They basic service were good. It was around $120 for them to fulling clean and detail the inside of my car. They did a great job and the interior looks show room ready. They do have other packages, like exterior cleaning and waxing the car but I did feel like those were a little too costly. I say stick with their basic cleaning and you'll be very happy. read more

I had Rocky's team detail my car, and I was so very impressed. I help transport dogs when asked, and my last transport dog was needing a serious grooming and vet visit, so, after that, Rocky's team came to my rescue. It looks like a new car. Thank you so very much for all your efforts! Very impressive! It was worth every dollar! read more

Tyler is without doubt the best friend your car will ever have.. He has brought back my 28 year old and 17 year old Corvettes to better than new condition. These cars have over 420,000 kms ( including 43 tracks days ) and they were both brought back to better than showroom condition by Tyler. His attention to the smallest details is remarkable. If you love your car, Tyler is the go to guy. read more

After a heater core malfunction, my passenger floorboard had been flooded with antifreeze. I went to great lengths to remove all of it that i could on my own. my last step was to locate a detail shop with a steam cleaner. I phoned Rocky, and he was able to help. though he mostly does work by appointment only, Rocky was able to see me within 10 minutes of our phone call. he used a carpet extractor on the affected area. it uses hot water and a vacuum simultaneously. After about 30 minutes of intense labor, Rocky completed the task and charged me a special rate. I am thankful for Rocky's services and will return for a full detailing in the future. read more

Excellent 1st time experience. I'm really happy with the attention they gave my vehicle. I'll be back!

I brought my car here for the first time because I had seen rave reviews on google, yelp, etc. I got the level 1 detailing package and they did not disappoint. My biggest takeaway (+win) was them being able to get a year+ old, hard, orange, stain out of my passenger side carpet. I couldn't believe it. It was probably easy to them but it was astonishing to me because it looked like it was never even there. My car is still shiny weeks later. Very efficient, very friendly, straight to the point. I will definitely be coming back. read more

I can't begin to say enough good things about my experience at Rocky's Auto Spa! I have a large dog who sheds a lot and it was like the car was new again. They did everything that I wanted done and it was worth every penny! I will be taking my car there for periodic maintenance for sure! Thanks, Rocky's Auto Spa! ~Retiredbooknerd read more

I took my car to Rocky's on the recommendation of a friend and, while i expected they'd freshen it up, i was really blown away by the level of detail in their work. They did a really amazing job. My car looks like it just rolled off the line. They even removed a few marks on one of the seats that I'd been wrestling with for weeks. I don't know what they use, or how they use it, but it really works. They were also very prompt in scheduling and finishing the work. I wish i could give them 10 stars. read more

Thieves! Dishonest! I chose this place to get my car detailed based on the 5 star rating from multiple people. Hopefully they were all patrons and not friends trying to boost the popularity of this business. I spoke to Rocky and he seemed like a straight forward and likeable guy. Made an appointment and brought my car in to get a full detail for $160 on Thursday Feb 28th at 11am. I was able to drop my car off an hour earlier. I'm the kind of person who always has a ton of change in my car. When I visit a drive thru and pay with cash I always drop the change in my console. I literally had about $5 of coins (mostly quarters) in my console. The thought never crossed my mind to remove the coins. Rocky calls me to come pick up the car and I find a plastic bag on my passenger seat with all the contents of my center console. I didn't bother check it. I paid my bill, bought an air freshener, and handed Rocky $40 tip ($20) for each guy who worked on my car. I get home and go through the contents of the plastic bag. To my shock and dismay there is no money in there. All that loose chang I left in there is no where to be found. I called Rocky and told him I had a ton of change in my console and it was not included in the bag with the rest of the "stuff." He told me he would call me back after he found out what the guys did with it. According to Rocky, the guys said there was a lot of change so they put it in a cup and left it on a shelf in the shop. He apologized profusely and said he can meet me somewhere tomorrow to deliver it. The next day I didn't hear from Rocky. I called him to ask when can he deliver my property? He stated he leaves the shop at 3 so not till then, or I can pick it up before if I like. I go to the shop around noon and am handed a disposable cup with a few pennies and nickles in the bottom. I am disgusted. Rocky asked me does this look about right. I told him no. I told him I had about $5 of change. This is not right. He told me he could reimburse me. I told him forget it. At this point I was so disgusted and angry. Knowing that I tipped $40 and these guys stooped so low to steal coins from my car. Knowing there is a car seat in the back which means I have a baby. Who the heck steals from a woman? A mom? I counted the change in the cup I was given. It contained $1.24. SMFH. I felt so cheated. Needless to say I will not step within 100 feet of this business ever again. If anyone plans on patronizing please account for your valuables. read more

