They lost a star since they have a yelp offer for 10% off any service but wouldn't honor it. From previous reviews, it looks like their marketing manager needs to update their promotions and honor what is out there or take it down. I'm picky about this since I run a business and it's the fastest way to piss of a budget conscience loyal customer. Their wash was very thorough and detailed. That day they offered a $12 exterior or a $20 exterior and interior. I got the interior/exterior package was very pleased. My car is 10 years old and I still take pride in it. Get it washed all the time and always will (FYI a wash every other month keeps your car from looking like a hoopty). They cleaned it inside and outside in less than 30 minutes, as promised. They wiped and cleaned every nook and cranny and I am very grateful for that. At most car washes I find a place or two that could have been cleaner and think, well nobody is perfect: but not at Luxury Wash. Very happy and satisfied with my shiny, clean car. The outside appearance of this place could use a touch up but it's clean and everyone was friendly. I'm not worried about the dilapidated look of a building when my car looks amazing after they are done with it. Bottom Line: do not hesitate, bring your car by for some clean loving! read more

BEFORE: pollen covered, fingerprint/dog nose smear covered windows, extremely dirty console, dusty dashboard, juice stain on seat, ugh), papers from 1849 laid out on the passenger side, hair balls (yes, it had gotten rough up in here), and the freakin' list goes on. AFTER: Wait, my car is white and not yellow? Very nice! The windows were extremely clear with no smudges. The inside was clean with not a speck of dust that my eyes could see on the dashboard any longer. That ugly juice stain that my niece planted back there a couple months ago? GONE. Floors vacuumed, seats vacuumed, console cleaned out. No more hair balls, yes! Those blonde hairs, though- they weren't mine and I don't know where the hell they came from, but whatever the case, they're history now! Wow, my car looks like it did the day I bought it. RANDOM: The young man who helped clean my car was very helpful and obviously did a good job. He came across a little nick on my bumper and these were his words almost to a tee: "This right here? I didn't know what that was... I ain't wanna fuck it up, though, so I left that shit alone right there. You know? 'Cause I ain't know what it was. Everything else is good, though." My kinda guy right there. They prefer a cash tip, of course, so that it won't be taxed. With the transformation they gave my car, I'd certainly come back. read more

I purchased a Dealfind coupon for Luxury Wash and was excited about purchasing a $197 car detailing package for approximately $15. I naively believed that I was going to get a full car wash, wax, and that the extra $15 I paid for interior cleaning (shampooing of carpets / upholstery) would be a great bargain. After waiting about 3 weeks for my appointment (they are on every deal site & seem to have more cars than they can fit in, particularly on weekends), I was excited to drop my car off for its deep clean! I plugged the address into Google Maps, drove over to Smyrna, and... found a very interesting business. I don't expect anything "luxurious" when I go to get my car detailed, but really.. this place is ghetto. I don't use that term lightly. It is located in a run down house/trailer type building, that honestly, I never would have entered if my boyfriend hadn't been with me. It didn't exactly give off the "safe" vibe. The waiting area looked like they tried to make it retro/cool, but really it was sketchy. The "business office" can't be described in words. The men working at the location were nice, although I did have the thought "of course they're nice, they are probably about to steal my car!" as I dropped off my vehicle. I came back a couple of hours later to find that they had done, for lack of a more technical term, an extremely half-assed job. There were still bugs all over the front of the car, there were actually new stains on the upholstery that had not been there before, they didn't vacuum the trunk, there are still crumbs/dirt in several locations inside the car, the windows have horrible streaks on them, the car did NOT feel/look like it had been waxed, etc. The list could go on & on, but I'll save you the pain of reading. Please do yourself a favor & take your car elsewhere. This place is sketchy, poorly run, and you can get an equally terrible car wash/"detailing" for a fraction of the price (even without a discounted voucher) elsewhere! This review is NOT for how they detail the care (I still have to experience that). It is for their customer service or the apparent lack of it. I have a Groupon for mobile/on-site car detailing for these guys. The Groupon says there is no charge for "Extra fee outside 15min of Cobb, Dekalb, and Fulton counties" . Mind it - it says 15 minutes from these counties NOT from their location. Still when I tried to schedule an appointment for mobile detailing they said they will charge me $17 plus some change extra to come to my Woodstock home which is less than 5 miles from Cobb county line. Anyways, they gave me an appointment for 4th August and never showed up. I had to leave a message as to what was going on. They called me back saying since it is raining I should reschedule. Shouldn't they have called me up when they decided to cancel? BTW, it was raining in their area not mine so they could have detailed my car if they wanted!! I call them again to reschedule and they tell me they do not have anything available till end of September!! Should they not give me preference because they cancelled my appointment? I said I'll come by on Saturday to get it done on-site. I ask them till what time they are open - the woman who picked up the phone said 5pm. Their website says this: " Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-8 p.m. | Saturday, 8 a.m.-8 p.m. | Sunday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m." I tell her that and she still says says well it's 5pm. Will it be too much for them to update their website? I have seen their reviews and know that they are good at what they do. Since I have not been lucky enough to get an appointment, I have no idea. But after I use my Groupon I might never go back. If they have aversion to customers who use a discounted voucher for their service, they should not have used Groupon to advertise. read more

