My car is squeaky clean, there's free vacuums for the insides, and free microfiber rags available to clean the inside of your windows with a convenient rag return bin next to the vacuums. So I never realized that I could purchase a monthly pass to have my car washed every.single.day! I was used to paying $20+ for the once in a while car wash, but I never had it done that often, because $20 each time adds up. Well now for $20 a month (base plan), $40 (premium plan) I can run my brand new car through the tunnel once a day and trust me, during pollen season I was there every morning just after I dropped my daughter off at school! Now that the pollen isn't as bad, I probably run my car through 2-3 times a week, and will make use of the free vacuums and drying towels maybe every other time. During the school year, I was going when they first opened in the morning, now I generally try to go early in the day, or very late afternoon/evening as I find these the quieter times. A nice weekend day, and the place is crazy busy and trying to find a vacuum bay can be near impossible. All the employees are very friendly and helpful, so if there is a glitch or a problem, they get it sorted out. I love that my new car is looking so clean every day, and having the monthly pass saves me $$. read more

When I called to find out why I was charged more I was told that they have signs all over the car wash saying so. The last time I went I didn't see a sign. Aside from the horrible entrance...everything about this place is BOMB!! this is a drive through car wash, they offer towels for free, free vacuums for your mats and inside of your car and really good customer service. They also do emissions and detail stuff if you want that. The workers here are reallyyyyy nice. Idk why i can't figure out the drive in process, i consider myself a good driver,but i struggled when i used to go to the South Cobb drive location to get my car on the track! But the staff are always nice about helping me get on track lol. The place is really clean and the equipment is always in working order. The vacuums pick up all the small stuff in the cracks and corners of your seat. I always get the basic wash, nothing fancy. I keep my car pretty clean naturally. My car and tires come out shiny with a basic wash. They have additional things you can purchase Incase you don't have or forget your own i.e. tire shines, glass and surface cleaner, air freshener They also have a membership, which I'm strongly considering, with this pollen. False advertisement. My brother purchased a Fast Trac pass which indicates that he can use the car wash once a day, every day. At most, he used it four times every week. He was approached by one of the employees, who informed him that because he works in the transportation industry and has a LIMO car tag, he could no longer use the car wash. This makes no sense at all. He wasn't using the wash more than once a day, and there were no disclaimers in the membership that said you couldn't use the wash if you worked in the transportation industry. I got the $20 managers special on Delk rd fast trac. After running my car through the wash my wind cover on my sunroof was cracked in half. I immediately told the manager. He told me they are not liable for the damage. I do understand that they can not be held responsible for the damage itself but to not even give me or offer me a refund on the wash itself is bad business. I now have to pay $100 for a new wind cover. Management was not helpful at all. I now have to contact corporate to try and get a refund. Thanks fast trac... I'd been taking my truck to this car wash for several months with no problem whatsoever. The staff were all very helpful and I got a good wash. (As good as you can get without a hand wash) I even got on their plan where you pay one price and can wash your car whenever you need it. However, today I took it through and when I got out I made my next stop and saw that the back of the truck, the entire tailgate, bumper, etc had not been rinsed and was covered in soap. Things sometimes go wrong so I went back to get it rinsed off and when I pulled up to the gate it wouldn't open for me (only one wash per day, which is reasonable with this kind of service.) I told the attendant my problem and without even looking at it he said that the machine can't rinse out truck beds. This of course, was not the problem. I know there will be some residue in the truck bed but the back of the vehicle should be clean. He insisted that they could not properly rinse the back of my truck with their machines despite the fact that this is the first time this happened. If they can't rinse my vehicle, they're not washing it properly. I cancelled my membership. Hated to do it because this place is so close to my home but if they're not doing the job I have to find someone who can. read more

Interesting car wash which is brush free and very quick. Unfortunately the cleaning job is just mediocre. The car wash does not fully dry the car thus leaving it spotty. You do your own vacuuming. A little pricey for the quality. I'll stick to the German hand wash which is much better Quality for the price. I joined Yelp to share my recent disappointing experience at Fast Trac Car Wash on Delk Rd. and help others steer clear. As you can see in the pictures, the washing equipment tore off the molding above the rear window on my Range Rover Sport. This molding is not an aftermarket part, and the car is only 4 years old. The employees temporarily taped the molding back on with masking tape, and instructed me that the manager would call me the following day. What I was told over the phone was clear: They will do nothing. They referenced their liability waiver signs that I drove past when I entered the car wash, and said they bear no responsibility. Dangerous equipment and management that is not willing to work with you to make things right. Damage over $500. Keep this in mind when choosing your car wash. read more

Update: now being a monthly pass holder, I can say it's a pretty sweet deal. At $35/mo, you can do a wash once every 7 days. Vacuum is efficient, although wish they had a detail attachment. The dryer on the back is a bit lacking, but I typically dry / speed shine the car once home anyway. Is it a California hand wash? Not exactly, but it gets the job done & the car looks hip. I liked that I can quickly use the vacuums even on days when I don't have time for a wash. Be aware that the MEM plan bills your card monthly on the day of first use, until one cancels. This place is perfect for my car wash needs, its not far from my home and only $7 which includes free vacuums. I normally get the basic $7 carwash (which previously was $6 but whatever). I carry my own tire shine and shimmy so I can take my time and clean my vehicle to satisfy my need to go into the weekend with a clean car. The attendants are pretty helpful if you ever need help, everything is pretty self explanatory their though. It can get pretty crowded the closer to the weekend and the prettier the weather. read more