Rocky's Auto Spa - This is def not $5 of coins. - Auto Detailing Near Me - Decatur, Georgia

This is a top of the line car detail shop. I actually had a mildew smell inside the car from a leak. They used a machine to kill the mildew and remove the smell. The exterior was very well done and looked like a brand new car. Highly recommend this business read more

Rocky's did a great job cleaning up my 2012 Prius. I purchased the level 2 detailing since I have two dogs and use my car for any road trips. They made my headlights look like new, removed stains that had been there .. for years. My car smelled like a new car when I got it back. Very impressed! They have a small waiting room with WiFi if needed. read more

Rocky and his team do exceptional work. I took him a six year old truck that had lived it's whole live in the desert, and that had the nasty, dusty grime over everything inside and out to prove it. I got it back looking (and smelling) like a new one, and at very reasonable price to boot. I highly recommend Rocky and his team. read more

I quite literally made a yelp account to give Rocky and his team the high praise they deserve. I got a Level 1 auto detailing and was shocked at the level of detail with which they cleaned... I'm talking scratches on upholstery I thought were permanent somehow disappeared. I didn't know my car could be that clean. On top of that, each worker I interacted with was incredibly personable, knowledgable, and excellent at communication. The price was more than reasonable, and Rocky's Auto Spa is easily one of Decatur's hidden gems. I will be recommending their services to anyone I know who needs a detailing service. Thank you Rocky & co.! read more

I had a spot that I couldn't remove with normal washing on the dash on my new Tesla! I was horrified because it was big! My car had been parked in my apartment garage for 6 weeks with a steady water and cement drip falling on the dash! I drove up and he got it off in 10 minutes! I was soooo thankful. He charged me nothing! Not often do you find such nice people like Rocky! Definitely going back read more

Did an amazing job with my car! It hadn't been driven in a while and the moisture in the south caused mold to take over . Rocky and his team cleaned it thoroughly and kept it over night to make sure all the spores got killed using a special device. Furthermore, for all the work they had to do it was definitely affordable! They did such an amazing job that my family and I plan to use them for all our car detailing needs! read more

Ok so I took my 2014 Toyota Sienna minivan to Rocky on a Monday Morning. I had already called him and he told me he was fully booked and couldn't fit me in. My vehicle looked like a crime scene and I needed it the next day to tote co-workers on an out of town trip. I was desperate, so, I still showed up on Monday and BEGGED him to just try and fit me in if he had a cancellation or anything. He told me the vehicle was an all day job and he was already swamped. I could already see all the cars in the lot and they guys were super busy. I could see and FEEL the reluctance in Rocky, but I begged, pleaded and he finally gave in and said he would TRY. At 4:30 PM the same day, my vehicle was ready. It was IMMACULATE, looking good and smelling good. The guys are nice, and honest. The price was more than fair for the amount of work I knew they had to do. I have 3 grandbabies ages 4, 2 and 1 and two 110 pound rottweilers that I drive around daily. Now I don't recommend that you beg and bombard Rocky the way I did, but if you need your vehicle detailed by some place that is honest, reputable and top notch, take it to Rocky's. read more