I'm really confused by so many of the negative reviews. I guess my only explanation is that I've never used a Groupon, Half Off Depot, etc. My husband and I both have cars with black interior and we have a 100 lb white dog that is in one of them daily. This is the ONLY, and I repeat ONLY, place I've been to around here that can literally get all the white dog hair out of our black interior and do an amazing job cleaning the interior and exterior. For the reviews about the customer service, once again, I've NEVER experienced any of the situations being discussed. Bentley and the rest of the staff are extremely kind, and they even ask you to come out and look at your car to ensure it is up to your standards before you pay. Yes, the building is a little shady, but I'd rather sit there and pay a reasonable price than have them spend money to spruce up the building and raise prices. I've had my car washed here a few times, and up until now, had good experiences. However, today my experience was very less than ideal. I was quoted one price when I arrived, but while the car was being washed, the manager told me that he initially misquoted the price and needed to charge $10 more. I replied that they should honor the quoted price and agreed that he "would have to eat the difference". Fifteen minutes later someone else was sent to negotiate with me. The prices aren't posted anywhere so this felt very much like a bait and switch. The car did look good once finished. The guy did a great cleaning the inside as well. However, he also stole change from my console. I should have taken all of the change out first, but was hoping that since it was hidden in the console rather than in plain view, it was okay. Of course, he denied it, yet the change ended up being returned to me. Disappointing experience, since I liked using this car wash. I'll probably look elsewhere next time though. read more

