Was in the area and looking for a car wash place and they seemed to have fairly good reviews. They are located behind the Shell gas station right after the highway. Signs are clear from the road where the car wash is and the entrance. They also have prices listed as well as what comes with those so you don't have to wonder what all you are getting. I went on a Sunday afternoon around 1pm and it wasn't too busy. They had two people working. A lady washing the exterior of the car and a man vacuuming and detailing the inside. This car wash is all done by hand which is good. If you want an exterior wash only for a non SUV car it's $15. For an exterior and interior wash it is $25 and up depending on what all you want. The price for SUVs is more expensive versus a regular sized car. They take both cash and card. I wouldn't say that there is customer service here per say in the sense that the two that were working were both busy cleaning cars. So you have to basically stay in your car and pull it up when they are done with the next car at least that's what I did. I also wasn't really greeted or given information about the car wash types etc. It's probably best you know what car wash you want so that you can tell them. I stated which one i wanted by telling them the price of it. The waiting area is outside. They have plastics chairs some under a covering and others not. It took about an hour to get my car washed from the time I pulled up to the time I drove off. I can say they cleaned it pretty well and I was satisfied with the service. My car has not been this clean since I bought it. Why not 5 stars? I purchased the $95 complete interior detail and I had to point out several areas (mainly the cup holders) that needed attention. These were quickly addressed, but for the price, I shouldn't have had to point out these things. They don't get every last crumb/spec of dirt, but they get very close to it. Overall I had a positive experience so I'll be back. Will probably opt for a cheaper option now that my car has had the TLC it needed. read more

I just relocated to Atlanta about 2 weeks ago from Houston, TX. Anyone who's moved across state lines understands the struggles that come with rebuilding a new life for yourself. Address changes, car registration, finding new doctors, etc. One of those pain points for car lovers like myself is finding a new hand car wash that meets your expectations. This leads me to Feydi's. I discovered this particular car wash after combing through others in the area. The location and price is what attracted me to Feydi's. I tried calling to get updated pricing, but had difficulty communicating with the gentleman that answered the phone. So I decided just to pull up on them. The car wash is tucked right behind a gas station. If you blink, you'll miss it. The entrance is literally on the left side of the gas station which brings you around to the back of the building. A little sketchy, but hey. We'll go with it. You can tell that Feydi's operates as a mom and pop type of business. I applauded seeing the hard effort all 3 working crew members put in. They hustled and took care my baby as id I wasn't there. When they gave me my keys, I noticed only a few light spots that had been missed along the front bumper of the car. First time here and enjoyed the finished product! I did have to wait a little bit but it was worth it. I went on a Sunday afternoon around 130/2pm and there were 2 cars in front of me. The ladies did a great job- cleaned the wheels well, vacuumed and went back over any spots I asked them to. Only thing that sucks is the scuff marks on the plastic didn't come out. I'll be back though! It is easy to miss and is located behind the gas station. A bit pricey $30 but definitely enjoyed the fruits of their labor. read more

Called in to ask about pricing for a detail inside and out and Quoted me $150. Went to drop it off and no one spoke English and was extremely confused how the process worked. Was then quoted $175 for the detail. I told them my expectations (making the exhaust tips chrome again and getting in between the cracks of the car on the inside and under the seats. Promised me they would do it. When I picked it up I felt like I got the $50 car wash. It was more shiny then clean on the inside. Didn't get under the seats or in the cracks. Didn't clean up the exhaust pipes. Overall they did a good job but not for the price. Definitely got ripped off. If you don't know Spanish I'd think twice. read more

This company did a house call to detail my Land Rover yesterday. He quoted me on the phone 200, which is cheaper than what I usually pay. He cleaned my car BUT - threw all trash from my car all over my yard and did not clean up. Dismantled my infants car seat and took apart parts and threw parts in the yard, didn't put it back. 300 dollar car seat and he broke it lol!! On top of that, very unprofessional asking my age, telling me I'm pretty, and talking about how he doesn't get along with his wife. He also asked me for a tip! I went to tell him today what he had done and he hung up on me and told me I was a shitty client. All I wanted back was at least my tip back. Now, he blocked my number! Do NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!! Great car wash. I only like to get hand washes on my vehicles and this place does a nice job. They also vacuum and detail the inside of you need them to. It's located behind a gas station and if you come during the week it's never super crowded. They have late hours on weekends when most other car washes are closed. The prices are great for what you get. There's a small outside tent to wait at so bundle up if it's cold outside. I always pay cash so not sure if they accept credit. Highly recommend. read more

If you aren't looking to spend too much for a car wash this place may be okay, but otherwise it is pretty much useless. Nobody who works there will greet you when you arrive and it does not appear they do anything differently depending on what kind of wash you choose. For the amount of time you spend there you would think that your car would come out looking fresh, but they missed multiple areas and after repeated requests I finally gave up and realized it was futile. The owner was so friendly and hard working. The location is a little inconvenient unless it's on the correct side of the road for where you're going. They have a nice seating area to wait in and the gas station store has some refreshments to purchase. They did an amazing job on my car and for a great price I will definitely return. read more

I've been looking for a good detailing place since I had to stop going to Simon for suboptimal service. This place is in a gas station parking lot right after you cross over I85 on the right side of the street. If you go to Buford Highway, you've gone too far. Anyway, they have a number of car wash options and you certainly get your money's worth. I typically prefer not to spend more than $15 on a carwash, but I saw a number of good reviews here on yelp. I got the Basic Detail for $30 and they did a great job cleaning the inside and outside. In fact, they cleaned my car so well I tipped them. It took them about 25 minutes to do the entire car, which wasn't a problem, but if you're in a rush you might want to keep this in mind or make sure you have the time to wait. This place is on the side of a Shell service center. On a Saturday it wasn't that busy but did pick up. I got the Wash & Wax which includes a interior full detail plus a wax. I came on a Saturday afternoon after my car was terrorized by some birds and tree sap, and they had my car sparkling in 20 minutes. 10 Stars would be more appropriate. This place is great!!! I borrowed a friend's car and wanted to have it detailed while I waited. They were very busy and asked me to leave the car. I explained that I needed to wait for it and that it was important that I get one of the very thorough packages. The young woman with whom I spoke said she would call her boss from another location to see if he could help her. Moments later she said he'd be right over. The car was very dirty but it looked brand new when they were done. I'm not exaggerating. I've paid more and gotten a very inferior job at other places. It's a little hard to find. It's on the stretch of N Druid Hills between I-85 and Buford Hwy. Feydi's shares a lot with the Shell station. The station is between the Salvation Army and Krystal. read more

i brought my dirty ass car that hadn't been washed in 6 yrs to this place for interior and exterior detailing. they gave it back to me 2 hrs later looking brand new even though, as they accurately observed, my car was "muy sucio". they may take some time but if you are not pressed for time they do a great job. they prefer to be paid in cash. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. My wife got me a $19 groupon from them to have my car cleaned. Since she bought it I only had a printout of the deal. When I arrived I was told I needed it on my phone but it was a gift and groupons are transferable so how/why would I have it on my phone?? When I tried to explain this to the woman there she could not be more apathetic. So I called and spoke to the owner. The first thing he said was he would prefer not to honor the deal because he makes no money on groupon deals and if I want a deal I should contact him directly. He repeatedly said that he was not groupon and really tried to distance himself from the whole thing. I am now trying to get my money back from groupon. It's too bad because this guy could have the best car detail biz in the atl but I'll never know because he chooses not to honor deals offered from his business. Surely he could ask groupon to not offer the deal if he so chooses? read more
