Well mannered crew but their not consistent with follow up calls in reference to your vehicle. We had a issue with a rim and it took over a month to receive any notification that the problem was fixed. Upon calling to check we realized they forgot about our rim and had to receive a call back until it was located. Welp never received the call back so we had to call them back and to my surprise they asked the same questions as if we didn't just speak on the phone. We don't know who the owner is, but they are in and out the shop and they seem overwhelmed. The best thing about this location was their price points. Other than that, wouldn't recommend this spot to anyone due to their horrible communication skills.

When I arrived the next morning to get them swapped, they had me go to a second location, because those tires were not there any more. When I arrived here, they now told me the tires would be $109 per tire without justification. I asked them to honor the quoted price over the phone, and to their credit they did. After changing the tires, I left but soon discovered that the car had a bad shake when going above 50 MPH. I took this back to the shop and they said it would need an alignment and balancing, which they did not apparently do (shocking for a tire place). I would avoid this business as they do not seem reputable.
