I asked them to also check out my car to see if any additional items needed attention, while they completed the tune up. They could have easily "created" reasons to try and up-sale unneeded things, because my car has 318K miles on it- but they didn't. They were very straightforward and honest. Trey was my service tech and he explained what would be inspected during the tune up, contacted me when it was ready for pick up. About a week after I picked my car up, the company reached out again to make sure everything was working correctly. This company's communication is spot on! Other places I have used promise to call, but never do. This place is great! I originally brought my car in a few years ago because I was leaking radiator fluid and my previous shop could not locate the cause of the leak. Douglas County Autocare found the cause immediately and fixed it. They have my business for all my vehicles!

The repair wasn't cheap but it did come in well under the estimate. My cars' issues were accurately diagnosed and correctly fixed. I'm quite happy with my experience. Btw, don't let the appearance of the business or the neighbourhood discourage you. I consider it a positive thing when I'm not being overcharged just to pay for a shiny new facility. The people were friendly and professional, and the shop area was clean and efficient. I'll definitely return when my next repair is needed.

They have so many ants that I had to leave my car a few days and my car was infested with ant. so said oh yay we have ants you just have to get ant traps, that's is what we have to do. I will not trust them any more and I would suggest you don't either. they don't fix your car just so you come back to spend more money, what a joke.

Looking over the receipt line by line, the pricing is unbelievable: $759.92 just for four ignition coils (parts that cost $40-$50 each retail), $387.48 in labor alone for spark plugs, and a $145 diagnostic fee that they refused to apply toward the repair work. They even tacked on a $210 chemical intake flush that does nothing for a failing ignition coil, then quoted another $1,113 to replace front control arms--a job independent shops routinely do for $650-$700 with an alignment. Total parts markups and bloated labor times from top to bottom; save yourself the frustration and find a fair mechanic elsewhere in Coweta County.

This is the reason so many of us in the neighborhood returned over & again. With out correct Leadership how quickly the fall. They now resemble jackals. Battery wasn't the issue when the truck arrived. Since I just recently purchased a new one four months prior. Car simply wouldn't turn over i attempted multiple times back to back for 2 days turning the ignition on, every time it was trying but gas wouldn't get thru. Diagnose was fuel pump $950, fuel module $250, I researched it ahead ot time it was more than likely the module. I ask for my parts they had to check to mk sure that they hadn't been picked up for recycling, oh and I had to pay a core charge. I said no problem. Marcus then preceded to print out the bill, in which I saw ( my partner gave the ok) the price of the cable which was in perfect condition, they told my partner that it need to be replaced as well as the battery. I said hold up I just bought that battery i want it back it's under warranty plus I can use it in my trailer for the hitch. No problem I was told but I had to pay a core. Scratch my head for min & said okay no problem I will pay. After checking with an employee who came out to the desk I was told that the battery was there, then he came back in and said they had already picked them up this morning. They didn't know to replace it until after they alerted us of the battery issue, which was that same morning around 10:45 a.m. My fuel tank is slow to take gas for the second time of going to this location. I know in my heart tomorrow when I take it back to them they will have the remedy for 300 to 500. As I looked it up already.
