Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. The one star is coming from a very simple tenet in business: don't ignore your customers. The appointment I had was with an individual that was not very professional. I had an appointment for 10 AM on Saturday. I arrived promptly at 9:58 AM. Keep in mind that the text that they send out the day before says get there 15 minutes early. I purposely did NOT get there 15 minutes early because I read other reviews where customers had to wait. This was a good move on my part, because as expected, we had to wait even though I was there on time (slightly early actually). The garage where the shop is located was not even open. The craziest part is that the individual who was able to open the shop with sitting in his truck, the entire time sitting amongst cars that were pulling up, ready for their appointments. At around 10:02 AM he finally got out of his truck and opened his garage, I was very surprised that he was there the entire time actually parked in front of me and just waited in his car. He didn't even acknowledge the fact that there were people there for a 10 AM appointment and he hadn't even open the garage yet until after 10. Maybe he isn't aware that the instructions tell people to get there 15 min early, I don't know. Then he proceeded to service the customers that were there before us which is totally fine. But the reality is I did have a 10 AM appointment and I was on time and I was not acknowledged or spoken to the entire time, and they definitely saw me. On numerous occasions, they walked past me did not even say anything at all. Normal customer service is to say that they will be right with you or thank you for patience or something. There was absolutely NO acknowledgment whatsoever. He didn't stop to ask if we had an appointment or anything, he just walked past us and continued talking to the other customers. Also.. the bigger question is.. why did they double book? Assuming the other party also had a 10 AM appointment. If they didn't have an appt, this is even worse becuase they ignored the customers who actually made an appointment. Either way it is terrible customer service. So ultimately, I left. I refuse to give business to a company that does not respect my time, for them to see me and other customers, waiting and still stay in their truck and then on top of that for them to not even acknowledge me once they finally open, the shop is totally unacceptable. Also I was lingering around there for about 10-15 min hoping to be spoken to and then I thought to myself.. if they won't provide good customer service before getting my car, then they don't deserve to touch my car. I refuse to give them business. I will say that the person who scheduled my appointment Bridget was super nice when I spoke to her so maybe it would have been better if she was there but regardless they need to be held accountable for how appointments are on Saturdays. read more

She was quick and did a great job! I made an appointment for a Friday afternoon and she was ready for me when I got there. I got my front 2 windows tinted. She talked me through the options before getting started, which I very much appreciated. I waited maybe a little over an hour but I brought a book with me so the time went by fast (to me). I have zero complaints on the service! I even noticed some bubbles appear after the first day and reached out to her. She reassured me that if they didn't go away, I could bring the car back in. This review is late and overdue but necessary. I asked my car dealer Rick at Global Imports for a recommendation for off site window tinting. He recommended this place and it was my first stop. It was a rainy day but I could not wait so I went right in. It is located right next to a Dunkin Donuts and a car wash. Super smart! Id recommend getting your car washed first. Then head over for your tint and while you wait, grab a coffee and donut. As far as the facility, I did not expect to arrive and be greeted by a staff of women. I later learned that this is a women owned business and I was sold! I was greeted by Katie and Melanie who were so very friendly and did a flawless job on my car! As mentioned, it was rainy day but this did not stop their show. They have a garage with two bays so they tinted me inside. They explain to me the risks associated with the different tint %'s and showed me options to compare so that I would have an idea of how my choice would look on my car. They did not try to sway me one way or the other on the film options, but they did make sure I was aware of my options. They both had their vehicles parked out front, with tint options so that I could get an idea of what to expect. it helped that they were VERY patient as I was extremely indecisive. Absolutely fantastic experience! My car was tinted a few years ago by a place nearby who's no longer in business, as luck would have it I started having issues with the tint. After calling around and getting either the run around or insane prices to remove the old film, I reached out to a friend in Cobb for a suggestion. Hot Spot was his first and only answer. I had an errand near Marietta in a few days so I decided to stop by and see what they had to say. It's not the easiest place to find for those without a GPS, but drive around behind the oil change place in the Car Spa and you're there. I went in and met three ladies, all very pleasant, and discussed what I wanted. Bridgett, the owner, was super informative and eager to work with me, so I set up an appointment for a week later. I showed up a few minutes early but they were ready, got me in quickly and did a great job. I had no concerns really but they put me at ease anyway and explained thoroughly everything as they went (I hung around a bit instead of leaving it). Not sure what a tinting place needs to do to get 5 stars but I took my sisters car in to get the windows tinted as a Christmas present and they were able to do it the same day without any questions. Had lots of options so it was good to be able to decide on which tint we wanted. They wont do illegal %'s so dont go here if you want to limo tint your car or windshield. I had two cars done in a week. They seem to have the best price in the area. Customer service was just meh. Upon arrival both the technicians were busy on their cars and seemed to busy to actually talk to me so I waited until they had a moment. I get that they were in the midst of installing tint so no big deal. I set my appointment and promptly arrived on the day. Not much on the sales side, you can get one of three or four tints and they tell you how long it will take. When I returned, I picked up the car and it was the afternoon shift I guess. they were a tad more friendly. I got my windows done here a few months ago, I have to say very impressed I chose the darkest film they had which was 5% no questions asked and they did it which is what I like to see, its been 2 months and tint is still holding up and looking good I definetly will bring future vehicles back here. Will never go here again. Had my car tinted by them 10 years ago with the assurance it had a lifetime warranty. The tint has now deteriorated thanks to the atlanta heat and these guys won't replace it because the company that supplied the tint went out of business. August 2016 I had my car tinted here, back and sides 35%. Melanie was super helpful and explained everything to me. They seem super busy so it's best to make an appointment. The result was great! No bubbles or complaints. I am very happy with the results. I just went back this week and had a visor strip done. It was done just as I wanted. The service was fast and I didn't have to wait a long time for my appointment. They have gained a lifetime customer. It is a bit hard to find. It's behind the CarSpa where the oil changes are done, I had to call to find it. My only complaint is that there were some water marks of where they sprayed during installation that they didn't wipe, it bugged me since I clean my car regularly.