What a disappointment. This location used to have a good and friendly manager. what happened? (Kate H. also cannot get in touch) They hardly answer their phone... it took a day and a half to get through a person - (which they ask to leave a message in the system, but they do not return your calls). Also, they used to schedule detailing/emission and today I heard from Carla (the manager who would not listen - and was talking over my unfinished sentence) that they don't (and never) make reservations. We have been customers there - because it is close to our neighborhood - from the time they opened. And, yes, we were able to schedule a time to bring our cars over for detailing and emission every year, previously. Well they just open an opportunity for another business, for sure. If you own a Mercedes with the standing star hood ornament, do NOT use this car wash. Their car wash equipment broke off the hood emblem. I immediately told an employee and they searched for the hood emblem. Who I believe to be the manager handed the broken emblem to me. I asked about their protocol for dealing with issues like this. He looked squarely at me and said they are not responsible for the damage. It was clear they had previously experienced these types of issues with other vehicles. I mentioned this was odd considering this was standard equipment (not after market), and I have been through other car washes without issue. They never made an attempt to make the situation better. I would have settled for an apology and a free hand wash in the future. This illustrates the lack of customer service provided by this establishment. read more

I'd give them a negative one star if I could. This car wash place used to be the only one around Cobb Galleria area. I've been on a monthly unlimited club membership since November/December 2017 for my limousine SUV. They pretty well know I do indeed drive a commercial vehicle with limousine license plate. I've changed cars to use the monthly pass sometimes either permanently or temporarily (during Covid lockdown when I stored the business vehicle and used another personal one - during which I didn't use their facility much anyway) where they'd cancel the old RFID tag and issue me a new one. Although I seriously considered canceling my membership to save during Covid lockdown I decided not to just because I was their member for long time and felt bad doing that at the difficult time when perhaps many other members might have canceled. But this is how they return the favor by wrongly accusing me of fraud. They've been closed for about the last couple weeks for renovation during which no one was getting their services. So, today I came to check if they opened and they were indeed and therefore had my car washed. However, quite amazingly and unexpectedly someone from the business management came up to me to say business vehicles cannot be monthly plan member and that I'd been told so before - which is totally a lie and they pretty well know I'm a limousine driver since Day 1. And then the guy accused me of using the plan on many vehicles, which again as I said before that was so with their permission and there's no way I can get two or more cars washed at the same time as they'd cancel an old RFID tag and issue a new one. Moreover, another employee came up to me and accused me of having the RFID tag used to wash a Hyundai Sonata! That's absolutely not true and besides I don't have a Sonata. This accusation is totally a fabrication or one of their employees could have cloned my RFID tag and gave it to another person. If the latter is the case I pretty much suspect one of their two former employees who would have done it. Regardless, it's stupid and ridiculous for them to falsely accuse me of something I didn't do. They don't have a proof. I dared them to print a complete history of my usage from their computer and prove that I've used their facility with multiple vehicles at the same time. They'd rather have looked into their employees who could be up to wronging. The owner, Randy, is an asinine, unprofessional and acutely infested with prejudice as well as ignorance and other personality and character disorders of which one is the lack of emotional intelligence. My car is white and gets dirty pretty easily. I actually love to wash my car by hand, but I don't have easy access to a hose anymore. For $5 you get -Basic wash -Rinse -Use of the vacuums. For $10 you get -High pressure wash -More thorough rinse -Tire treatment and rim cleaner -Rain Repellent -Undercarriage wash -Use of vaccums There are a couple of other options where you can get things like wax and bug prep (w/e that is) for $15-17, but i usually stick to one of these cheaper options though. They have a monthly membership you can buy. The $10 wash membership would be $35 for unlimited washes. The next tier is $45. You can literally go once a day if you wanted. My first & last time there. If your car is already clean ... maybe it will be OK. My car was not clean and had a couple places with bird droppings. It took hardly any of it off. I paid for the $15 single wash which is supposedly their highest tier single wash. The person who cleans your front and back windshield with a long handle scrub brush appeared to using dirty water to wash the windshields as it was a deep brown color. Once getting outside, there were no towels available of which they say they provide towels ... no one in sight to assist you ... It is a car wash of "Glitz & Glamour" with all the flashing different colored lights inside indicating what their car wash is doing to your car. It's "Glitz & Glamour" did not enhance the end results for my car!!! Did a fair job on the wheels. Don't waste your money here ... Go to Cactus or Platinum car wash ... they are better! read more

Wet towels for drying off car. They have been wet to many times. Employees tried lying and claiming they were supposed to be like that.

Visited the car wash on a Saturday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent greeting and the $69 detail that I bought. The wait was about an hour altogether, but the detailer did a great job. I will be back for the service given with a smile. read more
