On my way into work, I dropped my car at the Red Deck. It was coated in about two months worth of dust and pollen. The interior had not been cleaned in six months since I purchased the car. Don't judge, a girl is always on the go! I opted for the clay bar, wash, wax and interior detailing, and returned at lunch to find my car detailed to perfection. I am beyond impressed with their level of care and attention to detail. After this, I will never opt for an auto-wash, especially with the membership perks they offer. I inherited an older car with low mileage but from sitting under arbors in a tree lined neighborhood for a few years, it was caked with crud. The top was a real mess and I wasn't sure that even a good washing could fix it. I really didn't want to have it repainted. I brought my car to The Battery location and left it not knowing the outcome except that Martha promised me the moon. I am here to tell you, that when I picked it up, I couldn't tell that it was even my car. Spotless is an understatement. They know their business and they were genuinely happy to please me. All ProntoWashes are not owned by the same people. This particular location moved from a spot behind Lenox Mall. A hotel was put in it's place so I had to hunt for them. LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!! PLEASE save yourself the $30 and hassle of dealing with their HORRIBLE customer service. I don't like writing bad reviews but after the experience I have had, I need to make sure no one else ever feels this. Last night at the braves game, I parked in the Green Deck (a free up to 2 hour deck) at the battery. I chose to park in the ProntoWash spots and pay $30 to have my car washed while enjoying a team event with my colleagues. When I returned to my car a couple hours later, I was displeased to discover that my car was COVERED in residue and just looked like someone rubbed a wet rag over my exterior and threw some tire shine on for good measure. A pig with Lipstick, if you may. I literally cannot see out of my side mirrors when lights shine on in the dark. I immediately sent a FB message - which was IGNORED. I could see that they read it and chose not to respond. OK WHAT? I just called on my lunch break and was combated with "your car was in terrible shape and we hand washed that car, we have videos of the before" (I asked to see and they never sent them). And that I was "paying for parking" (I was paying for the carwash in a free lot). Regardless there are 2 points here: 1. This is not true, I have my car washed every two weeks at the Two Minit Car Wash on piedmont for $20 (in AND out wash). I reasoned with their pricing by considering $10 for parking plus $20 for a wash. 2. Even if my car was that dirty, isn't that WHY I would go? Seriously, what kind of excuse is that? This was the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. She told me I was free to dispute the charge, that I was disrespectful, and without saying "you're wrong, I'm right", countered EVERYTHING I had to say. She did, however, ask me "are you done" when she was ready for me to stop talking. Either way, she just didn't want to give a refund or admit that the service was bad. Don't go here..save your money. Park in another lot for $5 and got to 2 Minit on Piedmont. These people seriously don't deserve your cash. read more

While overall the wash job was satisfactory, they ruined the black plastic molding on my Mazda CX-5 by using too much white polish stuff that later dripped down from the door handles when it rained and onto the molding, discoloring it. While they did a redo saying they could apply something to the molding, it obviously was just a temporary fix. I have been unsuccessful in getting anyone to respond to the multiple pictures I was told to upload. Oh yeah, one of the managers at the Atlantic Station site said that he or the other manager would get back to me immediately, but the weeks are ticking away. I don't recommend them as each site is individually owned so there is no way to get them to be responsible for their mishaps. read more

To be 100% fair.... I would say that $30 is a decent price for a hand wash and valet parking. HOWEVER, after being there 2 hours(the Braves game was in the 6th when I left) I went to pick up my vehicle and go home only to find out that they had never even washed it! They never offered a refund and really didn't even seem like they meant it when they apologized for the delay in service. They offered a gift certificate to come back and have it done at a later date, which honestly is more of a pain in the ass to me than what its worth considering I dont actually frequent the battery and I live 15 miles away. Driving that far just for an exterior wash is really a total waste of half a day. Overall, I'm super bummed on the experience. I wish I could have written a sparkling review for them... :( read more