Best car wash ever! My car was in poor shape after barely being driven for about 3 months. I wish I had pictures from before to show you but suffice it to say that it was so gross that it was embarrassing - the top of my car was nearly black and the windows were full of tree sap. Needless to say, I barely recognized my car when it was done! What a great place - Rocky was very friendly, I loved that I could make an appointment and know roughly how much time it would take, and the lounge was comfy and convenient for me to get work done with free WiFi while my car was being done. I checked in on Yelp and got 10% off the maintenance package. I am surprised and impressed by the amazing work for the reasonable price- it is worth every penny. Thank you Rocky! I will be sending my husband to get his vehicle done and I will for sure be back! read more

Very consistent and thorough detailing work from Rocky's. The top-tier packages aren't cheap, but I don't think any auto detailing service is, to be honest. Of the 3 times I've taken vehicles here I've always been very satisfied with the work that was performed, and the customer service is top notch. Rocky's is a very professional operation and highly recommended. read more

I showed up without an appointment and Rocky was able to take me in. I asked if he could give me a discount for two cars and he offered 10% off. Of course now I see I could have checked in on Yelp and gotten 15% off! Oh well. What excellent quality, and they finished the first car in about an hour (the $75 package). They were able to clean my carpets better than I could with a vacuum. Super attention to detail, clean cupholders, panels, luggage compartment, and even washed the rubber mats I had stored in the rear. I'm not the biggest fan of the dressing put on the plastic panelling - a bit too waxy and has a smell, but overall the interior is awesome and looks new. I will definitely be back. read more

Rocky did an incredible job on my extremely dirty car. I probably hadn't really had the interior cleaned in over 3 years, and I have a golden retriever! Rocky got me in less than 24 hours after I emailed! Drop off before work was easy before work with the key slot drop and pick up was efficient. He was incredibly accommodating and did amazing work! Prices unbeatable. Would recommend every time! read more

Rocky's has excellent service and the best prices I could find on the Eastside. I shopped three different places. Rocky himself, not one of his employees, did my car and managed to restore it to that "new car smell" kind of clean! My vehicle was heavily soiled, with hardened on crud and an almost non-existent clear coat, not to mention old carpet and some stubborn stains on the carpet. I purchased Rocky's highest package and also needed some mats for my vehicle, which he threw in at no extra charge! He really goes the extra mile and I will not be taking my vehicles to anyone else. He even did the headlights, all for $200! Bottom line: you won't find better service, more thorough detailing, or more affordable pricing anywhere nearby. read more

I've been trying to talk myself out of that new car itch, being that my car is perfectly fine and I love not having a car payment...but I've had it for 6 years and it just felt old and gross. I decided to try getting it detailed to trick my mind into thinking I got a new car. It worked! My trusty Honda Fit feels and looks brand new! Now I won't go broke making payments on a car I don't need. Thanks Rocky! read more

Came across this place when I realized I needed emissions tested one morning and just searched for the nearest place on my maps. Look for the sign; they are just behind the Oak Grove Market. I was told they opened just over a month ago. $20 for the emissions test, very friendly crew. Nice, clean waiting area with AC, TV, free coffee and cold beverages. Too bad they were so fast, I was enjoying the 9:30am break watching the stock market news on the lazyboys. I'll be checking out their detailing packages soon. read more

I had a wonderful experience at Rocky's. I had been to two other places in Atlanta trying to get coffee stains out of my tan upholstery. Rocky replied to my email within minutes and got ALL of the stains out of my seats. I honestly didn't think this was possible since they had been there for a year. I can't recommend Rocky's enough. Rocky did a great job on my Kia Sorrento. We have three kids and two dogs - needless to say, it needed som attention. We will be back with my husband's truck unless Rocky decides it's just too dirty. read more

Rocky started coming to my house to Detail my car 1 1/2 years ago. He is a polite young man who does fantastic work. He opened a Detailing shop now in the Oak Grove area off Lavista in Decatur. I went by today to get a Detail. As I waited I enjoyed the shops in Oak Grove shopping center which is in front of the Auto Spa. By the time I ate lunch at The Grove( a Restaurant/ tavern ) in the center my vehicle was ready with an incredible shine !! He does have a nice comfortable waiting area at the Spa also if you don't feel like shopping . He also told me he will be doing Emission testing soon there with a price of $17.00. He hopes to open the Emissions by April 1. I'll be back !! read more
