Red flag number 1: The lady who works there had an attitude this morning not sure if she rolled out of bed on the wrong side, but she was kind of rude. Red flag number 2: She also gave me one price over the phone but once I got to the shop it was a different price. Not sure if she was trying to get over but again I didn't really care just wanted to get the tints off. Lastly she asked me if I was ready to pay because my car was finished and I said yes. Then she walked to the back for like ten minutes like wth. Anyways I say this to say I think the people in the back did a fast job on my car but to not tell me they scratched my window is mad disrespectful. The owner, John, was very professional and courteous and did a fantastic job tinting the window. Doing the time there, we experienced problems with the car and could not move it out of his work area. John was so patient, kind and understanding. He waited around until we could tow the car home, which was from 3:30 pm to 10pm on a Friday. Thanks John for your excellent service. He talked me through all of my options and what they could potentially look like on my vehicle and he was super nice and very quick. I was there for all about 30 to 35 minutes.
