ladies, all very pleasant, and discussed what I wanted. Bridgett, the owner, was super informative and eager to work with me, so I set up an appointment for a week later. I showed up a few minutes early but they were ready, got me in quickly and did a great job. I had no concerns really but they put me at ease anyway and explained thoroughly everything as they went (I hung around a bit instead of leaving it). Car looks better than ever and already feels cooler, due to a higher quality film. I would not hesitate to go back a hundred times and will encourage everyone I know to do the same. A++++++++++++!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Highly recommend them for tinting. They offer the latest xpel products and are great in service and price.

These guys were amazing. They got me in the same day and it took about 2.5 hours and I could not be happier with the end result. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their windows tinted. I was nervous at first since my car is brand new fresh off the lot but I could not be more happy with the job they did. I will for sure take all of my future cars here and recommend them to all my friends and family read more

Not sure what a tinting place needs to do to get 5 stars but I took my sisters car in to get the windows tinted as a Christmas present and they were able to do it the same day without any questions. Had lots of options so it was good to be able to decide on which tint we wanted. They wont do illegal %'s so dont go here if you want to limo tint your car or windshield. Lifetime warranty makes it very enticing and the place is located in the basement of the Car Spa at the corner of Windy Hill and Cobb Parkway. Enjoy! read more

Go anywhere else. I've experienced many other better tint shops. Got to my appointment early, we confirmed the work I wanted done and sat for an hour patiently only to be told they can't do what we confirmed. Not to mention another clients car they had at the time had to have its tint redone due to their poor installation. read more

THIS IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO GO! Out-freakin-standing!! From the second you walk in, the attitude, the environment and the level of service here is top notch! I had two cars done in a week. They seem to have the best price in the area. Customer service was just meh. Upon arrival both the technicians were busy on their cars and seemed to busy to actually talk to me so I waited until they had a moment. I get that they were in the midst of installing tint so no big deal. I set my appointment and promptly arrived on the day. Not much on the sales side, you can get one of three or four tints and they tell you how long it will take. When I returned, I picked up the car and it was the afternoon shift I guess. they were a tad more friendly. I really wasn't paying for friendliness or customer service and what I got was two good tint jobs. Both cars turned out ok so far. read more

They did an amazing job. And the people who work there patiently helped me pick out the right tint. Car: Tesla model 3

Had a great experience here. Melanie was great in explaining the process to me and in booking me an appointment next day. They did a phenomenal job on my front two windows (the back and rear windows were already factory tinted) for only $99! Would highly recommend them. read more

I got my windows done here a few months ago, I have to say very impressed I chose the darkest film they had which was 5% no questions asked and they did it which is what I like to see, its been 2 months and tint is still holding up and looking good I definetly will bring future vehicles back here. The only problem I encountered was the window wasn't completely cleaned very good before applying tint but thats my fault I should have done that before but still looks good tho. read more

Will never go here again. Had my car tinted by them 10 years ago with the assurance it had a lifetime warranty. The tint has now deteriorated thanks to the atlanta heat and these guys won't replace it because the company that supplied the tint went out of business. Don't fall for their pitch that they use superior products. read more

August 2016 I had my car tinted here, back and sides 35%. Melanie was super helpful and explained everything to me. They seem super busy so it's best to make an appointment. The result was great! No bubbles or complaints. I am very happy with the results. I just went back this week and had a visor strip done. It was done just as I wanted. The service was fast and I didn't have to wait a long time for my appointment. They have gained a lifetime customer. It is a bit hard to find. It's behind the CarSpa where the oil changes are done, I had to call to find it. My only complaint is that there were some water marks of where they sprayed during installation that they didn't wipe, it bugged me since I clean my car regularly. But that is nothing that can't be fixed. The customer service is meh to be honest, but the results are nothing short of stellar. I highly recommend them! read more

Very efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. Spotlessly clean working and waiting areas.

Hot Spot Tinting was recommended to me by a friend... but I loved it! They did an awesome job. Same day, took about two hours. Guy that did my tint was really friendly. It was a little hard to find but worth every penny. Plus if you've never gotten tint from them you can find a 10% off your tinting on their website. No print out needed. You might have to show the tech guy where it is on the website though. (Under the pricing portion of the site) Definitely would recommend this place! read more

I took my 2012 Volkswagen GLI to Hot Spot Tinting two weeks ago. I did a lot of research prior as I wanted to make sure I was going to end up at the best place possible regardless of price (obviously I didn't want anyone jacking up my brand new ride). I made an appointment and they were ready for my car when I arrived. They took the time to explain my options and were very knowledgable and patient with me. The process took about 2.5 hours and they did a FANTASTIC job!! Overall wonderful experience....excellent work and they were very professional. Cost was $229, totally worth it. Btw, this was the second car I've taken to Hot Spot. Although my first car was done at their old location off Roswell Rd (now closed), this experience was great too, so in my opinion you can trust them to do awesome work! read more

My interior was soaking wet when they installed the tint on my windshield, and told me that's how everyone does it. Guess what? I had my car tinted before and was never like that.
