I looked on their online bookings calendar but their Saturday slots were completely booked for the next month. I have an old truck. I got the $259 Ultimate packaging in the hopes that the carpets would get a good cleaning and some of the car scratches would get a good compounding. I have paid $89 for the truck to be a detailed in the past and that detailing took twice as long and got the truck looking a lot better than this detailing. Maybe the truck cannot look better but now I know not to pay over three times as much for something that looks less than half as good. read more

To be honest, not really a fan of the finished service. I hired this company to do mobile detailing on my Audi A6 back on June 1st or 2nd. The service I ordered was $270 I believe. Let me be the first to say that I take care of my automobiles and it wasn't that dirty but still needed a good detail. Eco Auto Clean showed up on time for sure but was done with the $270 service in 57 minutes from the time they showed up. At first glance it appeared like a good cleaning but once they left and I was able to dig into the car and look at the vents, door jams, trunk jam etc. it wasn't that great of a cleaning. I actually had my 2020 BMW M340 scheduled the be cleaned by them on the 16th of June and I ended up cancelling the service due to the poor cleaning on the A6. Drove around this morning on Labor Day looking for a place to get my car detailed. After an hour of no luck at the usual places I go to (yes, despite all the less than acceptable reviews and historical service received) I decided to give these guys a call due to their supposed proximity to where I parked according to Yelp. Not only were they open on Labor Day, but the owner was very courteous and extremely professional. He was on the job a few miles away but took the time to talk about his services, pricing, and get this, they come to you! Our schedules didn't work for the morning but he gave me the name of another car detailing business owner. 10 minutes later, he texted and said he had a cancellation and that he could be at my place in about 30 minutes. He sounded like a good guy so I gave it a shot. When they got to our place, they unloaded their gear and I noticed that they had no hose. 'Aren't you going to use water?' He explained that they were a waterless car wash service and the warning signs went off but they were already there. They were extremely polite and professional answering all my questions about their methodology and products including their business model and fair business practices. The conversation was good but they worked meticulously the entire time. Because they were waterless, one guy worked on the exterior while the other worked on interior. They even had their own generator to power the vacuum cleaner. $55 for about a 80 minute job and the car looked fantastic. The shine really came out and the rims looked like they spent at least 45 minutes on them even though they really spent like 15 on them. Carpets were cleaner than they have been in a long time and they even cleaned out the door jams. Keep in mind, I have a little boy in a car seat that likes to snack and drink milk on drives. I found lollipops, cereal, old juice stains on the leather, and crayons that were hiding in places I didn't think you could even get your fingers to. Another note, crayons, candy, and other snacks had obviously weathered the Atlanta summer heat in a car with black leather interior. When they were done, there was not even the slightest bit of a trace. The typically stay in the city proper but they do travel all the way out to Duluth and Johns Creek with no additional destination charges. They are just a bunch of hard working guys who are really good at their job. You have to respect that and yes, customer service and attitude does make a difference and it goes a long way in my book. I was not only impressed with their work ethic but their respect for their clients and their professionalism. They have clients who ask them to service their $300K cars and they believe in treating all clients the same. I would refer them to anyone and hope to send a few friends their way. In fact my neighbor came out when they finished to ask about prices and I'm sure they will be back to do her car pretty soon as well. They have lower packages but at $55 for full interior and exterior + the results of their work + they come to wherever you are = great value! You can have them meet you while you are shopping, at the office, or out to dinner with friends and come back to a brand new looking car. Best part is you don't have to wait in line at the traditional car wash for 2-3 hours wondering when your car will be up. One of the best parts is that no water = no streaks when you roll up the window or finding water in places that should have been wiped down. Really good guys, amazing prices, and fantastic results. Take the word of a customer that has high standards for workmanship and above the line expectations. You will be satisfied and the 1-2 hours you will save at a traditional car wash, not to mention the gas you save to drive there and cool off the workers when they blast the AC when you are not watching will make the pricing these guys offer for their work seem even more reasonable and valuable. Recommending these guys going forward hands down and no, there is no fine print, this is not a paid endorsement for free or discounted future work. I've had my share of car details with some being amazing and some being subpar but the detail I got with Ecoclean was different, it kinda saved my life. I have a husky puppy that I took to the park. He got all muddy and hopped in the back seat. It was raining pretty bad the next day so I closed all the windows. I went on a 7 days trip the day after that. For 7 whole days my car was marinating in wet dog mud juice with the windows rolled and the temperatures reaching a nice 85 degrees (hotlanta ). When I got back there were no words to describe the smell..... decaying dead body mold that's been cooking in a big pot can kind of give you an idea. So I took it to 3 different reputable car washes that promised me they will shampoo the smell out and it wouldnt be a problem. Unfortunately this wasn't a wash and go type of problem. The car smelled okay each time with a slight bitter undernote but after 24 hours the smell would come back stronger than ever. I almost gave up, the smell was so bad I just wanted to throw it away and buy a new car. Finally I found Eco clean on yelp. I read all the positive reviews and figured I had nothing to lose. So I called and left a message, Justin called me back within minutes. I explained the situation and he told me about this powerful shampoo suction machine that shoots water into the cushion and sucks it out completely as many times as it needs. I was intrigued. It was one of the more expensive details but Justin guaranteed me it will work, and at that point I'd already spent the equivalent to that if not more at the other 3 locations combined, so I figured I'll give it a shot. I dropped my car off and I got a call 2 hours later to pick up. When I first got in the car I didn't smell anything, which I liked because they didn't try to mask the smell with any deodorizer, but I was skeptical that the actual smell and mold was gone. So I drove it around a few days and still no smell. I couldn't believe it, my car literally smelled like new. A part of me wants to believe that they just installed a brand new back seat lol. Additionally the promptness and customer care I received was amazing. Justin actually texted back a few days later to check and see if the smell was gone and if I was satisfied. I've heard of EcoAutoClean from WRXAtlanta facebook page. I moved out to Colorado on an Air Force Base, and I live in the dorms, so I don't really have the means to go hand-wash my car like I prefer to. (I don't like machine washes because it doesn't really clean the car thoroughly). Eco Auto Clean's waterless carwash was very attractive to me because I didn't need water or a driveway to clean my car, and I could really clean it in a parking lot or basically anywhere. Customer Service: 10/10 I ordered the products, and Justin sent me friendly e-mails to help me learn how to use the products properly and to notify me of the shipping process. He went out of his way to ship the products to me via USPS because I have a PO BOX, and UPS can't deliver it to a PO BOX. Justin personally texted me with his cellphone to update me and help me out. I really appreciated what he did. Product: 10/10 I just used the tire shine on my wheels and the green on my car. The green car wash smelled great first off. It really did the job easily. I did half of the car at first for comparison, and I was pretty amazed at how well it cleaned the car. All I can say is, WOW! I used Yelp to find a decent car wash near me, and Eco Auto Clean was at the top of the list. With 5 stars, how could I pass them up? I checked their website and was shocked to see how stellar their prices are because they travel to you, do the whole car by hand, AND are eco friendly. They gotta cost an arm and a leg, right? NOPE! I opted to get the whole shabang, because it's been quite some time since I got a detail. I was so excited they travel to you, so you're able to stay home and be productive, while they're outside being productive as well! I thought for sure I was going to get charged more because of my car being so dirty, but I wasn't. Justin and his team did an amazing job. My car looks and smells like new. I was SO impressed.