I can't tell you how great this place was. I needed an interior and exterior wash badly. After the tornado with my windows down, my car was growing mold. I called, and was able to schedule the next day (a Sunday). I was able to drop my car off, and Jarvis was fantastic! He called me 30 minutes before it was ready, so I was able to show up right when it was finished. And it looked UNREAL!!! I inherited this car, and it looked better than it has EVER LOOKED! The smell is gone too! These gents were so professional, they put a plastic wrap around the seat, and on the floor, since the seats were still damp from the shampoo. $150 well spent. My worst experience ever with any company!! First of all good luck getting a hold of anyone, one number is disconnected and almost impossible to get anyone on the other number. I never write reviews, but had to after dealing with this horrible company. This company also cleans homes. I bought a deal for two hours of house cleaning up to 2500 square feet. I was told that my whole house would be cleaned and all that was done was 2.5 bathrooms in two hours. The bathrooms were left out of order with nothing put back the way it was before "cleaning began = cleaning lady talking on her cell phone". The owner hung up on me and the cleaning lady left. Please don't do business with this company, has been a stressful experience and I am still left with a dirty home. I took my car there after getting a LivingSocial deal. I have a three year old who had completely destroyed my back seat -- there were chocolate milk stains under his car seat, and mold in the floor board. 90 minutes later my carpet and upholstery looked the way they did when I first bought my car. They were really courteous and I just have no complaints whatsoever. I would recommend this car wash to anyone. The workers were extremely nice and they did a good job on my vehicle. However, there were still some spots left in my vehicle from someone not cleaning the interior completely but overall I was satisfied with the job. I bought a voucher off living social $69 for a complete detail that supposedly cost $175. I was very displeased with the final result as it was something I could have gotten done closer to home for a lot less or honestly could have done a better job myself. Looks like they didn't even vacuum but they did a shampoo, put a armor all protectant in front but not in back or cargo area, armor all streaks on the windows, washed engine but didn't detail it, car didn't even feel waxed (ended up doing it again at home), they even played my stereo loud while they were washing my car. Went here after reading issues at locations. I wanted a hand wash on my car as well. These young men did a great job. I seen several high end vehicles arrive. I wish ZERO stars were an option. Save your money! This business is a SCAM!!! Luxury Wash was "sold" in September, 2012 (if this is true, it would have been well before we booked our appointment a few weeks ago, mind you). When I asked who the new owners were the person told me they were Ingol Investment Group (note: Luxury Wash was also owned by Brandon Ingol). She went on to say the "new owners" were deciding whether they will continue to honor the appointments that were already made. BEWARE as I'm sure they will resurface under another name and scam more customers. Ridiculous! Our appointment was for today and after waiting 30 minutes, we called both the office and the cell number, only to be placed on a long hold. When we hung up and called back, the person explained that the business had been sold and they were trying to decide how to handle the Luxury Wash detailing customers who had existing appointments. No one bothered to call us prior to the appointment, mind you. And the other reviews are right, the customer service is non-existent and this is a group of scammers. I've never done it before, but this time I will take the time to file a complaint with BBB and possibly the Attorney General's fraudulent corporations division as the Groupon rep explained to me that customers often don't report issues so they have no way of knowing when a business like this one is not operating with integrity. If you've been scammed by Luxury Wash/Ingol Investment/Whatever other new name they create, call Groupon for a full refund. In this economy, no one needs to waste their time and money on illegitimate businesses that don't deserve to exist. read more

This is quite possibly the worst car wash in town, and even with a living social discount not worth the money. The wax they promise is a spray on so be sure to ask if you want it to be hand waxed. Also they broke a piece on my car, and though promised the owner would call me to handle, he has not responded to any emails or calls. Honestly there are plenty of do it yourself, hands on, places where you can wash your car yourself. This place, regardless of day or time will run you out 1-2 hours of waiting. Their space is plain terrible for waiting and albeit they are hand washing, they aren't catering to their clients. Sitting with your hands crossed or bring on your phone only gets you so far. And since we are humans in 2014, we no longer talk to pass the time, so what does "luxury" car wash do? They make you stand in the 80-100 degree heat with no awning and no place for shade. Get a large tent, some fans, a mister, something for us to wait or you will go out of business soon. Make the building usable and offering drinks and A/C is a start? It's a nightmare to get your car done on weekends, don't even bother. It's a waste, save yourself time and tip, go to the car wash right across the street that has a free vacuum. Bring some towels and rags and you are done for $16 and out in 15 minutes. Luxury does everything to NOT live up to its name. Price: $25-$75. read more