What can I say? These guys were AMAZING. So kind! I arrived for my 10am appointment and Martha was kind enough to let me know that there was a game today and that the appointment might take longer. She went above and beyond accommodating me with my work schedule and accounting for the baseball game that was happening today. I unfortunately had a rather shady experience with Prontowash at Battery Park this past Saturday. I parked my car in the Green lot to have it washed and park for the game. When I parked my car, I asked the attendant if he needed my keys (they were only washing the exterior, and it was parked already); he said "yes." As I was walking out of the deck, attendants were also yelling to other people that they needed their keys before leaving. I decided to leave the game early that night, and when I returned to my car, there was no one around. Workers were gone, and I had no idea where my keys were. I called the number posted twice, and finally received a call back. The woman I spoke with claimed they do not ask for keys, and that they had actually been yelling for me to take my keys back. I informed her this was not correct, no one told me to take my keys back, and the attendants were in fact asking people for keys. I had to argue with the woman for her to work on getting my keys back to me. Long story short, I ended up waiting for nearly 45 minutes for a man to come back to the parking deck, unlock a shady looking gate with a tarp on it, and hand my keys back. He didn't say anything, just handed them to me and got back in his car and left. He didn't even check to make sure I was the right person, so could have handed someone else's keys to me. The woman I spoke with told me to call the number back in the morning so they could refund my money. I called the number back Sunday, she seemed to be flustered with something, and said "we have a really smart system, so I just need you to send me the name of the card you used, and we'll refund the money." She asked that I give her until 8 p.m. for the refund to show. It's now 1 p.m. on Monday, I have not received said refund any follow up communication, and now when I call, no one answers. I will not be using Prontowash again. They seem to have some poor operations, communication, or shady business practices. read more

I've been to the Prontowash location at Buckhead and was very pleased with the service. I was hesitant on taking my car to their new location at The Battery as I wasn't sure if I was going to get the same quality service. BOY was I in for a surprise!!!! This location is super chic and convenient and the service is 5 star. Martha the owner and her staff are very friendly professional and make you feel like a VIP customer. If you're near Cumberland mall it's just a few mins away. You can leave your car grab some lunch/dinner come back and pick up your car and they use absolutely NO water. Ill def be back !! My car was in such a sad state, dog hair, months of grime. Ugh. When I called Prontowash, they could work me right in. True it was a Tuesday. The ladies who answered the phone were super helpful w directions and their service and pricing. The place is super clean and neat. A staff member recommended SuperPan. While visiting Atlanta I decided to go to a baseball game, and saw there was a car wash at the stadium. I had driven a long way from California and my car was in need of a wash, I decided to drop off my car at this ProntoWash and pick it up after the game. To say I was happy with the job they did would be an understatement. My car looked brand new! They were able to get some stains out of my car that no other place had been able to! I've been a customer of pronto wash for about 1.5 years, and I consistently get my car detailed every 3-4 months. They are professional and prompt with their services. Martha makes appropriate recommendations ( clay bar, interior cleaning, light vacuum Etc) based on your car's state. Their prices are fair for the services that your car receives . I don't go on game days because the type of service I get takes about 1.5 hours and they can not accommodate an extensive service like that during peak times. Brought my car in after reading all the positive reviews on both Yelp and Google. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted and then my car was off for a wash. I just had an exterior clean which was ($25.00) however I was extremely pleased with the overall result. I think getting a hand wash makes all the difference... After reviewing my vehicle I could not find any streaks or spots missed. I'll be back for the mini detail next week so I can really get my car clean inside and out. All in all, I can honestly say that I'm happy with the how friendly and professional the workers were. I had an awful experience with this place at The Battery. Wanted to wash and wax older SUV my son was going to take to Law School. Martha on phone kept wanting to up charge over 50% of quoted price b/c of age. I acknowledged that it was an older vehicle and said didn't expect it to look like new when finished. She said to bring it by the place and let them look at it and we can decide what to charge. I did and was quoted regular price ($70 for large SUV) when I was there and was told it would be ready in 1-2 hours so I left it. Got a text message from Martha a few minutes after I left (she wasn't there when I dropped off the car) offering a more expensive option. I texted her and declined the more expensive option and said I would stick with $70 wash and wax. She texted back saying the $70 that was quoted to me did not apply. I responded asking where she was when I dropped off the car and if they weren't going to honor the price quoted to me then I would pick up the keys and write an online review of my experience. She said she didn't respond well to threats and to pick up my keys. I went to pick up my keys and she still wasn't there. The same nice apologetic person was there when we left the car this morning and he pointed out where my car was located. I thanked him and told him my problem was with his boss. As I was getting in the SUV he came up to the car and asked if I wanted to speak to her. During the conversation she threatened to call security on me if I didn't leave and she wasn't even there! I was leaving until approached by her employee. Bottom line is you need someone at your business that can give a quote you will stand behind when a vehicle is left if you aren't going to be there.
