Signs are clear from the road where the car wash is and the entrance. They also have prices listed as well as what comes with those so you don't have to wonder what all you are getting. I went on a Sunday afternoon around 1pm and it wasn't too busy. They had two people working. A lady washing the exterior of the car and a man vacuuming and detailing the inside. This car wash is all done by hand which is good. If you want an exterior wash only for a non SUV car it's $15. For an exterior and interior wash it is $25 and up depending on what all you want. The price for SUVs is more expensive versus a regular sized car. They take both cash and card. I wouldn't say that there is customer service here per say in the sense that the two that were working were both busy cleaning cars. So you have to basically stay in your car and pull it up when they are done with the next car at least that's what I did. I also wasn't really greeted or given information about the car wash types etc. It's probably best you know what car wash you want so that you can tell them. I stated which one i wanted by telling them the price of it. The waiting area is outside. They have plastics chairs some under a covering and others not. It took about an hour to get my car washed from the time I pulled up to the time I drove off. I can say they cleaned it pretty well and I was satisfied with the service. I would consider using them again.

These were quickly addressed, but for the price, I shouldn't have had to point out these things. They don't get every last crumb/spec of dirt, but they get very close to it. Overall I had a positive experience so I'll be back. Will probably opt for a cheaper option now that my car has had the TLC it needed.

The PPF I inherited when I bought the car wasn't quite perfect after a couple of years of wear, but they did an amazing job getting it as good as possible without having to replace it yet. When it's time to get the PPF replaced, I'll definitely be back here. I'm a pretty OCD guy when it comes to my car, and these are the only guys around that I'd trust to take care of this car.

Overall, he did a really great job and I would definitely use again and recommend to others! Took a couple pics when I got home, but they don't do any justice- so nice!

Nearest car wash by my location was this place so I called they were open and I went. They have different packages to choose from. The spot looks like an old DIY car wash where you have all the different stalls to drive in and dip out. This place was different. Kept up pretty nice for what it is. It's a group a guys there who hook it up and they do their job quite well. There is a separate stall where you can sit and wait while they detail your vehicle. Also there is a vending machine there that dispenses drinks and snacks too. Convenient for those on the go. About 20-25 mins after entry, my truck was glistening and spot free in the right areas! And this was all done for $18! Needless to say I tipped them well for their services. Don't sleep on this place!!!!!

Making the appointment with the friendly young lady who answered my call was quite easy. My appointment was for 11:00 am this morning. The guy who was assigned my cars, JD, let me know he would be 10 minutes late. I told JD, ten minutes late is not late in my view. He said he prides himself in being punctual. That's commendable! JD spent 6 hours cleaning the two cars. He worked his tail off! No standing around, no goofing off, he stayed at it. And when he was done my cars looked brand spanking new. Just an excellent job. He was also very communicative throughout the afternoon, letting me know how things were going. He's a nice, hard-working and diligent young man. I couldn't be more pleased with the job he did. Long story short - I definitely recommend both CarWax and JD.