I got my car full detailing done fromthem yesterday and must say I wasted my money. It is not waxed properly the door jams trunk lid, whole of the trunk are really dirty, seats were not shamppped When I was first handed over the vehicle, it was in pathetic condition, I personally could have cleaned it better, but on the complain some more work was done due to which it looked that there has been some cleaning done. But till the end I can say, seats were not shampooed, trunk lid and trunk was not cleaned, edges in the door are not cleaned, engine is just wiped, where as I had a engine clean package. I was blown away immediately by the customer service here and my car was cleaned was such detail I couldn't have done it better myself. I purchased (4) Gift Certificates from Quarteroff.com before Christmas to give as gifts. The description was very detailed. "$175 valued Full Car Detail including engine washing for $69." Further detail was carpet shampoo, leather seats conditioned and cleaned, hand wax, attention to every detail. i had used quarteroff and groupon before and never had a problem. I called this week for a friend to set her appt. I asked how long this "full detail" would take so we could make arrangements. The guy said that it would take 1 1/2 hrs. I laughed and questioned how in the world could they do everything advertised in that short amount of time. i told him that in the past other car services i had used took a minimum of half a day and most wanted the car for a full day. He said that they were able to do it faster because more people worked on the car at one time and that they had been doing this a long time and were experienced. i was skeptical but was reassured over the phone that we would be taken care of. (my gut is almost always correct but i had already purchased the gift certificates so i had to try.) I also asked how much tip was expected so that my friend could be prepared. He said it varied but that $20 for a full detail would be fair. My friend took her car over for the appt. Within an hour they were finished. Because i had called them the day before and discussed what they were to do according to the gift certificate, she didn't bother to go over the car before she left. Unlike me, she didn't look over the car before tipping either and handed them $20. She met her mother and I for dinner. We all drove up at the same time and she came directly from the car wash. When we looked over the car, we immediately noticed places on the car that had not been washed/waxed completely. The paint on the outside of the wheel wells (side of car) had dirt. Streaks on the windows inside and out. Carpet was not even wet, forget the leather conditioner. The inside of the door frames were dirty. The plastic parts of the car that arent carpeted on the floor were dirty. No attention to detail on dashboard, handles, console, etc. If they did none of the usual do you think the engine was cleaned? of course not! It was probably a blessing that they didnt attempt to clean the engine or they may have done damage since they can't even clean the parts of a car a four year old could clean. I called my credit card company and the full amount of the total purchase is in dispute. They assured me that it was a formality and under the circumstances i would get all my money back. Luxury Wash lost an opportunity to impress four of us who would have used them again and sent them more customers. i would assume the original point of offering a full detail at a discount was to get new customers that would have never gone had they not received a bargain. Luxury Wash not only will never get my business nor that of friends and family but i would have never given them bad publicity had they not invited me to try them out! Car washes closer to my house do a much better job for their basic wash! If this was their full detail most expensive service, can't imagine what regular would look like! read more

I got a Groupon Deal and took my car to get detailed. According to the Groupon value, it was suppose to be a $185 worth detailing, instead, the result was not quiet satisfactory. The wax residue were remain in several places. I had 6 cup holders and they only cleaned 2 with residue remain on the corner (what a wonderful DETAILED job?). You thought for a detailing job, at least they will wipe the interior clean on all surface, instead they only clean the dash board (sure, as described in Groupon). The shampoo job they did was okay. One complain I have is the entire car smells like soapy chemical for more than a week. I've got headache breathing in the chemical infused air. All I have to say is, I got what I paid for. It's totally not a DETAILING job I imagined I would get, but a regular basic car wash. Not happy about it. :( read more

My husband purchased a deal on Groupon (luxury wash -$49). I have been trying, unsuccessfully, to get an appointment with them. The first time I called, I was told their mobile appointment guy was out in the field. I left my name and number and was told he would call me back. Two weeks went by and no call. I called back and finally spoke to a scheduler who made an appointment to come out for a mobile detail. On the day of the detail, it was pouring all day so I called to reschedule (not sure how they plan to wash, wash and detail my car in pouring rain. When I tried to reschedule they said the scheduler was on another call and she would call me right back. Three days later, still no call back. On the third day, I tried calling and I got a voicemail message. I called back a few more times that same day and continued to get voicemail every time. I let a few days go by and called again. I got voicemail again. Since then, I have not been able to reach a live person to schedule anything. I am disappointed and will continue to try and contact them read more

My car had been sitting in the corner of our driveway under trees and had not been driven for 4 months. It was a mess inside and out! Leaves and grime were in every nook and cranny. The guys were sooooo nice and did a fabulous job. The car hasn't looked this good in years! They even helped me get a rusted, partially stripped bolt out of the license plate on our other car when we came to pick it up so we could put a new plate on.
