It was a very fast and proffessional service. *** My review is about the customer service of auto tek and NOT about their products. Back in March (2016) I brought my car in to get it tinted. Total 5 windows tinted. Goes as planned and they finished in about 3.5 hours, excellent. 2 days later the back tint starts to roll. I go back to the shop and have them fix the problem. While fixing the problem, they noticed a defect on the left tint and decide to re do it. A week later and I notice small particles trapped under the tinting of the side tint and also some air pockets from the back tint. I bring it BACK to the shop but they said I need to set up an appointment almost a month later to get it fixed. During the examination of the defects one of the guys said he'd rather not have to redo the back window.. And rather leave the particles trapped between the tinting. (They eventually redid them both.) I left with my appointment scheduled and I went back in May. They finished in about 2 hours but the amount of scratches on my rear brake lights is unbearable. to this day I have not returned to get it fixed. But there are still some tiny bubbles on the back window.

Red flag number 1: The lady who works there had an attitude this morning not sure if she rolled out of bed on the wrong side, but she was kind of rude. Red flag number 2: She also gave me one price over the phone but once I got to the shop it was a different price. Not sure if she was trying to get over but again I didn't really care just wanted to get the tints off. Lastly she asked me if I was ready to pay because my car was finished and I said yes. Then she walked to the back for like ten minutes like wth. Anyways I say this to say I think the people in the back did a fast job on my car but to not tell me they scratched my window is mad disrespectful. Three days later I still had a ton of bubbles in EVERY WINDOW tint. So, I told him it was messed up and he said bring it back and they would do it again. Second round of tint application yielded the same results...bubbles in all of the windows and a poor job overall. The owner said to bring it back again (1.3 hrs round trip form me btw). He said this time he would have his best tint guy do the work. Third round of tint application and sure, it got a little better. Instead of several bubbles in every window tint, just a few bubbles in the side windows and a ton of bubbles in the back. So, still a crap job overall. At this point, the owner said he could try again or just take the tint off...but he said there was NO OPTION for a refund. So, I was out $350, and still never got what I paid for. The experience was horrible and even there 'best' tint guy was unable to do a basic tint job correctly. I took it to another place that laughed at the situation and said they will do it right for me or I do not pay. I would not recommend 519 Customz for tint...or anything, since they put money first and customer satisfaction last...and do not know tint.

Martin answered all of my questions and was able to schedule my appointment. The day of my appointment, I pulled up to the location and though I was running a few minutes late they were ready for me and all was in order. I walked in, confirmed my options, paid for the services as I was dropping my car off, and left. Martin told me it would be 2-3 hours so I planned my day accordingly. I called at the 2-hour mark and my car was readyyyyyyyyyy!!! Upon arriving back at 519 Customz I was provided my keys and walked to my car and Babeeeeeeeee... OH MY GOSHHHHHHHHHH!!! 519 Customz did an AMAZINGGGGGG Job on my Tint and not only was it sized to the window perfectly, but there were NO Bubbles and no water spots either. He informed me it would only take a few hours and try to see if I could get someone to pick me up. I found a ride and left until almost 4 when I returned. My car had not even been started on just a bunch of dried up liquid all over the windows. Someones motorcycle hat was just sitting on my car as they sat around. I didn't even get upset because I just wanted them done. He told me to give him 40 minutes. Needless to say 10 minutes into starting the work he come back with a beer can in one hand and my key in the other and says he doesn't want to do it anymore. My car was filthy on top of him being drunk and belligerent. This all ended with me having to call the police and him having to clean my car. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! DRUNKEN IDIOT! You should not own a business and carry yourself that way. Getting so drunk on the job you couldn't do the work. PATHETIC.
