NOT SURE ABOUT THIS BUSINESS. BE CAREFUL My car was vandalized recently and I called around for help. The recording left sounds legit and professional so I left a message. I got a return call but he wasn't able to find my glass. I found my own glass and asked if he could install and he agreed. We set a time and date. Upon my arrival I was confused as to where exactly his place of business was located. I reached out to him several times only to be greeted by a full voice mail box. Instead of calling me back he says he is busy on a phone call and for me to be patient. When I tried to confirm the location, still not much help. ONLY someone telling me to be patient. Not even a decent phone call from this "business man". I feel as tho this guy is very unprofessional and not trustworthy. The location he sent me to looks shady and unkempt. Not a place I'd feel confident or comfortable with fixing on my expensive car!!! Nothing about this place looked professional or promising. Fred's Auto Glass was a great help from the start! I bought 2021 Kia Sorento mid Nov and it got broken into Dec 4th. I called around later that day to see who could give me a replacement. My car was very new and that was a concern of mine. Even after he checked to see if he had one, he did not, but offered to call and check a few other places. No luck. He suggested I contact the dealership and get it done there. I did however they were charging me over $500 to install a $150 window. I asked Fred how much he'd do it if I bring him the glass and he said $125. Three weeks later, even after talking to my insurance and Kia trying to negotiate with me, Fred's price was the best. And he continued to honor that even after all the time past and he got me in the next day (Christmas Eve at that)!! I really appreciate men like this, where they keep their word and take care of you. So, I needed to get a new windshield and came across Fred's Auto Glass. Fred offered the most reasonable price considering BMW wanted me to pay over $2000. Fred was able to get me in ASAP. I went to his shop and waited while he fixed the windshield. I'm giving 3-stars because I need to see if the blurriness on the windshield dissipates. I want to make sure it's the windex and not the actual windshield. I may change this review after a week. I will keep you posted. read more

Fred replaced my windshield but ended up breaking my auto rain sensor panel inside the vehicle. He did horrible job and now cost me more money to fix the panel box for the auto rain sensor. After discovering this error, I've confronted Fred in a text message and he promised to fix this broken piece that he had caused during the windshield install but still has not fulfilled his commitment on fixing the part. He does not have provide receipt or any warranty. Please trust the professionals and do not get swindled by this con artist. He promised to fix what he broke in the windshield but never came through!
