I decided to go with the upgraded package (the Executive?) to get the built-up detritus and dirt cleaned as best as possible. Making the appointment with the friendly young lady who answered my call was quite easy. My appointment was for 11:00 am this morning. The guy who was assigned my cars, JD, let me know he would be 10 minutes late. I told JD, ten minutes late is not late in my view. He said he prides himself in being punctual. That's commendable! JD spent 6 hours cleaning the two cars. He worked his tail off! No standing around, no goofing off, he stayed at it. And when he was done my cars looked brand spanking new. Just an excellent job. He was also very communicative throughout the afternoon, letting me know how things were going. He's a nice, hard-working and diligent young man. I couldn't be more pleased with the job he did. One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a car dealership. My daughter saved up her own money…read moreto purchase a vehicle and found a 2023 Hyundai Tucson at Marietta Auto Sales. From the beginning, we were told the car had undergone a 10-point inspection and that a few dings on the side would be repaired. Within just a couple of weeks, multiple warning lights appeared--including low tire pressure, worn-out windshield wipers, low windshield washer fluid, an overdue service notice (-139 days), and a "check forward safety" light. I made four separate trips--each over an hour away from home--to have these issues addressed, and only a few were resolved. Today 3/6/2026, when I returned to have the safety light checked, I discovered the hood latch was completely missing. At that point, I was done. I spoke with the finance manager, Chris, to ask whether I could receive a refund or exchange the vehicle. He told me they do not do swaps, only trades. I selected another car priced exactly the same--smaller, even--and was then told it would be treated as a trade, costing an additional $3,000-$4,000. Absolutely unacceptable. The dealership took no accountability for selling us a faulty vehicle, and I am deeply disappointed and hurt by how we were treated. Their focus seems to be on profit, not customers. Please do not waste your time at this dealership. They know the situation is wrong, yet all they agreed to do was replace the hood latch. gave me a half tank of gas, washed the truck, and then told me to go to a Hyundai dealer for the safety light diagnosis--which would cost me another $200. They would not give me anything towards it. SMH Please note: This is NOT a one time incident. There were several dissatisfied customers there today.
