Katherine Williams (rock chip specialist) was exceptionally kind and accommodating through the process, offering same day mobile service. Because of the nature of the crack I had to eventually take it into the physical location for full windshield replacement but I have no complaints or regrets. Was in and out in less than 1.5 hours. In February 2022, a rock hit and cracked my windshield on my way to North Carolina. I called and scheduled a windshield replacement with Sunnyside Auto Glass in Riverdale, Georgia. At first everything seem to go as planned and the replacement appeared to be of quality but in July 2022 my husband noticed what appeared to be rust colored water seeping from my windshield while he was washing my truck. He recommended that I have it looked at and fixed if needed. Since I live four hours away, I had no intentions of traveling back to Riverdale to have them look at the work. A local technician where I live is mobile and traveled to my job to access the issue. After removing the windshield, he immediately sent me pictures of the damage done to my truck prior to him fixing anything. Not only was rust accumulating underneath the windshield due to the quality of the adhesive used to mount the windshield, the Sunnyside Glass repair engineer also sliced the headliner of my truck and broke the driver assist camera mount inside the rearview mirror container. These damages will easily cost me $500 to repair. I immediately contacted Sunnyside Auto Glass to inform them of the damages and was told by their office manager to email pictures of the damages to her. I asked for the email address she told me that I could find it on their website which I did not find and I had to call back and ask for it again. After finally getting the email and sending photographs of the damages, I did not heard back from them. After noticing that I forgot to include the invoice for the repairs here in Valdosta, I decided to send a follow up email with that as an attachment to check in. After not hearing anything from them again, I called the office where I was met with a hostile tone and attitude from the office manager about my concerns and told that the images of the damages, in her opinion, did not warrant a claim and she did not share them with the owner. She also stated that I had not heard from anyone because I did not include my contact information in my email which I found to be strange since that information was provided at the time of my appointment. She also stated that she is not allowed to respond to emails sent to them which I also think is ludicrous! As a result of all of this, I requested for the owner to call me himself to discuss my claim and concerns. After making this request and making her aware of her tone, she then accused me of making her feel uncomfortable and nervous. I never once raised my voice and remained calmed the entire time. Thank goodness for their recorded line to support that claim and my coworker who was in the car during the conversation. As of now, it has been over 24 hours since that conversation and I have not heard from the owner yet! Long story short, as a result of this visit, I am out over $1000 so I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! If I could give zero stars I would! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only where there several paint scratches and chipped paint around the windshield there was also a very large dent left in the frame of the pillar. I took the car for the owner to see the work within 24 hours and he acknowledged the chips were likely from the installation but would not accept responsibility for the dent his employe did to my car. Also, there was glue left all around the new window, they didn't even bother to clean it up and do a tidy install. I'm disgusted I gave them a dime and even more disgusted at the workmanship and the owners lack of effort to rectify the issue. After going to the owner first I took the car to Bellamy Strickland auto body and they were amazed that a glass company did such a poor job. The repair caused by this company cost $2000 plus the fees for my claim with court. DO NOT USE THEM EVEN IF THE OFFER YOU A FREE WINDSHIELD. The damage they do to your car will be far more than what you would pay for qualified glass instillation from a company with some insurance to make you whole and repair your car should their employees damage it! read more
